I can see by the other reviews this company doesn't care about their reputation anyways, but I'll certainly add my 2 cents to try and warn away their next potential victim!
I waited months for a vanity and they kept pushing back the delivery date every month. I made it clear how much rental income I was losing by not being able to finish my bathroom repairs, and that I had remodeled the whole room to fit this specific (unusual configuration) vanity after making the online payment. They did not care, they did nothing to rush it and blamed everything on everyone else, no accountability, no concern, and would not even give me a discount for the huge inconvenience and loss of rental income. They then "lost" my payment and made me do some sketchy paypal transaction, I'm guessing to save themselves a couple bucks on a credit card charge, and then told me how lucky I was that they weren't raising the price, since the item costs more now. Terrible customer service and obviously could care less about resolving issues for their shoppers.
EDIT: To their response, it was not standard at all, it had the drawers on the left, which is extremely hard to find but I needed it that way because of how my pipes came in.
