Supreme Oasis Bakery and Deli

I have been visiting this wonderful restaurant for about a year or so. Every time I order I fall in love with this place even more. The owners are so personable & always have amazing energy. The menu is always so creative. Chef Sunflower absolutely blew me away with her vegan crab. I will say hands down this was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It was so creative, and so fun to eat & did I mention that it was divinely delicious!! If you are curious about vegan food or you are transitioning to vegan food this is a wonderful place to dine & treat yourself to a delicious meal. I absolutely love this place. Every time I drive by I look to see if they are open, lol. There are non vegan options here that are delicious. I highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best food in Philadelphia. Hands down they serve both real meat and vegan dishes. The customer service is Supreme the food is Excellently Delicious . My favorite go to place in the City of Brotherly Love second to none is Supreme Oasis!

The best experience. Customer service was awesome-everyone I dealt with beyond Friendly. Shon was the best. First time tasting the food and it was amazing. I will be ordering again!!!!! Did catering order for Thanksgiving and ordered lunch. I used delivery service as I am not from Philly. I had the vegan salmon and spinach cheesesteak, butternut squash, vegan seafood salad, vegan mac and cheese and ordered vegan turkey. I sampled my Thanksgiving order and all I can say is dear fellow vegans MUST TRY !!!!!.

I discovered this place due to vegan restaurant week, and let me say; I am sorely disappointed I didn't find it sooner. this is some of the most flavorful and inventive food I've had vegan or not. "chef sunflower" is such a kind hearted individual with a phenomenal pallet. though the food took a little long (call for pickup in advance, very minor lesson learned), it was absolutely worth the wait. everything was hot and deeeliscious. the inventiveness to add (what I think is dehydrated celery) to the center of the vegan wing is absolute genius and the quality of the vegan chicken itself + sauce flavor was perfection

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Boyfriend and I went to the Philly zoo today from jersey and he wanted me to try a Philly cheesesteak and since im pescatarian and I can’t have a regular one we found this place. What an absolute SHOCK my boyfriend had when the flavor was on the spot with the salmon and spinach cheesesteak!! It was delicious and It’s a great size, my boyfriend had the chicken platter and for it being mostly vegan he couldn’t stop talking about it. We have never been happier with a meal. Part of the happiness was also the environment, the lady was super friendly she seemed like such a kind soul that radiated positivity all around. We loved this business so much im going to be sending my bf on 2 hour drives to get me this food again, I can’t wait to try more items! ( we had the original bean pie at home and it was delicious as well, and my bf is also obsessed with their family ginger and pineapple tea) we highly recommend

My first experience at Supreme Oasis Bakery and Deli and it was such a wonderful experience great positive energy from the sister cooking and serving the food. Lot of Love and good energy. Delicious Food I will certainly be back. I’m enjoying this vegan Salmon and Spinach Cheesesteak.

I have been meaning to post a review on this establishment for some time now. The delay is attributed to the fact that the food would smell and look so good that I would forget to take pictures. Shon has an awesome establishment that provides the best of both worlds, catering to vegan and non-vegan. I have previously ordered the vegan salmon with vegan mac and cheese as well as the fried vegan shrimp with bang bang sauce, which was great! I have also tried the vegan party wings and the vegan chicken po boy. Today, I ordered 3 vegan shrimp tacos on a soft shell along with 3 vegan ground beef tacos with the toppings on the side. I also ordered the vegan chix steak and had the pleasure of trying the navy been soup . Shon has mastered versatility in regards to her range of dishes. This establishment provides large portions and is full of amazing flavors while also being cost effective. In addition to the food, the positive energy keeps making you want to come back!

I've ordered takeout from here a few times now but have been remiss in reviewing... On my last visit I ordered Vegan Buffalo Chicken fries and brussel sprouts but learned that they didn't have them so ordered cabbage instead. They were running behind on the day so even though I ordered in advance my food was not ready when I arrived but the owner and her team appeared to be working to complete my order as well as the other patrons' orders. In the midst of waiting the owner came out to greet customers with a smile and very warm greeting and ensured us that our orders would be ready shortly. When I got home I noticed that my order was "upgraded" as a way to thank me for my patience but most import for me, the food was fresh, tasty and satisfying. Tip for perspective patrons: When ordering from this establishment note that food is made to order so it takes a while but it is worth the wait.

I tried their thanksgiving platter. It was delicious! I met the owner and she was lovely. I'm excited to try more on the menu.

I wished I took a picture of the fish sandwich I purchased for lunch. The girls decided to order out for lunch. I choose the fish sandwich for $8 and the cucumber salad for $6. Best money ever spend. The fish sandwich was the packed! It was stacked with fish ... with the complimentary lettuce and tomato. Only thing that would have heighten that sensory delight... was hot sauce!The cucumber salad had a different spin.. cucumber mixed with tomatoes and mixed with orzo. Will definitely order again!

I visited this restaurant for the first time because they are participating in Vegan Restaurant Week! I got the Broad St. Burger, fries, and the vegan double chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. The cake was perfectly sweet and the fries were well seasoned. The person who took my order was very nice and everyone inside was friendly. It's a small space so I wouldn't feel comfortable eating there but it's a great take out place! The only other thing I'd wish for is options for the burger patty, because the Beyond Burger isn't my favorite. Otherwise, everything was great and I will definitely go back.

I discovered this place on Uber Eats during Vegan Restaurant Week. The owner is so nice and the service was top notch. There desserts are the best vegan desserts I've tasted in a long time. They are black-women owned and respected in the community. I hope to meet them in person one day

Blogger JL Jupiter posted a video about Supreme Oasis and he featured vegan food. Being a vegetarian, I ran there . I was in Philly and decided to order dinner. Got there about 4:00. It was people waiting outside who had placed their order. Only 3 people allowed inside do to COVID. I placed my order of fried Brussel sprouts, vegan shrimp platter and vegan chicken sandwich. I checked on my order several times after being told it would be a 45 minute wait. I got so hungry that I tried to buy a piece of carrot cake. It needed to be frosted so wasn't able to purchase before my food was available. The food took over 2 hours. I had enough time to go visit a friend in the area. The customer service is good. The guy manning the door shared his fries with us. It was like family waiting for Thanksgiving dinner to be ready. The food is outstanding. It's the best vegan chicken sandwich, vegan shrimp, Mac n cheese I ever tasted. The squash is next level. I can't wait until I'm back in Philadelphia so I can order food again. The carrot cake was okay. I will try other desserts when I visited the next time. Calling in your order is an option when they answer the phone. They are extremely busy cooking the food and taking in persons orders. Food is a 10 stars but the wait made it 4 stars.

I was determined to support this black owned business last Saturday. I drove and hour to get to this restaurant. I noticed there were a few people ahead of me and they looked like they had an attitude for waiting so long. I placed my order and they said 20-25 minutes it will be ready. 2 1/2 hours later our food was ready. Yes I said 2 1/2 hours LATER! We only ordered a Po Boy sandwich and fish hoagie with 2 slices of vegan strawberry cake. The people that ordered or called in before me waited around the same amount of time. Not one apologize..... The food was just mediocre. The disorganization of the this place I would have to give one . Have coming from New Jersey and have gone out my way to support this establishment was quickly dampen by the poor customer service, disorganized service system and lack of professionalism. We can and must DO BETTER!!!! Ashe'

So this place is amazing! I had the fish nuggets, Mac n cheese and string beans! I also had the pineapple upside down cake and bought a bean pie for good measure! Everything was good!! Everything! Here's the thing though, it isn't a restaurant. It's like a stop in and pickup spot! Probably cuts down the overhead for the owner but you just order and grab food and leave. It is really cold, so wear a jacket... and they have great veggie and vegan options from cheese to non-meat options of the meals they serve! It's pretty awesome, no pork products whatsoever so that's a plus too! I'll definitely return! Pretty good soul food and the staff is super friendly!!

Great vegan food with comfort food twists. The portions are nice here too. I recommend the deep fried cheeseburger or chik'n and broccoli pizza!

The food is great. The 2 women running the business are very sweet. The issue i have is wait time. At minimum- you will be waiting 2 hours for your food. I am not exaggerating. They don't have the decency to be honest about how long the food will take. If you want to order food from them order out on your lunch break at work and pick it up after your shift is over. Respect people's time!!!

You've got to grab a bite here!!!! These ladies are so welcoming and they treat you like family. Then BAM! You taste the food and you're hooked! They have weekly specials and are always finding ways to create vegan versions of classic and no so classic dishes. I highly recommend following them on all social media platforms so you can see them in action. I love love love these ladies AND their SCRUMPTIOUS FOOD!!! Don't cheat ya self TREAT ya self and head on over to get some of the best food to be found in West Philly!!!

I think the food is absolutely delicious. I've been vegan over 5 years and have frequent most of the vegan businesses. The wings are some of the best I've ever had. The Mac and cheese is good and I've had the string beans and Brussel sprouts are pretty good. My favorite item has to be the seafood salad!! You will never miss the real thing! My last visit I also tried the banana pudding cake. My only complaint is the portion size for the platters starting at 23 dollars I think the portions should be bigger. It would totally be 5 stars if the portions were worth the money. The quality and taste is there but it could be less expense I've or bigger portions.

I was so looking forward to trying the salmon cakes. Have you've ever had a craving for something only to place an order and receive an incorrect item? Well that's what happened with me. I must say I'm not disappointed. The delivery service erroneously placed an order for a salmon dinner rather than salmon cakes. I called the restaurant and the person in charge was very nice and advised I should keep the dinner as the wait may take a while and offered to send the correct order. I opted for a credit. I'm not a fan of anyone's salmon but my own. The salmon was so delicious! I also ordered fish bites which were plentiful and delicious as well. I look forward to trying more from the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Aside from the excellent food, they have good customer service as well which sadly enough, is hard to find these days. I still can't get over how good the salmon is!!! Nice and flavorful and the fish bites.... On point in every way. The picture was taken after some were eaten. I've just visited this place after seeing [ J.L Jupiter on YouTube]. First thing I noticed when I called to get the hours is the person on the phone was very polite. When I got there with my daughter everyone was so nice even the customers. It is a nice place. There is outside seating that looks pretty nice for the warmer months. Now the good part I ordered a [fish hoagie, fried Brussels sprouts, vegan deviled eggs, and a small order of vegan crab fries.] The co- owner gave me a large order of vegan crab fries at no additional cost (awesome). She also gave me 2 free vegan seafood salads (you have to try)!!!! I also received a free strawberry cake (very, very, very delicious) and eggnog banana pudding ( my wife loved it). I would recommend this place to every vegan and non vegan. Top recommendations that I've tried so far 1. Vegan seafood salad 2. Vegan Deviled eggs and 3. The vegan crab fries. I will post another review in a few weeks after we try a few more items off of the menu. I will take pictures next time. Check out J. L. Jupiter on YouTube. This place is a Gemmmmm ya here me!!! The food is freaking perfect. I had the salmon cakes these jawns are theee only salmon cakes that taste like my momma's on (I'm serious tho)!! Everything was good nothing was just ok. My bf says this is our new spot and right he is honey,they will always be my first pick! Wait till I get my car back they will see me damn near errday. The customer service is out of this world! My order took a while because they have their delivery set up threw a company that's like grub hub and just for waiting long they gave us free bean pie cheesecakes,I didn't know that combo could work but it did one of the best cheesecakes I had in my life. It was worth the wait and I the lady that picked up was just the sweetest!

This place has the best food around. I haven't had anything on the menu that I didn't like. Let me tell you, I have been to Supreme Oasis quite a few times and I am never disappointed. The food is delicious and the customer service makes the entire experience worth coming back. Today I got the fish nuggets platter (beyond delicious), cabbage (cooked perfectly, not mushy) and candied squash (you've got to try it). My daughter got barbecued chicken wings (finger licking better than good) and my son got a cheesesteak that he said was really good. I almost forgot about the navy bean soup. So good. The deserts are worth the extra calories. The Apple bean pie is superb, the pineapple upside down cake is the perfect sweet balance and the original bean pie is so tasty you have to try hard not to eat the whole pie in one sitting. The outside of this place looks ordinary but when you go in you will be amazed with the customer service and after eating the food, you'll come back again.

You don't have to be VEGAN to eat here they have something for everyone from the ginger shots to the sea moss drinks to the delicious desserts to the great navy bean soup to the Brussel sprouts to the mac and cheese i could go on and on fresh ingredients and the customer service superb always a smile .I'm going back today I need a few things ..

Lackluster food, the price is on par but definitely not good, the potato salad had too much celery seed & black pepper...the seafood salad was dry...the Mac & cheese lacked everything, there was way too much seasoning in it and it had a sweet after taste. My salmon cakes still had the spine bone in it so it wasn't an effortless eating as I had to watch out for those bones...But the baked salmon & rice was good and so was the candied butternut squash, the recipes definitely need some revamping

The food is ridiculously so gooood that I have to give it 5 starts BUT the wait times are long and the phone is disconnected at times so it's hard to preorder. The young lady at the register who's name starts with a J(i forgot it) was really really really helpful in getting our food out on time. I've ordered 3 times (1 in person, 2 on black and mobile) and never had my food finished preparing in under an hour and a half(not including delivery time). Please hire more people to help!!!

I want to just sit in here and have them feed me all day. But that can't happen because Covid. Best Mac and cheese I've ever had in my life. Also I never leave yelp reviews ever but I HAD to because it's so ***** good

I don't give 5 stars because it is rare. But...my GAWD! If you ignore the wait times, the food is phenomenal! I was singing all day after their baked fish, green beans, and mac&cheese. My colleagues and I ordered three dishes and they were all outstanding. I'm just mad I didn't find them sooner.

The food was seasoned good but the oil must have been a little old because my fish was dark and drenched with oil!
