Supremo's Pizzeria - MARS, PA (ROUTE 228)

We ordered take out, ordered 4 wraps total. All wraps were buffalo chicken, one with buffalo sauce on the side, two with no tomato and extra buffalo on the side, and one regular with extra buffalo on the side. We only received three wraps. One had sauce on the side but had red onions, NO lettuce, the other had no lettuce and NO onions and NO extra sauce, the third had no lettuce, no onions, and had tomatoes and NO extra buffalo sauce.

Was a fan of the sauce flavor and the amount of cheese on the pie. Pepperoni amount was satisfactory. Wish they would have put a little more ricotta on, but aside from that a solid pie. 3 / 5 strictly on pizza and flavor Value was very good, the customer appreciation deal is great! 4/5

Talked with owner about partnering to bring pizzas to schools for Air Force recruiting purposes. He was very friendly and offered special rates.

The crust was too thick and doughy, a little like school pizza. Not really worth it.

The Mars location is only for delivery or take out. The food is great. The homemade ranch dressing is to die for. I would drink it with a straw.

Just tried some Supremo's for the first time today for lunch. I am not too familiar with the pizza competition in Mars, or any restaurants in this area for that matter, so I can't say how it compares to other local spots. However, based on the other places I've eaten at near the Pittsburgh area, their pizza is just very average. Location is somewhat small and in a plaza. I decided to try out the classic cheese pizza (because if you can't nail a delicious cheese pie, you won't nail the more sophisticated pies). The prices are pretty awesome, I will say that. You can get a personal sized pie for just $6, and there is a way to order online from them directly. But, flavor-wise, the food is still pretty mediocre. They have a somewhat thick crust, cheese that's only average, and not enough tomato sauce in my opinion. Nothing stood out, but it wasn't bad. It did have a slightly stale flavor as well. There are a few interesting items I found on the menu, but didn't order this time. They have nice desserts like the Cookie Bash (tons of chocolate and Oreo) as well as a Mississippi Mudslide Pie (not offered at most pizza places). Plus, the portion for the cinnamon bites is great and it's a great deal! All in all, this is an alright option for a quick snack, cheap dinner, or event when you need tons of pizza. They are a solid choice for catering or fundraising in the area (if you want cheap pizza, that is). Really good option in terms of prices! *just saw a notification for the owner’s response - I did not mean the quality was cheap. I meant the prices were cheap, and I don’t think that’s a bad thing? Thanks for clarifying the quality…maybe I just let the pie sit out too long (although I personally don’t think so). Will give an extra star because they actually cared to read and respond.
