I received an electric salt and pepper grinder as a gift. It was nice but not exactly a high use item. After 4 months it stopped working. SLT said there is only a 2 month warranty on it and on everything else in the store, as well. It was explained to me that some people had abused return privileges. I explained that I wasn't trying to return the item but expected that a salt and pepper shaker should last more than 4 months. They told me to call the manufacturer, even though this was branded SLT. They also didn't know who the manufacturer was. Even Target, KMart and Walmart warranties are good for a year. My conclusion is that if upscale branding is more important than support, SLT is the place to shop.

Don't shop here. The manager will attempt to swindle you with an incomplete display set. I was shopping for a set of knives, and when the salesman told me they only had the display set (which was incomplete) I asked to order a set. The manager refused to order me a set for the advertised in store price. I will be shopping at other stores

An excellent place with all types of great products. As a Chef of sorts, I love what they offer here. The value is unsurpassed and most of their staff is well versed in all things 'cooking'.

Go to bed ,bath, and beyond. This place was so cluttered, every time i tried to get a product of the shelf, many other products came off the shelf. It isn't as classy as the name suggests

We were there for a knife and we got the best service and information. Very satisfied customers.

Love our local SLT. If only they had a cooking school embedded in this location.
