Yelp
Sur Mer offers a solely seafood menu broken into three parts - oysters, crustaceans, and fish. The crustaceans and fish are served as small plates. You can order individual dishes or order a menu of three items for 32 euros (+3 euro for certain dishes).
The crustacean dishes included cockles, mussels, raw sea urchin, and the fish dishes included a ceviche of mackerel, cuttlefish, a rockfish soup, and an entire sole.
We went with the menu & so for our party of 4 had 12 dishes. This included two portions of some - two mussels, two soles, two ceviches of mackerel, etc. They say they are small plates but we thought they were more like medium sized. It was too much food for us - even being 4 people. If we could do it again, we would have ordered nine & maybe added a few plates if we were still hungry.
The service was okay. We had to ask several times for water & certain items. The wine list is quite expensive. Their only bottle of Sauvignon was $54. Thus, the range of wines was not very broad.
It was a good meal, but not my favorite in Paris.
