Yelp
Nalsso Korean BBQ is a restaurant that focuses on Korean BBQ, grilling marinated meat over a grill and offers a wide range of options such as Sushi! Nalsso has two locations in Las Vegas, one on Spring Mountain and the newest location on Sunset! We decided to visit Nalsso Korean BBQ, Spring Mountain location, Saturday around 11:30 as soon as it opened! The Spring Mountain location is off of Spring Mountain and Arville, next to a few other restaurants such as Sparrow + Wolf. There is ample amount of parking available.
We were immediately greeted and were provided a booth. The restaurant is beautiful! There are a lot of tables available inside Nalsso and each one had its own grill station!

The Nalsso Premium Menu was the option we had.
For Appetizers:
Soy Bean Brisket Soup: Wow! This dish is yummy! You could taste the base of the soup with the vegetables. The brisket was thinly sliced, and tender! The Tofu was scrumptious and satisfying!
Bulgogi Cheese Fries: The Bulgogi cheese fries was one of my favorites! There was a generous portion of bulgogi on the French Fries. It was blanketed with creamy cheese on top of the French Fries! The French Fries were the crispy, shoestring style which mixed well with the beef bulgogi and cheese.
Shrimp Tempura: The tempura batter used really elevated the dish! The batter wasn't thick, but airy. I think the same batter was used on the Vegetable and Calamari Tempura. This was really good!
Steamed Egg: This was interesting, and my first time having steamed egg before. I used a spoon to scoop out some of the egg. It had almost like a custard texture to it. I added some soy sauce to the steamed egg to help balance out the flavors!
Kimchi Pancake: One of the best appetizer dishes and I'd highly recommend anyone visiting Nalsso to try out the Kimchi pancake! This dish was bursting with flavor! It was close to my second highlight at this restaurant, with my first favorite being the chicken burger!
Vegetable Tempura & Calamari Tempura: Both dishes were great and used the same Tempura batter as the Shrimp Tempura. I really enjoyed how fresh the vegetables were! The carrot, zucchini, and onions were delicious! The Calamari was good too!
Gyoza: The Gyoza was perfectly fried. It was great to dip into the sauce provided, which tasted like soy sauce. The gyoza was filled with a ground meat and finely chopped vegetables.
For Sushi some of the selections:
Oyster Shooter: The oysters were clean and had a well balance of the seasoned vinegar.
Yuzu Salmon Crudo: There was blend of lemon and lime with the salmon. It was yummy.
Garlic Tuna Carpaccio: There was a buttery texture and rich meaty flavor with the Garlic Tuna Carpaccio. This was one of the highlights for the sushi offerings. The Tuna slices were perfectly cut and all of the flavors blended well together.
Specials:
Galbi Burger: The burger had a marinated Galbi beef as the base topped with Coleslaw. It was delicious!
Chicken Burger: My favorite dish at Nalsso BBQ was the chicken burger. The Fried Chicken was perfectly crispy. The chicken was tender and juicy. The coleslaw mixed on top of the chicken was a perfect way to enhance the sandwich! This is a must try if you're visiting Nalsso. The great thing is that the Galbi Burger and the Chicken burger is on all 3 menus!!
Grill:
Nalsso Sampler (New York Strip, Mugifuji Prok Belly, Pepper Chuck Steak, Wagyus)
LA Galbi
Ribeye
Beef Top Blade
Beef Chuck Flap Tail
All cuts were amazing! My fav was the LA Galbi! It was a lot of fun cooking!
Dessert:
Melona Bar
Service was absolutely amazing! Several team members swapped out our grill top several times while we were cooking the meats! The team members followed up with us, asking if we enjoyed the food and if we needed anything else to try out!
AYCE - 90 minutes. This is one of my new favorite Korean BBQ restaurants!
