The food is incredible and the menu lists suggested beer pairings for most items. If you want the ultimate Surly experience, head up to The Brewer's Table where you can get a 4 course meal of chef/brewer pairings. Take advantage of MN summers by hanging out on their massive patio or hop on a tour to get a behind the scenes peek. "Surly is a cavernous cathedral built for beer, providing plenty of space for families to drink and dine. Each of the New Haven-style pizzas is made with thin crust and in a coal-fired oven, giving it a pleasing chewiness and slightly charred flavor. A current featured pizza, “Imma Chomp It Up,” combines savory pepperoni with robust garlic and tangy, creamy goat cheese to great effect. Don’t like pizza? Surly offers an entirely different menu downstairs from the pizza joint.
