It’s like being at a candy shop but for accessories! So many kitsch and adorably handmade goodies.

This store is pure serotonin! Great for gifting and cute accessories. I always leave with something. Staff is always helpful and it just a really fun and personable experience. Would love some more solid gold or sterling silver options!

I bought almost $2000 worth of Christmas/ Hanukkah gifts there 2 yrs ago. So fun. About 1/2 broke and some very quickly. Hair clip ribbon unraveled 1st use. The bunny 🐰 one completely busted. Cheap materials to hold things together. Charms all fell off. I called, emailed when it happened. No responses except sending me a notice of an in-store sale. Addendum: WOW! Susan Alexandra found my order and replaced all that was broken. Unbelievable customer service after leaving this review. They reinforced all their collections so i will be shopping there again this season. I tried to add photo of beautiful box of items but it says "error". oh well, 5 stars!!

The shop is so cute I must say. Plenty of creative stuffs from jewelry untill accessory. I bought earring and necklace zodiac piece when they have black friday promotion. You could customize your own necklace, earring and etc. from the pieces that they offer. Staffs are really nice.

SUCH A SCAM! I ordered the evil eye necklace, waited 2 weeks because its "handmade each time" and it literally came broken and rusted. So obviously not handmade. Don't waste your money. Also customer service does not have a contact number, you can only email them. Scam scam scam!!!!!

Always dreamed of visiting this place! Decided to treat myself to a custom necklace and was very happy with my experience. The space itself was so very beautiful and such a special shop to visit - the jeweller was kind and attentive. Only small inconvenience was the lack of pricing on products. I understand it is a bit of a luxury handmade shop but I would’ve loved to be able to know what I was spending before getting to the register! All together super happy with my visit to Susan Alexandra.

Rude staff, and prices are outrageous for the quality of the products. The item I bought broke the day after I purchased it, even though I handled it carefully. Don't waste your money

Yelp
Susan Alexandra is bold and colorful and couldn't be more fun. I could see how her style might not be for everyone, but it's joyful and bright and I kind of love it. So when a friend and I were in NYC for a long weekend a few weeks ago, I really wanted to stop by the storefront when were shopping in the Lower East Side (I had only bought online previously). I'm so glad we stopped in. It's just as colorful and fun and wild in the store as the website and all of her designs are (even the storefront from across the street is something fun and joyful). The store is small, so they don't sell everything in the shop that they have online, I don't think. I personally love Susan Alexandra's Judaica collection (mezuzahs, dreidels, menorahs) and her home goods (glassware, tableware, etc), and I didn't notice much of that in the store. You can find a lot of jewelry and bags - as well as some other items, and they are set up so you can make your customize your own charm bracelets or necklaces in the store (they do it right then and you have it in your hand in no time at all). I wanted to replace a charm bracelet I had lost, and I wanted the charms from their Jewish deli necklace but in bracelet form. No problem - quick and easy - and I walked out wearing it. The service at the store was great (two employees were there when I was - one doing checkouts and one doing the custom jewelry, so I got to speak to both of them and they were both lovely, friendly, helpful). Not everything at Susan Alexandra is for me (I'm a middle millennial, and a lot of her designs just scream "FOR GEN Z ONLY" and seem too young for me), but it's still such a fun store to visit and you might find something you love. I love my deli charm bracelet. Definitely stop in if you're in the area and a need a little joy!

Yelp
Suchhh a CUTE store!! I stopped by because I was waiting for my pizza at Scarr's. They had a lil pop up going on and the vibe in there was fun. I was really impressed with the customer service :) The girl working the register helped me look up an item to see if it was available online, explained a little bit about how the store is completely custom designed * with a little fountain* and was just genuinely a delight to chat with. Our interaction was brief but sweet :) They had cookies with the pop up and I wish I had more time to browse all the cute items. Definitely stop on by and be transported to nostalgia + fun times!

Yelp
I ordered the $80 bead box. They shipped it in a thinly padded envelope with the cheapest , thinnest bubble wrap on the market. It showed up damaged. When I opened the package , beads spilled all over the ground. A bunch rolled under my fridge, under the table and under furniture. I contacted customer service 3 days ago, trying to swap it out. No response. It's ok lesson learned. 90% of the beads in that box can be found at Michael's or Amazon for a 10th of the price. Not worth it. PS. I'm still randomly stepping on beads I can't see on the ground.
