This place was highly recommended to us by a close friend so we decided to try the lunch special: all you can eat in 50 minutes. We started with ordering three half rolls to start, the Coconut Shrimp Roll, the Philadelphia Roll and Philly Cheesesteak Roll. The Shrimp and Philadelphia came out pretty quickly. After having a minute or two while waiting for the first order, we placed an order for 4 more rolls. We tried the Coconut Shrimp and that one was great! Then, I tried the Philadelphia Roll and they tasted really off, like pure fat which made me sick with each crew. Being that you had to finish everything, I painfully finish the remaining rolls; gross. After, we then waited over 30 minutes for our next rolls to come out and also the Philly Cheesesteak rolls from the first half order (seemed service got very slow). Finally, a waiter had come over and asked if we had received our order and we said no. After overhearing the staff talking, it seems they had forgot a few items for some reason. By the time the order came out, it was around 50 minutes. The rest of the rolls tasted good but that feeling of being sick remained from the Philadelphia Rolls. Will we come back in the future? I’m not sure. That really depends on my mood and when I would give them a second chance.

Came for a second visit and everything is still on point. Quality of all the items ordered are excellent. Everything tasted delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Friendly and fast service given how busy they are. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance with football games on televisions. Best ayce value around this area. Love that they still have $3/pint Sapporo draft with ayce tickets.

Aileen P.

Google
Well-priced AYCE sushi with plenty of the usual favorites and some fun new rolls to try! Great service and fresh seafood. Be prepared to wait a bit if you go during the usual peak times, but this place is worth the wait!

Daniel

Google
Good value for the money on AYCE. The sushi is average quality and there is a great assortment of choices to make anyone happy. The staff was happy to accommodate a custom order for a dollar extra. The lunch time speed was great for those in a rush. My wife orders delivery from here often and loves it.

Jennifer Dempsey

Google
AYCE Menu is limited, half the items are not included, but the lunch price is decent at only $25. Medium size rice ball under the nigiri. Eel sauce is a stand out, very good flavor. No cucumber or soy paper rolls, only rice. Aloha roll was excellent. White House was good. Everything cooked came out hot, very nice. Only about 15 tables. Staff is young, you have to ask for what you need like a water refill and change for the tip. They're not intuitive but they're polite. Would come back if I lived in a small town... But there are too many other places to try instead.

Alyssa Davis

Google
Despite previous reviews, you can receive all menu items with AYCE. There are different items exclusively for dinner, but you can pay the dinner price if you want them. It’s only about 5 or so items. Everything I’ve tried here is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the pork belly. The staff are always kind and attentive. My drink is always filled, my orders come out fast, the service is great! We always come in a big group and they are so patient with us. I will keep coming back! Pictured is pork belly slice and snow rabbit roll

Michelle Bowman

Google
Great place to get all you can eat sushi in Las Vegas. The pork belly was amazing! My absolute favorite!

The British Raven

Google
As someone that has a shellfish allergy, but loves sushi, it’s often risky, even after explaining this. Aaliyah (our server) was absolutely incredible! She knew everything on the menu, and helped me choose options that were safe. All the food was fantastic, and came out quickly! I almost don’t want to rave about how great this place is, because with too many solid reviews, I know it’ll end up being super busy! Love love LOVE this place!

Antonette O.

Yelp
Absolutely outstanding service with a reasonable price. The food is amazing in every way. The price is more than fair especially for the superior dining you get and to top it all off there's plenty of choices for everyone.

Zoey B.

Yelp
the food is great, but the severs don't speak a lot and were not too friendly so the service could be better, the ambiance is pretty chill but it's a nice restaurant.

Savannah R.

Yelp
the sushi here is extremely good. the service is great, quick and super helpful. definitely recommend, super cute!

Kevin L.

Yelp
Ok is it the best sushi? No. Is it solid quality. Absolutely. Combine that with very succulent appetizers like their pork belly, bacon wrapped scallop, and bulgogi, then you have a solid day out. Rice to fish ratio can't be beat. Service is prompt due to its boutique size with only about 12-15 tables. Ambiance feels like a hole in the wall sushi spot in Japan. Weird that they were playing the local news on the tvs but it's whatever

Chad K.

Yelp
We loved sushi bomb! Came out late while visiting family in Summerlin. This was a hidden gem with super fresh fish and great late night hours. Even though it was open late night, there was not a bunch of drunk people or a huge mess caused by the same kind of crowd. Staff struck that great balance between providing everything you needed and not being intrusive. They maintained the great late night hours without sacrificing any of the quality or dining experience. I would definitely go back next time we are in Vegas.

Sal L.

Yelp
As a regular customer of Sushi Bomb, I have usually been satisfied with their offerings. However, my recent experiences have not met my expectations. For instance, the Mexican Roll I ordered came with shrimp that was very disappointing (see picture for proof). While the convenience of a nearby location is a plus, it's essential for any establishment deliver on what customers expect and have paid for. Hoping for a return to their former quality soon!

Orjola M.

Yelp
love the sushi here, it's my go to when I crave it. But sometimes they take a long time to bring out the appetizers or they forget which is annoying

Denise R.

Yelp
Sushi bomb is good but not consistent some times I feel that the fish isn't fresh. The service is pretty good.

Norm K.

Yelp
Sushi Bomb has been on my radar for many months. I wanted sushi so I drove the couple of miles here to give it a try. I was seated at a two top table and it was very comfortable. Water was brought and I looked over the AYCE menu. I decided to go easy and not leave filling like I had eaten too much. I started with a bowl of miso. It was one of the best I have had. Rich broth and a great starter. I ordered the pork belly and crazy jalapeño to get started. Both were quite good. The sauce on the pork belly was outstanding! Then came time for some rolls. Basic rolls can be ordered as a half roll which is great if you want to taste a number of different rolls. I don't remember the one I ordered but the second was something that I won't forget. It's a roll called the au de toilet. I was warned when I ordered this that it was their spiciest roll. It was spicy and I left feeling the heat. The roll consists of spicy tuna, cucumber topped with sautéed exotic spicy scallop, shrimp, mushroom and onion / eel sauce. It was fantastic and it will bring tears to your eyes and your mouth will feel like it's on fire, but it's so worth it. After that, I decided to have mango mochi for dessert, partly to cool my mouth from the au de toilet roll. Service was very good. The fish is nice and fresh. I'll be back and try some other things.

Jaynar S.

Yelp
We came back again as usual because of the cool Japanese decor and great service. We had the Orange Blossom Roll, & Coconut Lover Roll. We tried something new annd we loved the Johnny Roll! The Salmon Cheese Sticks were also interesting! I had my usual Teriyaki Salmon; they come served on a sizzling platter. For dessert: Honey Toast, Deep Fried Banana Split, and different flavors of Mochi. All delicious! Shawn our server was super friendly and patient. Thank you for the great customer service. We shall return.

David H.

Yelp
Mayo heavy rolls. Tend to lean toward Korean style sushi. Didn't care for their signature sushi bomb roll. Hand rolls and cooked food I would rate much higher at 4-5 stars. Hand rolls had quality fish which I really enjoyed. Limit 50 minutes for AYCE, unlike 2 hours at other AYCE

Wendy K.

Yelp
We had dinner with a friend at the restaurant last night. The service could use some help. The restaurant is easy to find. The ambience is comfortable and decorated with Japanese figurines and pics of a beautiful Lady. The food was really good! I got a tempura soft shelled crab and salmon skin roll. My friend had the steamed pot stickers. They were good! I can happily recommend Sushi Bomb!!

Richard C.

Yelp
3 stars. The sushi here is fine. For an AYCE, you can't expect that high of quality sushi, but I think with the high saturation of AYCE sushi spots in Vegas, this place fell a little short in terms of quality. A few pieces of the nigiri I ate tasted extremely fishy and it felt like a lot of the nigiri had a dense ball of rice. I did not order too many appetizers but the one I did order was the shrimp tempura and I felt that it was pretty low quality. It wasn't crispy, barely warm, and there was no tempura sauce that came with it. There is a decent variety of rolls here and a portion of them you can order half rolls. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was a little packed so service was on the slower side for us. It took awhile to flag down the worker to refill our waters and to order more food. Overall, Sushi bomb is a average AYCE sushi spot that gets the job done if you're hungry and craving sushi.

Okapi C.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our visit to this location. The best value for us was the kids meal because it came with rice, two dishes--we got California roll and teriyaki chicken, and it had vanilla ice cream which was big enough for both my kids to share. As for the service, it was fast and friendly. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food to come. The sushi was also pretty big and fresh tasting. The restaurant itself was also clean and the tables were spaced out enough where you didn't feel like you were eating with strangers like some restaurants. It was a little loud in restaurant but that was because we went during lunch. After the lunch rush, it became pleasantly more quiet. We would go back again.

Mallory D.

Yelp
Ordered delivery for dinner and everything was package great so the sauces didn't spill. They have lots of variety of rolls but it was challenging to order online because the toppings was either or- like either eel or the sauce it comes with. I'm not sure if it's like that in the restaurant. Ordered a variety of rolls that each came with a sauce. I was curious about the "toliet" roll and holy crap this is , like LITERAL fire. I could barely eat it because it was SO spicy. And I love spicy food so that should say something. Overall pretty good well priced sushi.

Kenneth P.

Yelp
Sushi bomb. I really really wanted to like you. I've been wanting to come here for quite some time. Read the reviews and thought it was a smart choice. Oh was I wrong. This restaurant probably has about 20 tables. It wasn't even that busy. But the wait in between each order you make is ridiculous. The mussels came out torched and burnt to a crisp. That it was barely edible. I could tell whoever was on appetizers tonight did not give a damn. You could hear the kitchen staffs conversation over the dining room. It was very unpleasant. Was ignored by the male server more than once and I always felt rushed when ordered and like I was the inconvenience. Definitely take your money to Chinatown and don't waste your time here.

Justin Y.

Yelp
Great sushi spot in the northwest area with great service and consistent food! Love how they are open late if you're craving sushi and don't know where to go after midnight. Sushi Bomb gets pretty busy since it's not a very large restaurant so I recommend calling ahead. The decor is very traditional Japanese with lots of wood accents and an open sushi bar in case the tables are full. Definitely recommend the ayce at a great price as all the sushi is fresh and consistent!

Vanessa T.

Yelp
I like this sushi spot for the variety of rolls. The staff, however, lacks attentiveness. Confused as to why Bulgogi Kimbap is listed under the "tempura rolls". Gets busy, so definitely order your sushi in one order to guarantee you'll get everything you want. They stop by 2-3 times at most. Cool decor.

AJ F.

Yelp
Well what can I say it was my first time so far it was going ok then it went down hill service was not the greatest like I only had one refill of water plus they took for ever to take care of us you bet I would never come back plus I pay almost 74 and some change for crappy service I'll take my business somewhere else

Belldandy C.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I decided to do a last minute date night on a Tuesday and chose Sushi Bomb since it was close to the house. There was minimal waiting and service was relatively quick for the restaurant being about 75% full. What I love about this place is that they are open to doing half rolls! We got a couple half rolls and some nigiris and a whole bunch of apps. It is a bit pricier than other AYCE sushi places at $32 for dinner but I say worth it for the distance to my house. If you like mushrooms, you have to order their butter grilled mushrooms. It is just seasoned mushrooms in butter but it is so delicious! Overall, great date night and we'll definitely be back!

Cynthia H.

Yelp
Here are some rolls I recommend: Orange blossom Snow rabbit Coconut lover I went on a Friday and it was packed - 40 minute wait! The staff is really friendly. They seem to be all new from the last time I visited.

Nau W.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this spot more. We were seated right away it was at lunch. We got a nice big table. They have a nice appetizer menu. I usually do Nigiri when I eat sushi. I ordered the Smoked Salmon nigiri then asked the waiter which one was popular and he said this other one so I ordered it. It wasn't fresh and the Salmon was sliced super thick a bit much for me. The service was alright I felt rushed and when I asked for anything I felt like I was bothering the server. I'm glad we got to try it.

Erika R.

Yelp
I'm usually very understanding with servers/restaurants because I work the industry. I've been there before . I've served difficult tables. I've had rushes and try to get caught up with my tables. But , this time... I can't, I think I was very patient . But I counted one time, okay two... okay , up to four and it's more of a joke, than a mistake... mistakes happen and it's not always the server . It's not always the kitchen . I walked in 10:46pm. One person, sat me got ignored and around 10:55 Ryoko as it says on my receipt when I paid. Took my order. I'm a server so, I'm watching everything you do, she took my order and goes to the pos RIGHT AWAY. Ordered appetizers first: Ika yaki Miso Spicy garlic edamame. I ordered sushi after. the new mex roll Half Japanese lasagna Jonny & Rock and roll And a order of garlic tuna nigiri ( which is my favorite and definitely a must every time I order sushi) So, I waited about five mins and got my miso. And they kept on bringing my sushi rolls. No ginger and wasabi btw. And I NEVER got my order or garlic tuna. And I'm pretty sure Ryoko never remembered that/ or even noticed it. It was no lie, about twenty minutes and not even spicy edamame got to my table. I was confused but, understood that they could of been behinnd their orders in the kitchen ... so I kept on eating my other stuff. The quality of their rice is just not good. The only rolls I liked were the no rice ones. Their fish was pretty decent. No complaints. Ryoko was sitting at the bar having dinner while I was waiting for my appetizer and the never seen order of nigiri. So, I had to get up and asked her if she put my orders as the other two members of the staff never asked me how I was doing. I waited to see if they stopped by to check on me. But the male server and the other girl with the hair up to her butt, never approached to my table. What did Ryoko say? "Oh Maybe coming"... at that point.. I'm like ... do you even care ? The other waitress said that it was less time of wait for my appetizer but I counted 35 mins after Ryoko took my food order. Even if I was wrong - spicy edamame at least takes 5 mins maximum 10 if there are many orders ahead . Which they didn't have. I kept looking at other tables and they weren't running much food. So, most tables were there before I got there. And I'm talking about two tables of two and two tables of seven/eight people. For three severs? Saturday night? Really ? That should be easy.... Also the other girl server told me that they only had one chef??? Again... Saturday night ???? And that's why they took 35+mins to get me appetizers. Which btw were disgusting spicy edamame had a whole box of salt n it. Or, it felt like it... ika Yaki was okay. But, by the time I got them I just didn't want anything specially since the edamame was disgusting. So I just asked for the check right away. The guys next to me told them they were missing a draft beer two times. (Which were a new table and got their appetizer really fast and Ryoko almost gave them my ika yaki. It was SO SLOW I could hear them. And so the lady trying to get their attention but they passed by and didn't check on them . I've never wrote a review this long. But I worked a long shift that day. I was craving sushi. I just wanted to have some sushi and it didn't ruin my night. But. I will never come back to this place. Service sucks ! It's a small restaurant with ten tables. Saturday night not even busy... employee takes break and forgets order. Cause I'm 99% sure she forgot that order as I never received my one order of garlic tuna. I usually order two times and this time I ordered once because I was really unhappy with the service.... :( Disappointing. I'm usually a 20% - 22% ... if I love your service %50 tipper but.... This time .... One star review explains it all.

Olivia S.

Yelp
*2023 Update* Still my favorite sushi place! Their ramen gets better and better every time I have it. I think they switched up the chasu pork and I'm in loveee! It's super tender, high quality and falls apart in your mouth. This dish does take longer to prepare than the other menu items but it's well worth the wait. Give it a try!

Marine M.

Yelp
Good food good customer service . Good atmosphere. I did a takeout and I got my food on time. Did not have to wait too long.

vita f.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times it's a family favorite. They have all you can eat sushi and also other things to eat as well. The staff is always friendly but if really busy sort of forgetful it took them awhile getting my drink. They have plenty varieties of sushi to choose from. The decor is very pretty the Japanese designs very pretty.

Zach R.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the food here, I got the all you can eat and got half a sushi bomb roll, half of a coconut lover, and Philly roll. To my surprise I thought the coconut lovers was fantastic, I almost got the other half. The bana split Sunday was unique, the fried banana was good, the fried exterior balances out the very sweet interior with the sweet ice cream. The shrimp tempura was pretty uneventful but I still liked it. And then washed it all down with the miso soup.

Nikole T.

Yelp
This restaurant became highly recommended by my boyfriend's father who treated myself, boyfriend, and his little sister to dinner. I absolutely have to say from the food, service, and ambiance went above and beyond my expectations! It's a cute, trendy but yet small establishment on the outskirts of Summerlin. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table because this place was packed on this Sunday night however it was well worth the wait. At the end, this has become easily one of my top favorite sushi restaurants and I'll be coming back very soon. I can't even think of honestly bad here because that's how good things were. Rolls and dishes came out in a reasonable time and our server stayed on top of checking in and making sure we were able to order more rolls efficiently which I definitely appreciated! Thank you, Sushi Bomb to introducing me to another incredible sushi spot in the Vegas/Summerlin Valley that has become one of my new favorites!!!

Skye Brabson ..

Yelp
im sorry but its just SO miss with so many of these rolls. we gave it a 3rd shot got the spicy tuna crunch and wild wild west. The spicy tuna on both was like literal ground dry canned tuna, not fresh at all.

Mariah M.

Yelp
I recently dined at Sushi Bomb, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The crispy rice at Sushi Bomb was amazing along side the mussels by far my favorite! The staff at Sushi Bomb are incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment we were seated, our server made sure we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, which made our dining experience even better.

Eddie C.

Yelp
Great food, great service, and awesome staff. Their menu offers a wide variety of choices and they also have a good selection of beer.

Jessica N.

Yelp
We love sushi bomb. We go to sushi quite often and this is one of our more frequented sushi restaurants. From our experience the fish quality is good and I like the variety of rolls they offer and they have one of my favorite items anywhere, the orange ball. The only negative would be they seem to have a high turnover rate with employees so sometimes the sushi and service are inconsistent, but overall would definitely recommend.

Andrea B.

Yelp
Inedible... sushi was a bit slimy and appeared not very fresh. Do not recommend. Edamame was ok.

Madison B.

Yelp
Literally the worst. I can't comment on food because the front house nonsense was so bad. I put in an order to go. The girl taking my order was mumbling the entire time. I ask her for the wait time before completing the transaction and she doesn't answer. After the transaction was completed- she tells me it's a 15 - 25 min wait. I tell her I can wait 15 but 25 wouldn't work. I ask her if she can ask the kitchen for a more accurate time, and she says she can't 'because they will just say 25 min." So I get a refund and leave. Idiocracy at its finest.

Maya T.

Yelp
I love love love Sushi Bomb. My family and I have been coming here for years and the service, food and ambiance is never lacking. The sushi is always high quality and fresh. And great portions too. They have a ton of options and specialty rolls. My favorite is always the 007. Service is always quick and efficient. Our drinks are never empty and there's always someone around in case we need anything. Sushi Bomb is such a small hole in the wall, but it's definitely worth a visit. They're also always open late too!

Kenny K.

Yelp
Came for a second visit and everything is still on point. Quality of all the items ordered are excellent. Everything tasted delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Friendly and fast service given how busy they are. The restaurant is clean and has a nice ambiance with foosball games on televisions. Best ayce value around this area.

Yelp
Food is good but the SERVICE IS TRASH. No one greeted or introduced themselves to us once we were sat. We asked to put in an order for our appetizers to a person who we thought was our server (but wasn't sure because again no one greeted us as our server) she took a deep breath, put the order in, grabbed her stuff and then left without communicating anything to us- made sense to us why she was huffing and puffing to take our order because then we understood that she was focused on getting off. The next server had the same attitude, just felt like everyone was trying to leave and didn't really want to be there. Mind you we were here at like 9pm when they close at 12:30am. They forgot parts of our order and when we asked for a 2nd round of beer she brought everyone a beer except for 1 person.

Erica Gayle T.

Yelp
The AYCE experience at Sushi Bomb is plentiful, delicious, surprisingly quick, and peaceful. I've dined here a few times and the experiences have been consistent. They also delivery via DoorDash and that is just as efficient and yummy! Portions are generous for the prices you pay, and the quality is just as delicious and amazing as it would be as a dine-in.

Stephanie O.

Yelp
Ordered takeout for the first time! We ordered the spicy tuna roll, orange blossom roll (shrimp tempura, crab meat, and salmon on top), and masago sushi. The fish was super fresh and good. The restaurant was packed so it was good we ordered takeout that day!! Will definitely try this restaurant eating in next time!

Carl S.

Yelp
I was Jones in some sushi and had not been to sushi bomb in a while. The place keeps on getting better. The blue fin, tuna hand roll daily special was quite good and very interesting. It seems like they've added more service staff so service is quicker and more efficient. I will be back more often.

Kevin W.

Yelp
Fresh food . I love the taste and texture . The people are amazing and taken care of there customers

Bethany T.

Yelp
This place never lets me down. First time getting take out from here but it was still crispy and scrumptious. I got The Hulk, Orange Blossom, and the Bacon roll. Hulk -this one isnt the most pretty sushi roll but its very very good. The hot sauce on top isnt "hot" its just an amazing added bonus of flavor. Kind of reminded me of a sweet heat flavor. A bit of crunch for texture and green. Its definitely Hulk green haha The Orange blossom- shrimp tempura, with spicy crab, and topped with salmon. The sauce on this roll makes it all come together. I could eat 10 of these rolls. The Bacon roll- ive never seen a bacon roll till now. This is a bacon bomb. The give you a lot of bacon in this roll so if you like bacon, this is for you. Its bacon with crab, cucumber and avocado. The restaurant itself is smaller so i recommend making reservations or coming 30 mins early, Especially if you have a group larger than 4. You can check the wait time on their website as well. They have AYCE for din in Only but they have so many unique rolls take out is worth paying individually too. Open till kinda late 11 am- 12:30am most days.

Michelle F.

Yelp
Love their all you can eat (A. Y. C. E.) I've tried their baked salmon roll, Philadelphia roll, yellowtail and scallion, honey roll, gyoza, hot green tea. Everything was delish. They are open pretty late too so that helps with the sushi cravings. They have a private parking lot with plenty of parking. Inside the establishment is kinda quaint but never had to wait more that 10 minutes for a table. Only negative is each time (only have been twice) they tend to forget a cooked roll, and require a reminder halfway through dining experience.

Barry G.

Yelp
We stopped for a quick dinner. Food was good, service was fast and the place is clean. The tuna liver roll was delicious.

Alexis H.

Yelp
Some of the servers are hit or miss, attitude wise, but the food is always 10/10! Music can be loud so not a great date spot but we LOVE the sushi here so all the good out weighs the bad.

Shon O.

Yelp
Food & Service was great definitely recommend to try it out! You won't be disappointed. Speaks for itself Server was very professional very accommodating, and polite. I dined in with my mother and she was very patient explaining food items to her. I think server's name was Annie. Either way another who serves you they are all great food servers .

James F.

Yelp
The service is great the food is excellent. I've been on a sushi kick, so this is one of a good spot to visit.

Debra M.

Yelp
We have eaten sushi here several times and food is alway FRESH & TASTY! We celebrated my daughters birthday tonite and our server Freddy was awesome!! We took great care to meet our needs and answer any questions we had about the menu! We ordered All you can eat sushi for $31 a person. Some of our yummy choices included Red Rock, Love affair, Coconut lover, Shrimp lover,Grand canyon &Sushi bomb!

Jerome E.

Yelp
Very good sushi. Service was on point. He was very attentive and brought out our food pretty quickly.

Mark R.

Yelp
Food and service are always good. We live nearby so come quite often .Could go 5 stars if they stopped with the tinny loud scratchy music or played soft background Asian stuff.
