I saw this place on TikTok and knew that I had to make the drive to try this for myself. I got the salmon sushi sandwich and it was loaded with fresh fish and crab salad. The sauces were amazing and of course the fried rice "bun" took it to a whole other level with the layer of seaweed adding that unmistakable sushi flavor to tie it all together. The smoked bonito fries were also insanely crispy, flavorful, and unique. The sandwich and fries proved to be too much for just 1 person but it was so worth the drive to eat these one-of-a-kind menu items!

Literally the best poke bowl I've had outside the west coast. Stopped randomly. Absolutely killer.

Absolutely amazing all around. Great food, service, and atmosphere. The price is more then fair. The food quality is fresh and flavorful, great variety and you can customize alot. The bowl felt perfectly portioned and the sandwich and fries were the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The owner is so sweet and is passionate about what he does.

Google lists hours of operation as 12 - 8 pm on Sunday. It's 6:45 pm. Closed. The sign has no hours of operation so I have no idea when I'll have the opportunity to taste the food. EDIT: I gave it another try, thanks to Mr.Chimetime. I ordered the salmon sando, a poke bowl, and wings. The chicken wasn't cooked enough and had no seasoning. Other than that, the food was very good. I'll definitely be back. 2nd EDIT: I went back yesterday Wednesday 3/20/2024 at 6:45 pm. Again, the "OPEN" sign was turned off and "Sorry we are CLOSED" was posted above the schedule of operation. There were 2 people working inside, a young lady behind the cash register and a young man lounging at the end of the counter. I tested the door to see if it was locked and it wasn't so I walked in and asked, "Are you indeed closed?" The two of them looked at each other and then at me with no response so I asked again, "Are you open?" The young lady nodded (nothing verbal) so I asked, "What time do you close?" She finally opened her mouth and said, "7:30". Now I'm confused so I go ahead and proceed to place my order. The 2 employees look to one another again as if they were confused. In MY confusion I asked, "What's the problem?" Hesitately, the young lady said, "Nothing". I again, proceeded to place my order then decided against it. I don't know what was going on, but I didn't stick around to find out and will not be returning. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!

Spicy poke bowl was delicious and flavors/ingredients were well balanced. I asked it to be mild spicy and the request was respected. Dragon bowl was a bit too sweet in my opinion. Overwhelmed with sweet sauces, partially because of eel comes with its own sweet sauce. All in all, it was satisfying.

Heard alot of talks about this spot here out in Madison Heights, MI. So decided to stop by and see what's the hype is about. 1.The guy that worked at the registered was pretty nice, friendly and really informative and suggested the food out to the customers. So awesome customers service. 👍 2. Food is made to order so its fresh and with only one person doing it , so there's a little wait but wasn't too bad. 3. If you like Poke Bowl this place is the place to go. Menu selections are good. Price wasn't too bad. 4. Food was good 👍

Jack was really friendly and makes amazing food. First time coming here and will definitely be coming back. Sushi sando was perfectly crunchy and soft and the Michigan bowl had great flavor as well. Both were very filling.

100% the best poke bowl! I had the Geisha bowl. It was amazingly fun to eat. Creamy avocado, extremely fresh salmon, and the crunchy crunch! It was the best combination!!! The staffs were so friendly and so welcoming! Jack was very nice and took time to guide people to the menu! Definitely going back!
