The 22-course menu was a masterful journey—from grilled lobster & sea urchin egg custard, kelp-cured cardinal fish nigiri, to tuna variations, shirako liver, stone-grilled black cod, chawanmushi with crab, and anago conger eel finale. Every dish showcased pristine ingredients, precise techniques, and thoughtful flavors. Warm, passionate service in an intimate setting. Truly exceptional! Highly recommend.
