"For fresh sashimi and delicate plating, this understated neighborhood sushi restaurant is worth a visit. Leave the decision-making to the chef and order a charashi for a box of sashimi, egg custard, and vegetables. Or order the sashimi dinner for a variety of generous cuts of sashimi with white rice." - Janna Karel

What a wonderful experience. Tonight we were greeted graciously by the hostess, with a minimal wait on a busy Saturday evening. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant, despite bringing an 8yo. You can tell that children are welcome with the table selection. My child ordered every appetizer and dessert desired, and everything was great. I am always impressed by the quality of the freshest fish every time we go to Sushi Hiro. Never skip the sashimi! 😋 I do recommend going during lunch hour for a calmer dining experience. Servers and runners were very helpful (and respectful) with food allergies with sauces. Even upon exit, the owner made sure a Japanese toy with candy was given to my daughter. I’m very happy we went out to Sushi Hiro and will be back again soon. As a local personal trainer and nutrition coach, it’s great to have staple restaurants that align with your fitness goals. I definitely recommend Sushi Hiro to my clients, and want to extend the recommendation publicly. 🫰

Google
They have different fresh fish from Japan on a weekly basis. Creative sushi that isn't prepared the usual way with just wasabi and soy sauce, very unique! Love them!

OMG! I'm so mad at myself. I've been telling my girl that her and I need to come here for dinner for so long. We finally came last night and saw what we've been missing. This place is amazing! Fresh! Well priced! & clean! One of the finest sushi places we've been to in quite a while. Large cuts that' are so fresh and precisely cut like form a real chef

Outstanding service and fish. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys quality over quantity (all you can eat).

Google
Oh! omakase! In this shopping plaza, a 20 min Uber ride away from the strip, my friend introduced to this really nice little sushi bar and restaurant. SAKE: They have a nice selection of premium cold sake. We started with a nice, dry Nanbu Bijin sake. It's the chef's favorite (renown in Japan.) HIRO OMAKASE: Hirame sashimi w truffle yuzu sauce, Organic Aged Tofu w Ikura, Hama Hama oyster shooter, Chawan mushi, Premium Sashimi, Gindara Saikyo Yaki and Oshinko, Amaebi miso soup, 7 pc Premium Sushi, authenticated A5 Wagyu ishiyaki, Suzuya patisserie Dessert. I was stuffed. Bring your appetite and stretchy pants. "Oh-so-full" good.

Google
I wanted to spend a day off the strip and heard this place was awesome for sushi/sashimi. This is probably the best sashimi I’ve had in my life. I got the hirame (?) on the chefs menu it had black truffle. I also got salmon belly sashimi, an oyster shooter, tuna tartare, and a bottle of sake which was a little over $100. The waiters gave very good service, they were very kind. Just great quality fish. Worth the Uber from the strip!

Land locked …. Doesn’t matter. This was an outstanding sushi restaurant with fresh and tasty rolls. Service outstanding.

We’re coming back. Right off the bat, an offhand appetizer choice had us sold. The crispy rice was everything I wish I could have at home. If I ordered 3 of those, I’d been happy. But nope, ate two rolls. We had the mermaid and the specialty crunchy toro. Can I tell you what is in it? No. But I can tell you it’s well eaten and delectable. I personally liked the mermaid, with the shrimp and roe, better than the toro. But none were bad. In the background, the chefs prattled with the guests at the bar seating and I wished we sat there instead. I bet it’d have been more pleasant. But the sushi is great and I’d love to try the omakase

Jonathan L.

Yelp
Omakase $100 by far the best I have ever had in the states. From top to bottom the preparation and beautiful service was a symphony of true harmony. If you ever have the chance to stop at this hidden gem you will not be disappointed. If you are reading this review and you are at the fourth dish you will understand why you are here. Enjoy the company you are with and truly relish the journey that have led you to this location :)

Yelp
all the food we ordered was really good and filling, and the service was nice and attentive

Yelp
Came here 2 weeks ago on a Friday evening and it was SUPER packed. It was actually my first time coming in the place, but I have ordered through Uber Eats before. I did not have a reservation coming in, however, my mother and I were lucky to get seated immediately at the sushi bar. It was very cold that night so we wanted something to warm us up. Their Nabeyaki Udon has been one of my favorite things as it's not common finding good udon here in Vegas. We also decided to try the Wagyu Roll and their vegetable and shrimp tempura for the first time. The wagyu roll was super delicious and the beef was so soft. The flavor was unique and I loved that they put truffle oil in it. My mom loved the tempura and it had a nice crunch to it with a decent sauce. One thing that I did not try this time around but that I would also recommend would be the My Best Friend Roll. It is one of the rolls that I've ordered for delivery. Our server was also so amazing. She was super quick and was helpful it being our first time there. Definitely recommend trying this place and booking a reservation in advance as this place was packed when we came.

Yelp
WOW what happened to this venue????? Ordered the Karagi (chicken) and it USED to be chunks of deep fried chicken. Now it is small strip chicken and ALL batter. SHAME ON YOU sushi hiro, I dont mind paying more BUT dont feed me batter......... I am dropping this selection in the future! Karagi should have the same consistency when we previously ordered it. For reference I ordered Karagi from Nakata and there were LARGE pieces and NOT slivers. Similar to the ones you USED to serve. I did not say I will not return, just that I will never order Karagi again at Sushi Hiro.

Angie V.

Yelp
Fish quality is insane & service was very good. The crunch toro special roll is a must

Yelp
I can't emphasize enough how amazing Sushi Hiro is. As soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by the friendly staff. Rachel, Mimi, and Yuya are the best! Not only is the sushi always fresh and delicious, but there are also options for people who aren't the biggest fan of raw fish. Whenever I come to Sushi Hiro, I know it will be a positive experience.

Dianna W.

Yelp
This is an amazing experience for sushi . The atmosphere and service is great that I feel like I were in Japanese. I love their table settings and the ceramics are so pretty and down to the details . Six of us ordered the Omakase . The tuna toro just melted in your mouth ! I love the shrimp head soup , so rich of aroma and every single pieces of their sushi ! The meal ended with a mini hand roll , hot tear and dessert ! What a wonderful experience. Every time we come to this area , we love to come to this restaurant !

Victoria K.

Yelp
So I decided on this sushi place in Henderson due to it NOT being an AYCE. So let me start off by saying, there is a 4% service fee for credit card, which we found out after we sat down. The menu options have a good array and here is what we got 1. Bento Box with Tonkatsu. The bento box was a good size with a delicious array. The egg roll and gyoza were delicious. However the tempura was overly battered and was too much. 2. Curry Rice with Tofu: curry was good flavor, tofu was crispy and flavorless 3. Crispy Rice with Tuna: the tuna was good. The jalpeno was fresh, but the sauces were a weird mix 4. Wagyu Nigiri: melts in your mouth, but way overpriced Overall it was an ok experience, but the price was a bit steep. Its hard to justify when there are good places that are AYCE with similar quality

Shivesh K.

Yelp
Lunch Kaiseki was a great value for under $40. I hope they get back to full staffing though.

Hanna S.

Yelp
We keep returning to this place, which is not at all convenient for us, because the chirashi is just that good. My husband likes the deluxe; I prefer the standard, though the chu-toro on our last visit was almost delicious enough to change my mind. My only critique is that this time, the miso soup seemed watered down. I wondered if they got the ratio wrong. But really, I'm nitpicking, because who cares about the miso soup when you're about to eat this fish?

Young Kyung K.

Yelp
I'm a big enthusiast of raw seafood, and discovering a quality sushi restaurant in/ around our neighborhood is a true delight. I was recommended by several people to try Sushi Hiro. Most used keywords from the proposers were: fresh, worth it, delicious and UNI. HAHA I've always enjoyed uni but never had such a big craving for it until recently. Maybe it's the subconscious idea of not being in LA is intensifying my craving for it, especially since it's not easily accessible. (NOT that I've been searching far and wide.) When my friend invited me to dinner at Sushi Hiro I was thrilled! HAHA All I knew was that I was going to be UNI-WASTED. Unbeknownst to me (too excited didn't even look up the menu), the menu was full of other delicious options; so, of course uni was ordered, but UNI-WASTED did not happen. In the sea of AYCE Sushi spots, this place might seem a bit more expensive, but the quality is unmatched. I'll be coming back for a more extensive experience of the place. We were too busy talking I wasn't fully aware of my surroundings. ANOTHER plus, the small booths give your party privacy and I think that's a great feature. I'll be back!

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at Sushi Hiro. This place is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. My friend recommended it to me, and it was a super hit from start to finish. The fish here is incredibly fresh and delicious. They source their fish daily by air, so you know you're getting top-quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was excellent--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. And the best part? The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and service you get. I highly recommend Sushi Hiro to anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Best sushi place off the strip! The service is great, the fish quality is amazing! The ambience is casual. My favorite sushi spot to eat every time I visit. Thank you, Sushi Hiro!

Malise S.

Yelp
Service was amazing. Employees greet everyone and are very friendly. That said, we took our daughter here for her birthday because the reviews are amazing. She enjoyed her sushi. They were generous with the ice cream. The shrimp roll was all rice and the Yakisoba was dry. My Tempura Bento box was mostly breading.

Hayato R.

Yelp
I used to really like this place, but just like a lot of other places post pandemic, things have taken a bit of a dip. Service was only existent up until the food arrived, and then nothing until it was time to drop the bill. Was never given a refill for ocha/tea for the duration of the stay. Beef Teriyaki Bento box, while filled with several options and plenty of food, the teriyaki itself was thinly cut beef and not steak style like most places. Sushi was okay, ika wasn't the best. All things considered, a little disappointing, especially for the price and the drive time as we came from southwest Vegas.

Yelp
Traditional Japanese Sushi and Meals with a contemporary modern twist! Hidden gem of excellent service, food, and ambiance. From first dates, to a business meal, a birthday, an anniversary...it's all a special event when you walk through Sushi Hiro's doors

Elisa H.

Yelp
Came here for a quick lunch and left very happy. Ordered the lunch special sushi combo which came with soup, salad, tuna roll, and 7 pieces of nigiri. I especially liked the yellowtail and sea bream. Also got to try their special crunchy toro roll, which was fantastic. Small sushi restaurant with authentic Japanese decor. They offer great quality fish and great service.

Linda H.

Yelp
OMAKASE! yes please. Service is wonderful and all the omakase sushi was sooooo delicious. Some of the extra niceties that stand out are: - ginger was so fresh - freshly grated wasabi was mild and you can tell it is freshly grated - they put your nigori sake in an ice bucket like champagne Aside from that, the chef is top notch and the order in which they serve the dishes allows for the flavors to deepen and you can tell they also tailor to digestion. Half way through the meal you will get the most refreshing and hot, silky steamed egg dish to refresh your stomach for the rest of the meal. In typical Japanese style, they finish off with a dessert and hot green tea. Loved it all.

Sharon M.

Yelp
The best sushi and sashimi we have had since we moved here in July. We had lunch and look forward to visiting again soon.

Olivia S.

Yelp
Best sushi in all of Henderson and Las Vegas! Their quality is top notch. Other restaurants don't even compare. Everything we got was incredible! They homemake their Age Tofu every morning and it was so good. The lettuce wraps had soft shell crab on the inside, highly recommend adding that to your meal. The entire staff is so attentive, welcoming and hard working. They stay really busy so be sure to make reservations in advance if you can. I live about 40 min away on the opposite side of town but this is well worth the drive! I'll be back and excited to tell my friends about it too. Enjoy!

Kong P.

Yelp
Pretty low-key spot with cute vibes but not overly pretentious. This usually means the price to quality ratio will be great! Starting off strong, the Agedashi tofu here is just unbeatable. Perfectly crispy on the outside and just melt-in-your-mouth soft inside. It's like they've mastered this magical contrast, and it's easily my top pick in Vegas. No contest. Then there's the Yellowtail belly. Phenomenal doesn't even cut it. It's that perfect bite every sushi lover dreams about--buttery, delicate, and just melts away as soon as it hits your tongue. The tuna crispy rice is another standout. It's got that crunch you crave, topped with perfectly seasoned tuna that's a flavor bomb in each bite. The Ika Shoga was good, but a touch too sweet for my taste. Still, the squid was tender and the sauce gave it a nice kick. Oh, and a shoutout to the server who hooked us up big time. Asked for some uni and caviar on our oysters, and not only did they make it happen, but it was a stellar combo. Talk about indulging! Hands down, this place is now one of my go-to sushi spots in town. Hits nearly every mark and then some. Worth dropping by just to experience it yourself.

Aki I.

Yelp
If you want authentic Japanese sushi without any gimmicks, go here. There's no "fusion" of anything here. This is by far the most authentic sushi place in Las Vegas so far..for me at least. The fish quality is excellent and just so yummy. I'm allergic to shrimp, crab, and also lobster....so the chef accommodated my request. Thank you!

Airish E.

Yelp
Best and freshest sushi in the valley. My go to anytime sushi place. Service is always spot on and daily specials - especially flown in from source- are something I look forward to. Cozy and clean place. Lots of parking in a strip mall on Eastern.

Jenny A.

Yelp
Food: Perfect. Tasty. Not greasy. Not salty. Service: Pretty fast. Quality service been provided. Ambiance: Cozy traditional. Clean. I recommend a change of music will be good to something jazz or Japanese music.

Arleen T.

Yelp
Sukiyaki udon is so full of flavor!! Recommend this spot to anyone craving perfectly done noodles with a rich broth. The service was amazing and my third time having lunch there. Definitely will return

London C.

Yelp
Best sushi restaurant in town! They offer a warm towel once you are seated which is a nice touch! The food is always delicious and they are accommodating with seating. Our fave role is the toro sushi! The ambiance is very relaxed and welcoming. If you sit at the bar, buy a round of sake for the chefs.

b g.

Yelp
Don't know why I haven't reviewed before but this is my go to sushi spot. They are outstanding. From the rolls to sashimi to katsu curry everything is as fresh as can be and delicious. The staff are amazing and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Jean L.

Yelp
Ambiance: cute and quaint traditional sushi restaurant located on the very busy strip mall on Eastern next to Taco y Taco and across from Twin Peaks. There isn't a lot of seating so making a reservation seems like a good idea. We got lucky, trying this place out on Tuesday night around 5:30 pm and were seated right away at a table of our choice. Soon after, the restaurant was completely packed! Sushi bar and lighting were on point and felt like a little slice of Japan in the middle of the Las Vegas desert. Service: very good! The staff took time to explain their menu and were very attentive, coming frequently to ask if we needed anything. We ordered an edamame last minute and they managed to bring out as our appetizer before the rest of our food. Food: This is where Sushi Hiro really SHINES. As a sushi lover (especially traditional stuff and sashimi) I had been keeping my eye on trying this place out for a couple of years. My husband DOES NOT like fish/most sushi so it did take a little bit of convincing to get him to come here with me. Before coming, we wanted to figure out what he could order at this place and it was a little difficult to find an up-to-date menu online. But thanks to other yelpers, we were able to get a grasp of what he might potentially like here: the A5 wagyu stuff! To my pleasant surprise, the Surf and Turf roll that was topped with certified A5 wagyu beef exceeded my husband's expectations. According to him, it was indeed very special, very different from any beef he's ever had and delicious. He enjoyed it so much that he expressed looking forward to the next time he'll have it. The dinner sashimi was also very good and includes slices of Madai that had been flown in from Japan. The slices were impressively thick and filling. However, I will probably order the Chirashi next time because I think a bowl of seasoned rice would make the whole meal even more perfect. The only area of improvement would be to update the website and/or yelp with an up to date version of the menu. The prices on yelp are incorrect and misleading. Other than that, I would say Sushi Hiro definitely has one of the higher qualities of sashimi in the area. Gochisousamadeshita!

Jaimarie C.

Yelp
Wonderful food. Very sweet staff who are so professional and attentive. You feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. You are greeted by everyone and given warm towels. They accommodated food allergies and had some of the best sushi I have had in a long time. Lovely restaurant and decor. Great setup with booths, tables and sushi bar. We ordered different rolls and all were fantastic. The salads were great (both seaweed and green). Highly recommend!

Rebecca R.

Yelp
Looking for grade A sushi off the strip? Sushi Hiro hits all the marks and has quickly become one of our favorite neighborhood date nights. A cozy, vibrant and unassuming spot on Eastern near St. Rose Pkwy is inviting from the minute you step in the door. A fabulous sake selection accompanies mouthwatering nigiri, sashimi, sushi rolls, and an assortment of traditional Japanese selections. The waitstaff does an excellent job in being inviting, accommodating and attentive without being overbearing. Last night we splurged and got a sushi boat for the first time. It easily exceeded our expectations and kept us looking forward to our next visit. If you are looking for quality (non-AYCE) sushi, Sushi Hiro is your spot.

Cassandra B.

Yelp
Made fresh to order. I got the tiger roll and the ingredients tasted amazing, light and refreshing. Every bite packed with flavor! Staff was extremely friendly and the service was quick! They had a good amount in there for lunch time so i knew it had to good. Please looked really nice and beautiful lighting and design.

Evangeline C.

Yelp
One of my favorite sushi spots in town. I visited for lunch after about two years (Henderson is just too far for me, and the increased prices have discouraged me from visiting frequently because their dishes can be pricey). I believe the sashimi lunch was $27, which includes salad and miso soup. The food was delicious as usual, and the restaurant was clean as always. However, I prefer sushi that isn't too watery, so this time it wasn't as flavorful as before. The service was mostly friendly. I would definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

Michelle P.

Yelp
Our favorite sushi place in town! Owner is actually from Tokyo and it shows in every detail! Its feels like you are in Japan! Fish is fresh, friendly atmosphere, always feel welcomed!

Nick B.

Yelp
I think this is the best regular, go to neighborhood sushi I have in Vegas. It's a cute and compact space in a strip mall. Service from Jasper was quick and efficient. The Japanese lasagna was my favorite. It was so good, forgot a picture. We are so happy to have found this gem so close to home.

Jesse L.

Yelp
In my opinion the most authentic Sushi spot in Henderson. Do not confuse with Sushi Hero down the street. Fish is fresh and sliced daily. Fish is also at the perfect temperature. They are closed on Mondays which is a great sign for sushi spots. Usually eating sushi on Mondays is leftovers from the weekend. I recommend reservations since the restaurant is small.

Lucy W.

Yelp
I had researched online before my trip, what the best Japanese restaurants were in Henderson/Vegas area. Sushi Hiro kept popping up with stellar reviews. Now, I see why. The restaurant was located only about 5 min from my hotel in Henderson. I was greeted with a warm welcome and sat at the sushi bar. I ordered the sashimi dinner and the black cod (gindara). It was absolutely divine. The fish was incredibly fresh and prepared expertly. The cooked cod dish was the best I've ever tasted, melt in your mouth, umami bomb. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed a hot sake. It was so good that I hoped to come again during my trip. I cruised in the next night for dinner number 2. Shishito peppers, spider roll, uni, ikura and more. It was equally delicious and such a friendly experience as I shared sake with the chefs and staff. I have worked in high end Japanese restaurants and hold an extremely high bar for quality, fresh fish and overall dining experience. Sushi Hiro is the real deal. I live 5 hours away, but would totally make the drive and spend a night or two out in Henderson simply to stuff my belly full of the beautiful cuisine of Sushi Hiro. Thank you to the Chef, chefs and all the wonderful staff! Love, Becca

Katie M.

Yelp
I Love this place! Huge sushi lover & I only go for the freshest fish & often I find sushi restaurants that have exotic sushi available are amazing! This spot is a little pricier than your average sushi spot but totally WORTH IT! If you're looking to treat yourself, and you're a sushi lover, you've got to come here! Blue fin tuna, Santa Barbara & Hokkaido Uni, amaebi, yellowtail belly, Hokkaido scallop w/ yuzu koshu, halibut.. all perfection :)

Ben V.

Yelp
In short YES YOU SHOULD DINE HERE. Funny story about how my girlfriend and I came about finding sushi Hiro. Her yelp was hijacked and there was a very unpleasant review written. We then got into contact with the management at Hiro to let them know what was going on and we figured we should go ourselves to see what led to such review being written. First the ambience here was very welcoming which only added to our excitement; One of those places you walk in and immediately know it's going to be excellent. Secondly the quality of the fish was exceptional, beautiful display at the bar, fish that just melted in your mouth. I seriously can't recommend a better spot. My girlfriend born and raised in Japan felt so welcomed by the staff and raved about the authenticity. It's been a real struggle to find a spot that compared to back home but We're truly lucky to have had that random review come out because now we found a regular sushi spot. I cannot recommend sushi Hiro enough. Yes eat here you will not regret it. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. To sushi Hiro thank you so much we really appreciated the hospitality. Can't wait to come back.

Robert L.

Yelp
Fisrt of all, don't make the mistake of going here thinking this is an AYCE (All You Can Eat) place, it is not AYCE. Despite that, the food here is EXCELLENT! Today my fiance and I went and had an amazing lunch with great service and it was truly an amazing dining experience. The staff was SUPER friendly, the food was fresh and properly made. Most of the time in Vegas when you get sushi and you order nigiri they just slap some fish on top of a ball of rice that easily falls apart or is somehow WAY too structurally sound to just be rice. Here, the rice was perfectly cooked and well-formed AND they prepared the nigiri properly by placing a small amount of wasabi between the rice and the fish. I was wonderfully surprised to see this done here, KUDOS! Great place to go to!!

Jessica W.

Yelp
Food: another delicious evening of fresh authentic Japanese sushi at the sushi bar. My new favorite is Madai - I love that smokiness! We also tried to mix it up and get hamachi belly and sake belly, but I think I prefer the non-belly because it's too fatty for me personally. The sushi here is pretty close to perfection. I didn't get the nodoguro this time because last time for some reason it was really chewy and a huge disappointment. Service: I made a reservation but for some reason they didn't have my name down, so she checked my phone and confirmed I called and we got seated. She was so apologetic and gave us a free slice of cheesecake and thanked us for giving them business! So not necessary, but really kind and unexpected!

Nanci K.

Yelp
fabulous sushi, service and ambiance! the bento meals are wonderful also! best sushi around.

Tim M.

Yelp
Sushi Hiro is my favorite sushi spot in town! Not all you can eat, but the quality of the fish is worth it. Their sushi tastes as good and fresh as Nobu or Morimoto (I have been to both) and is half the price. They have chef special sushi each day imported fresh from Japan and other regions. Some of my favorite sushi to get are Otoro, Hokkaido Uni, A5 Wagyu Nigiri, and Amaebi. The staff are always extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. If you sit at the sushi bar, the chefs will tell you anything you want to know about the sushi. You can see the chefs working hard at their art, and admire the beautiful fish while you wait for your food. This is a must try Sushi restaurant! If you love sushi, you owe it to yourself.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Food taste good, but was not expecting it to be as pricey as it was for the food quality/amount. There's other way better sushi spots without surcharges. All other sushi rolls were around $16 and up plus you gotta think about the surcharge, I went when there was only one other person there(lunch hours). I'm not sure what the extra charge was for if they were not that busy.

Jane C.

Yelp
Made reservations for omakase special dinner- sushi chefs so friendly and fast- loved watching them in action- did not feel rushed- be prepared for a 2 hr feast- so much energy and positivity- and the omakase best in the country-don't waste your time and money on the strip! We are two petite people so the $100 menu was plenty for us. But they had a $160 option with more "cooked" sushi rolls.

Bill J.

Yelp
Excellent quality and great service. The food was of great quality and freshness. The roll preparation was was clean and traditional. I really enjoyed the great taste of their specialty rolls as well as the flavour of their traditional rolls.

Emily C.

Yelp
Fresh fresh fresh! Took my son here for college graduation. We came around 1:00. There were 6 of us, no reservation. They were super accommodating and very polite and friendly. They attended but didn't hover. We have allergies and they had no problem with substituting what we could not eat to give us the experience we wanted and they strive to provide. Best service. Best sushi. Freshest in vegas.

Kendall H.

Yelp
Wow! Absolutely impressed with this sushi spot. I came here with a couple of friends and I'm already excited to come back on my next trip to Las Vegas! Our server Jasper was amazing! He gave great service and recommendations for food. He allowed us to enjoy our food but was always around to get us anything we needed. Love how this spot is small and intimate and the open kitchen makes you feel like a part of the staff and it's amazing to be able to see your sushi and other dishes bring made!

Melinda Y.

Yelp
Sushi Hiro is always on top of our list for quality sashimi & sushi! It's our go-to place when we have friends and family visiting Vegas! It's the real deal when it comes to authentic Japanese cuisine.

Amy F.

Yelp
The quality of fish, the service is absolutely top tier Yuya remembered that I didn't like wasabi on my nigiri!!! What brings us back is not only the amazing food but always the terrific service, we have an amazing dinner every time! Love love love sushi Hiro
