Sushi Kaya

Delicious! I thought a place like this would have rolls with lots of rice and a little filling. WRONG! These perfectly balanced rolls had tons of filling and toppings. So many choices, we'll definitely have to come back. Many of the items were spicy but the heat wasn't overwhelming. Service was super fast and very friendly. Try Cinderella, Paradise, Something's wrong #69, Zizzy.

I was there for the grand opening years ago . Was a great place for sushi. Now it's the worst sushi experience I've had . Gas station sushi would be better. First off, there were more Flys than customers. One of the servers was using an electronic fly swatter near the table while we were eating. Every roll was 90% imitated crab with tiny pieces of fish. The rice was 3:1 ratio to fish . Two of the servers were more occupied on their phones than to deliver orders, took almost 40 mins for an Alaska roll that was the first order. All the rolls were soaked in sauce, probably to cover up the taste of old fish. The salmon skin salad was soaked in oil with no crisp. The pork belly was dry as jerky. Avoid this sushi if possible. Try some where cleaner and quicker on service like Smile Shota.

Delicious special rolls, reasonable prices and very reasonable all you can eat option (read the details though, you are only allowed 1 order of certain options, 90 mins limit and they charge you for left overs, all totally reasonable policies). I can never do an all you can eat because I just don't eat that much but you can easily share 3 special rolls between 2 people and its very filling.

Location: Away from strip, Parking: Tight, Service: Pretty good , Can you do "all:you can eat" : ( Burp, yes...) , Overall: First time try and this was and out of the way place that was an error by the chooser. But lucky for us, it turned out to be a good chance of fate. Their was a wait as this is a small business, but the time did go fast, and we did have much to catch up on. Once we started ordering, the food just kept coming, and we finished every plate put in front of us. I would enjoy this restaurant every time I land in Las Vegas. 4 Stars...

Great place! The food was great, the staff were absolutely amazing they were so friendly and very attentive to our table. Love this place and definitely recommend it.

The owner was very friendly and helpful with the menu suggestions. Waiters and waitresses were very attentive and quick with orders. The size of rice in sushi was just right, not too big, not too small. Yes. They still have all you can sushi menu. I paid $76.37 inclusive of tax and automatic 15% tip. The food was delicious and AYCE menu choices were many.

My friends showed me this place at first I was skeptical because most sushi place I've been tasted the same it never goes above and beyond but upon entering this restaurant I like the atmosphere, the aesthetic, the service was fast and kind. And most importantly they offered sushis that are pleasantly beautiful as they are mouth-watering good!. All I can say is try the Soft Shell Crab!!! I understand why they only served it once for table! Its the crown gem of this place! I will reserve this place to the only people I really really like lol...just kidding. This is my top sushi place in the valley!

The only thing this place has going for it is the location—right by the main strip. But don’t let that fool you. The ingredients? Let’s just say they’re not what you’d expect for a restaurant serving raw fish. You can smell the quality (or lack thereof) long before you taste it, and trust me, that’s not a good thing. Some of the staff are friendly enough—bare minimum, though. The rest? Rude and clearly in need of a crash course on how to treat customers. One of them even thought it was a good idea to start yelling at their coworkers right in front of us. So, if you’re in the mood for some live entertainment (with a side of awkwardness), you’re in luck. There are plenty of other all-you-can-eat spots that actually know what they’re doing. But hey, if you’re into bad service, questionable fish, and want to gamble on a stomachache, then by all means—give this place a try!
