Sushi Kokoro

This place was a true highlight of our trip to Japan, and we are still talking about this fantastic omakase experience we had even a month after coming back home. Top-notch cuisine, impeccable quality of produce, very warm and welcoming service. Can’t wait to be back here on our next trip to Japan! Thank you very much team Sushi Kokoro!

The most wonderful place in Japan that makes me keep coming back to Tokyo. Oba-san & Yoshiko-san are friendly, so sweet and such a talented team work at Sushi Kokoro. The only one reason that makes me love the whole Japan. Always love you, ☺️🙏🏻❤️

I’ve been to a lot of omakase but nothing has come close to this. All of the dishes were so fresh, and so so lovely. The experience was worth the price and so much more. A must when visiting Tokyo. Will come back in a heartbeat.

If i want to rate the best experience in Japan it would definitely be Sushi Kokoro. The chef prepared a wide variety of fish and explained for us about each one. Some fish are seasonal, you don't find it any time of year. The fatty tuna sashimi melt in my mouth! The taste was incredible! The ambiance was so cozy that I felt i am guest in someone's house. I came as a customer and left as a friend! Thank you Chef for having us!

Terrific. I've been to many top-notch sushi joints in Tokyo and Sushi Kokoro holds its own. The charm of Tsutomu-san and his staff make it more welcoming than most. Oishi! Will be visiting again.

On the 3rd floor of a hidden building on a dimmer street that turns away from the main attraction and streets of the area, sushi Kokoro offers an amazingly intimate and comfortable experience with the chef and our serving lady. You will pay quite the bill, but I believe for an experience and service you will not have very often in your life sushi Kokoro is well worth these couple experiences. Though I do not know if this is the case, in our case and for other reviewers here only one party is served in a single course, so the chef and server have the full attention on just your party. The food was all exceptional, and the chef accommodates allergies with other sushi, like in my case Eel instead of Shrimp that was possibly the best Eel I ever had in my life. I am somewhat sad I was not able to take a photo with the chef and server at the end of the meal. I hope on my next visit to Japan I am able to visit again with the same exceptional service and food.
