All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Restaurant Sushi Kushi Opens in Carrollton | Eater Dallas

"A newly opened all-you-can-eat sushi destination in Carrollton serves unlimited sushi presented in fancy boats and quietly debuted at the end of September at 2680 Old Denton Road. The extensive menu centers on classic favorites—seared salmon nigiri, caterpillar rolls and fried tempura rolls—alongside signature creations like the Playboy roll (tempura shrimp, asparagus and spicy tuna). Early buzz includes a visit from food YouTuber Mikey Chen, who praised the freshness of the fish and the composition of the dishes in a widely viewed video. Currently in a soft-opening phase with a grand opening planned for October 19, the unlimited-sushi option runs about $35 and helps fill a relative gap in Dallas–Fort Worth’s limited buffet-style sushi scene." - Amy McCarthy

It’s on pricier side, but quality if food is pretty good. I like a lot of sashimi and sushi options, everything is fresh and tasty. The rolls though are pretty average. Still I think it’s worth it if that’s something you can afford

We tried this place recently with a group of 6 and had an amazing experience. We did the all-you-can-eat sushi on the weekend (charged as dinner price of $39.99) and it did not disappoint. We tried so many rolls, crab Rangoon, dumplings, noodles, and more. It was an excellent experience for an amazing price. We had a private room which was spacious and comfortable. Our daughter was able to enjoy chicken and fries. They have different pricing based on the age of the child. The wait staff was friendly and informative. We will definitely come back.

We went many ayce sushi in DFW area and this is hands down the best ayce sushi within the $30 price range. We’ve been to Sushi Kushi 5 times in the last 2 years. The service has always been super fast, fish rice ratio for nigiri is great, and of course you got sashimi as well. They even have Tako wasabi?! Super niche, the taste was great, and authentic. I’m a fan :)

First time here and we were impressed with the quality of the sushi for an all you can eat experience. Sushi was presented nicely and the service was fantastic. Food came out quickly. There is a 90 min limit for lunch but we were already very full in less than an hour. Ambience was also great. Dessert was not included though.

The sushi here is really good, super fresh and tasty. Definitely a spot for people who enjoy raw fish and raw stuff in general, since most of the good stuff on the menu leans that way. If that’s your thing, you’ll probably love it. Also, try the takoyaki if you’re into appetizers. It was really yummy, crispy outside, soft hot inside, just the right kind of savory. Overall, I enjoyed it, but it’s not for everyone. If you’re not into raw food, maybe skip it.

Our server Andy did a great job serving us. His recommendations were on point and made our all-you-can-eat lunch enjoyable. Most of the sushi was decent, and the appetizers were better than many other sushi places

Ordered combination fried rice ($18), egg rolls (more like spring rolls $5) to go tonight. It was packaged beautifully but needless to say it was not good at all. I’m I would NOT recommend the dishes I ordered. It truly was not fried rice and the egg rolls more than likely came off the all you can eat. Everyone was so friendly I really wanted the food to be good.

The all you can eat option is the best AYCE sushi in Dallas we’ve found. Great size fish, with TONS of options on the menu
