Many people may not accept its price range; however, this is one of the best sushi places I’ve tried in Taipei. Another favorite of mine is Sushi Amamoto 天本. At Masuda, no disappointment or gimmicks in any of the dishes. I think many high-priced sushi places in Taipei should reflect on themselves.

#鮨增田 #米其林餐盤 位於東方文華酒店內,由在東京摘下米其林二星的 #增田勵 主廚為名,師承壽司之神小野二郎,帶出傳統江戶前風格的壽司。 店內現在由 #小衫秀樹 擔任料理長,也是一個人捏出所有賓客的壽司,不管在上菜的速度掌握、或是每一貫的醋飯的鬆緊,都掌握的非常好。 #鮪魚手卷 第一道就來一貫重擊,濃郁的鮪魚風味配上酥脆的海苔,很厲害! #鬼虎魚 屬於白身深海魚,長相兇惡但是肉質非常的細緻,配上橙醋帶出他的高雅香氣。 #櫻花鱒魚 用稻草燒的方式帶出濃濃的煙燻香氣,沾上一點生薑醬油讓魚肉甜味完全釋放 #魚翅茶碗蒸 很滑嫩的口感,配上魚翅帶出高級感。 #太卷 包進了各種食材,滋味豐富 #鹽烤太刀 也就是白帶魚,肉質細緻,非常好吃! #鮪魚赤身 熟成11天之後色澤鮮紅,風味非常的香濃,口感超軟嫩。 #九州白甘 香甜的滋味 #軟絲 只切了三刀,不過口感非常的軟嫩! #竹莢魚 油脂肥美,配上一點薑,好好吃 #麻糬烏魚子 這裡的招牌菜,自家製的烏魚子配上烤的QQ的麻糬,這裡的烏魚子完全不一樣,一點也不硬也不會太鹹! #中腹 超級軟嫩,放入口中直接融化! #大腹 油脂超完美,根本跟和牛一樣,完全沒有筋感,超厲害! #小鯽 最難處理的一貫,酸度非常剛好,很厲害 #明蝦 很大一隻,雖然是熟的但是口感上還是非常的Q彈。 #馬糞海膽 用得是北海道小川的,口感超甜有著濃郁的牛奶味。 #干瓢卷 微甜的干瓢一直是最愛之一 #玉子燒 混入蝦泥,超級鬆軟的口感,非常非常的好吃! #白味增湯 加入海菜,好喝!
