Sushi Murase

I came here during the summer and I will certainly come back each time I’m back in Japan. First all the atmosphere and mood of the restaurant is superb. Second of all, the service is amazing. Even if I didn’t speak the language, I felt at ease and happy to be there. The chefs were super nice and I loved being able to see how they mastered their dishes. And most important of all, the food. There aren’t enough words to describe the deliciousness of all the dishes I ate. All I can say is, if you’re hesitating to come here, don’t. Make the reservation and enjoy your dinner.

Personally, this has been the best sushi omakase. Can't find this level of high quality in the states. We were full by the end. Excellent service, drinks were immediately refilled when glass got empty. Might be difficult to talk to the head chef if you don't speak Japanese, but other chefs were able to speak some English to describe the food. Highly recommend making reservations beforehand.

I still remember that some time ago, there was a very friendly young staff member who always greeted guests with a warm smile. His presence created a welcoming atmosphere, and it was one of the reasons I enjoyed dining here. I’m not sure where he has gone, but the overall feeling this time was different from before. I wish him a good future and become an individual master soon.

One of my favorite Sushi restaurant in Roppongi. What's great about it is that it's near my house! 13 pieces of sushi for 8000 yen, it's a great deal for the quality. Depending on the sashimi, the chef changes the type of rice, from regular sushi rice to red vinegar sushi rice. The ginger was homemade and was so delicious. The uni was the best uni I've ever had in my life. They prepare it using an oven. It's located on the first floor and pretty spacious. I'd say about 20 people can fit at once. Some say it's intimidating to come here for their first time, but I didn't get that feeling at all. I was even able to ask questions about the sushi and they answered to politely. It was pretty easy to make reservations as well. If you're looking for a good sushi place in Tokyo, I highly recommend here.

By far the best Sushi I ever had. Not only the food also the ambience is a truly fantastic Japanese sushi experience from my (European) perspective. Thank you!

Should be a 5-star but we waited almost 50 minutes from our reservation time (8pm). They put us in a private room and brought out lots of food and drinks to us. All the chefs seemed very busy and one head chef that prepares the sushi in the center of a 13-seater restaurant. We had 4 different sakes during our 4-hour meal. The sushi was very fresh. Fun experience with the other guests in the restaurant!

The freshness of Sushi and other dishes cannot describe by words, it is definitely one of the best restaurants we have visited in Tokyo.
