I absolutely love coming here! My server was so nice proficient I wish I caught her name. I always get the truffle tuna with the aroma of garlic just touches my soul. I love garlic so much. I normally order three of these in one sitting and the A5 Wagyu rolls . I tried something new the teriyaki beef, which didn’t settle with me well but most likely because I have a weak stomach and high sodium food doesn’t usually mess well with me. Otherwise, I’m sure it’ll be good to someone else. I love the atmosphere. I always get the lavender bliss. Sometimes I go all out and order every drink off the menu. I feel safe in this area. I come solo most of the time. There is no dress code, but whether you’re dressed up or dress down, you’re accepted either way you don’t feel weird. Definitely a family place as well. The prices aren’t too bad. If I could come here every day, I would.

We come here often because it’s right by our office. The sushi here is fantastic. The service can be a bit slow but is always friendly. The Kobe cubes are a MUST TRY! We get them every time because they are amazingly delicious! My favorite roll is the Optimus roll. Everything here has been great. The decor is modern, chic, clean and bright. I never get tired of coming here.

The interior has a nice ambiance but wouldn't pick this spot if looking for patio dining as the outdoor tables/chairs didn't look appealing at all. Fortunately their food was good as the service wasn't great for the price point. Took awhile to get first contact which wasn't very friendly as she seemed bothered to be there. We had to ask for water refills and again seemed like putting her out even though she hollered to someone else to do it. Now the food part. The Kobe cubes were really good and would recommend but avoid the kimchi brussel sprouts as they were mushy and not great flavor. The toro roll was amazing and would definitely recommend along with the foie gras nigiri.

Phenomenal experience. The food and service were perfect. Kobe bites and the spicy tuna bites are a must. You can’t go wrong with any of the signature nigiris…. It was “SPECTACULAHH GIMME 14 MORE” iykyk.

I was here one of weekday lunch. The food and atmostphere is cozy and nice. I ordered chef recommend sushi/nigiri and it comes with wasabi and ginge. It was tasty. I also love the salad includes in the set. Price is reasonable. It is not completely authentic japanese and more to american style but fish is fresh and overall made me good lunch.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rebel Sushi is a hidden gem in the heart of the city place! 😍 Our experience here was delightful, thanks in large part to our amazing waitress who also dazzled as our bartender 🍹. The sushi chefs truly showcased their skills, crafting each roll with precision and flair. 🍣 The sushi itself was pretty darn good, hitting the spot just right! 🎯 Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we'll definitely be returning for! 👏👏👏 One piece to note, take your time here and experience to food. Rushing is not a strong suit of this location, but with a chill attitude you’ll have an experience to remember.

Excellent food. Ambiance is good. Service is pleasant. Cocktails were okay…very unique but not strong. Bluefin tuna was excellent. And the Kobe Cubes were phenomenal. Will come back.

It was a pleasure dinner experience here at the Sushi Rebel. Their menu quite good, tons of options for raw an cooked sushis, rolls, sashimis, Nigiris, and soups! The also have a limited but good enough happy hour menu which includes rolls mostly and some starters. The environment is quite beautiful and sits right in the heart of the spring city center. We tried their Tiger Eye, Spicy Salmon, and Shaggy Dog rolls. be aware of the spicy edamame though! it was a challenge to get through that one lol
