A beautifully balanced omakase from start to finish. The opening trio — Mozuku, Tara Shirako, and Seikogani — set the tone perfectly with clean, seasonal flavors and delicate textures.
The sushi sequence was outstanding in both variety and execution. Highlights included the Kohada, marinated to perfection, the creamy Sumi Ika, and an exceptional trio of Akami, Chutoro, and Otoro that showcased remarkable depth and umami. The Shiro Ebi and Anago provided an elegant contrast — one sweet and silky, the other rich and comforting.
The Miso Soup and Futo Maki served as a satisfying bridge to the closing desserts, where the Tamago Yaki stood out for its smooth sweetness, followed by a light and fragrant Matcha Mousse that completed the meal beautifully.
Overall, a refined and thoughtful progression that highlights craftsmanship, seasonality, and restraint — a truly enjoyable evening at the counter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
