Sushi Saito

"Located in the Four Seasons Private Residences by the Chao Phraya River, Sushi Saito is the sister branch of the renowned Tokyo restaurant by Chef Takashi Saito. Specialising in Edomae-style sushi, it showcases chef Maruyama’s skills and Edo-period techniques. The restaurant embraces classic Japanese décor, featuring an atrium with a drinks bar and a dining area with a Hinoki cypress counter-table around an open kitchen." - Michelin Inspector

A beautifully balanced omakase from start to finish. The opening trio — Mozuku, Tara Shirako, and Seikogani — set the tone perfectly with clean, seasonal flavors and delicate textures. The sushi sequence was outstanding in both variety and execution. Highlights included the Kohada, marinated to perfection, the creamy Sumi Ika, and an exceptional trio of Akami, Chutoro, and Otoro that showcased remarkable depth and umami. The Shiro Ebi and Anago provided an elegant contrast — one sweet and silky, the other rich and comforting. The Miso Soup and Futo Maki served as a satisfying bridge to the closing desserts, where the Tamago Yaki stood out for its smooth sweetness, followed by a light and fragrant Matcha Mousse that completed the meal beautifully. Overall, a refined and thoughtful progression that highlights craftsmanship, seasonality, and restraint — a truly enjoyable evening at the counter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely worth it! Super fresh ingredients, sourced from the same supplier as Sushi Saito in Japan. I especially love the Chirashi Don—the rice is unique and pairs perfectly with the fish. What impressed me most was how the rice temperature was adjusted for each dish to match the specific fish, showing incredible attention to detail and care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and all the staff are kind and very attentive.Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Japanese sushi. I will definitely come here again!

An amazing Omakase course to remember. I booked in advance but it was relatively uncrowded so the experience was very private. The counter seats were great for displaying the chef's skill. Food quality is outstanding. Every piece was fresh and high quality (especially the uni). The course was also quick for an omakase, which I quite liked. Not too slow. The Japanese chef is also highly skilled and knowledgeable.

I visited after seeing so many great reviews, and it was just as amazing as expected. Every bite was fresh and delicious. The chef is incredibly detail-oriented, friendly, and welcoming. Some items may vary depending on the day, which makes the experience feel even more special. The staff took great care of us, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. It’s also very easy to get to.

It was my first time trying Sushi Saito—truly a 3-star Michelin experience. The chef was warm and welcoming, and every piece was beautifully crafted. I highly recommend booking the Full Omakase course with Uni. It’s sweet, creamy, and has a unique flavor you won’t find anywhere else. Absolutely loved it!

Loved the Uni here! The flavor is truly unique—unlike any other place I’ve tried. Highly recommend giving it a try! Every ingredient was incredibly fresh, and the sauces were perfectly crafted to complement each type of fish. Every bite was beautifully balanced. The chef was friendly and exceptionally attentive to every detail in the preparation.

The sushi at Sushi Saito Bangkok was excellent—fresh, expertly prepared, and truly lived up to its reputation. The service was also good, and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. However, my experience was affected by a group of loud customers seated nearby, who were dressed inappropriately for the setting. (แต่งตัวโป๊เปิดล่างเปิดบน นั่งไม่ระวัง) I feel the restaurant could benefit from enforcing stricter guidelines to maintain its refined atmosphere. Despite that, the quality of the sushi alone makes it worth a visit.

A very impressive omakase experience with Sushi Saito—Japan’s legendary Michelin 3-star establishment. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, flown in directly from Japan. The chef paid close attention to every little detail. I especially loved the Chutoro and Uni—both were rich in flavor and perfectly balanced.
