Had a fantastic dining experience at Sushi Sato! The menu offers great variety, the food is incredibly fresh, and everything tasted wonderful. I left feeling full and satisfied, absolutely worth it. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable too. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality sushi!

If you are looking for great Edomae Sushi in Singapore, THIS is the place!!! Chef Kawana's craftsmanship and attention made this meal a wonderful dinner. The pacing is just nice, not too fast nor not too slow. I love how they play with the food sequence instead of following directly in the menu. Shout out to Kelvin for the warm and professional service. I am not a talker myself, he knows when to draw a line when engaging a conversation with me. Will definitely come back for their mew menu!! 🤤🤤

Had a wonderful omakase experience here. The service was genuinely attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole meal feel very relaxed and enjoyable. The ambience was comfortable and unpretentious, refined but not stiff. Ingredients were very fresh, including the sushi. The cooked dishes were good as well and complemented the overall progression of the meal nicely. The pacing of the courses was spot on, allowing us to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed or overly full. A thoughtfully curated omakase that focuses on quality, balance, and hospitality. Would happily return.

What an experience!! The small seating arrangement keeps you front and center to watch the chef's meticulous and artistic preparations. Each dish comes with an explanation of ingredients or fish type, and sourcing location (Hokkaido region, Kyushu, local to Singapore, etc.) The waitstaff are wonderfully attentive and help make sure you get a truly 5 star experience. Whether you book for lunch or dinner, you will not forget your visit. It's an impressive display, as well as the food being absolute top quality. Wonderful all around!

Every dish was very well thought out. The pacing and overall flow of the course was perfect, waiters were also very attentive and informative on each course.

Sato-san and the team is great! I loved the types of seafoods they used. I think it’s also sourced from japan. Overall great food and great service! Will definitely come back!

First time here and had a good time (dinner). Highlight for me was the sushi - fresh fish paired with rice cooked to my liking (little bit more chewy than usual). Cooked food was good but nothing spectacular - standout for me was the seared baby tuna with uni and the grilled rock fish with mountain yam. Service was great. Only 9 seat counter (chef Sato) so intimate. Chef Sato was personable and attentive. Service staff were also attentive and helpful. Overall, would recommend a visit. Lunch could be a good option - sushi set a must try.
