"Retired pro boxer Satoru Araki is testing his mettle in a new arena. The backbone he developed from keeping his weight under the cut-off helped him overcome the struggles he faced moving from boxing ring to sushi counter. He excels in firing up the crowd. Straight from the bell, he offers eggplant sushi with a jaunty ‘oide nasu!’, a pun on the words ‘welcome’ and ‘eggplant’. Focusing on tuna, he forms the vinegared rice reverently in his fist. You’ll be knocked out by his charm and passion." - Michelin Inspector
Undoubtedly one of the best meals of my life. I opted for the late tasting (omakase) menu and added one extra piece that sounded appealing. The experience of eating seated so close to strangers who are sharing the same meal is also very interesting! I’m not typically a “raw sushi” lover but this meal was absolutely amazing.

An unforgettable omakase experience! Chef Satoru blends top-tier ingredients—like exquisite Fujita tuna—with humor and warmth, making each course both delicious and fun. The intimate counter setting, creative touches (don’t miss the “eggplant” nigiri), and Michelin-recognized quality make this a must-visit in Tokyo
