"Located in the Four Seasons Private Residences by the Chao Phraya River, Sushi Saito is the sister branch of the renowned Tokyo restaurant by Chef Takashi Saito. Specialising in Edomae-style sushi, it showcases chef Maruyama’s skills and Edo-period techniques. The restaurant embraces classic Japanese décor, featuring an atrium with a drinks bar and a dining area with a Hinoki cypress counter-table around an open kitchen." - Michelin Inspector

We didn’t know this restaurant at all but we searched on internet just few weeks before visiting Thailand and this restaurant showed up, we asked our Chef in Bangkok and he said we should go. It was good experience and we only found out it’s famous among Thai celebrities and they collab on IG with many of celebrities, we assumed from their IG. It was all good, we were happy with the meal. And they even gave us a big heart full of ikura! Love it! Thank youuuuu!

We had the Emporer’s Omakase which was excellent, each course was a masterpiece. They do ask at the start if there was anything you don’t eat or are allergic to and I wish I had said “No Shark’s fin” as that was one of the courses. No disrespect to the Chefs, it is just our preference and would have expected it on a Chinese menu but not a Japanese one. Again, my personal preference is that this is not on any restaurant menu, but it would have been good to know it was on the Emperor’s Omakase. Service: there are 14 seats but only one wait staff. We ordered a large bottle of sake but had to keep trying to get her attention for top ups (the couldn’t leave the bottle on the counter due to lack of space). Given the lady had to clear up and set for each dish, for 14 people who also want drinks, you can wait a long time to get her attention. There should be at least 2 people to serve the restaurant. This was a special occasion and it was uniquely memorable. We would return again, but please, no shark’s fin….

Fantastic !! An omakase restaurant with a warm and simple atmosphere. The rice has a unique texture that defines the restaurant’s style. The chef is friendly, attentive, and uses high-quality ingredients. The flavor progression is well-curated, starting from light to rich, with yuzu mocktail served along the way to cleanse the palate effectively. The chef appears calm and patient while serving, without rushing the experience.

The food is decent and nice - very fresh and professionally made. Fair price starting from 3,800 Baht. The services is not ideal considering this is a fine dining omakase, there is no email or text reminder before the session. When I walked in there were only 2 other customers, so I requested to sit separately but the waitress told me the restaurant was fully booked so I had to sit next to the other two customers. However until we finish there were no other customers.

The sushi was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. The dishes are simple yet incredibly refined, showing great attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making the overall experience enjoyable. Definitely worth the price for the quality you get. Highly recommended.
