Great food and excellent atmosphere. Here you can find authentic original sushi selections along with local tasting variations. You can also order udon (and ramen on weeknights). Price is reasonable. Be warned that it gets busy on weekends because it is very popular, however it is worth the wait.

Ive been coming here for nearly 20 years. I thought i had written a review but apparently i have not and i do want to apologize to Shingo (owner) and all of his amazing staff. Every single person there goes above and beyond to make sure every experience exceeds expectations and leaves me wanting to come back every single day (sometimes i do). They are all so friendly, attentive and genuinely great people. I believe it has a lot to do with the environment and culture established by Shingo. The prices are just right and i have zero complaints. sure i could spend $25 on an all you can eat sushi place, but truthfully id much rather come here. I can sit down, start eating right away and be on my way. The quality is also very proper. Ive been a sushi connoisseur since high school, ive searched high and low for the best places. i still find myself coming here all the time. Thank you Shingo and all of the staff for your never ending experiences of wonderful dining.

I cannot believe this place is still here. I used to live nearby from 2004 to 2007, and this was one of my favorite spots in town. The Salmon Skin Roll was something I could never find in any other sushi restaurant I visited, and I still remember the taste even now. I also remember the owner’s young son, at least that is how I remember it, happily making sushi and serving customers. The scene is still vivid in my mind. If I ever have a chance to visit again, I would love to stop by.

There was about fifteen minute wait, so I was careful sitting on the benches as another review mentioned that a protruding wire tore his daughters jeans. Atmosphere resembled that in Japan enough for 5 stars in that category. Our “server” was not Japanese or Asian, but she was attentive and smiling, so 4 stars there. The sushi was probably 4 stars to non Japanese people but we have higher standards, so only 3 stars there. Plus, some creations can hardly be called “sushi”. See pics. We just got back from Japan actually, and prices here in the USA are crazy high. One good thing about this place is they have draft Japanese (likely not from Japan) beer for reasonable price.

Very cool place ! I love it. Little bit pricy i think. 5$ for 2 pcs of some sushi / rolls which make it ridiculous compared to all you can eat plsces but sushi is so good ! I ll be back there often for sure !!! Not to often $ because of it but still i recomemded place 100% Also there should be more choices like 2-3 more choices in my opinion. Illinois had regulations in place for casinos, so that they can only exist upon a body of water. So that is how casinos operated with the boat in Elgin, then the intricate construction of the Rivers campus. Well, the pandemic emergency protocols and measures put into effect allowed for such broad scopes of power to be moved without any check, perhaps even in a case where rules of force become blurred as well, meaning who is allowed to do what and why for what purpose. For example, if the disease threat was deemed an emergency, more than one potential emergency could also be determined at the same time. Well, while the world works, there is the question of how to implement and maintain sports gambling and video gambling throughout the state, how interesting with medical cannabis coming into play at the exact same time in 2020. Casinos are supposed to only operate over a body of water, rather than standalone structures, such as a house or traditional building, so as to regulate against other states and other vice businesses (legal). But, what determines a casino, or a digital casino, compared to a gambling bar or a drive-up kiosk or an iPhone? Sounds like a debate. But we need money to operate, whatever taxes and a state pretend to be about. Well this scary pandemic emergency is a lot to deal with as well, at any given circumstance. These are unprecedented times, of course, oh gosh. If something like a weather event happened during a pandemic, that would be really scary, thankfully we have neighboring states and federal resources to help us survive, if perhaps something like tornadoes or earthquakes rattle our society. Thank goodness, we're prepared. But gosh, these video terminals need to get installed or they won't be more available than the money or food itself. It would be really scary if something like environmental factors contributed to flooding, but wow dealing with drought and regional wildfires is a strain on the economy as well, it almost sounds like another emergency. Well, the environment is debatable, too, as we have seen through actions of federal agencies during the recent decade, so maybe that doesn't impact us at all, until protocols are enable or met. Gosh a flood sounds scary. People talk about the state flooding from the rivers and rain, and its scary, and even projecting the terrain using satellite-based A.I. modeling, so there is that INFORMATION, that can be taken into account at any real-time moment. That potential disaster could be really scary for people to deal with, like a triple emergency then if things like that were happening in a 1-2 year span. Well thank goodness the floods have not hit us like they do in Texas or the Appalachia regions, and whatnot. Thank goodness for covert A.I. system development and communication networks that have been engineered like science fiction wet dreams since before the films with Keanu. Click. This emergency is on. Click. That emergency is turned off now. Click. OK now what does HE need. If the entire state "flooded" then somehow the network of gas stations and stores would still need to try to operate and sell, distribute food and fuel and whatever else all day every day. This is the global economy we are talking about here. If the state "flooded" even for, say a minute, (do super smart weather people actually get to decide that like basketball score sheet? Oh I'm sure), then technically, The entire state is On top of a body of water, or, something like a Dennis Quad flashback. Well, we can just disable those emergency weather statuses as needed, and well, whatever public information gets shared when is under the jurisdiction of well, HIM. It's an emergency after all, a triple emergency of unprecedented times. Scary. No violence though, that's only for those Trump people that go out and protest somewhere. The state is flooded and a body of water. Technically this "license" is legal. OK now its not a flood anymore. The casino is closed now. Great, thankfully that emergency is over. What is a script.

We’ve been to sushi station 3 or 4 times now after breaking the bank at the other local revolving sushi restaurant and Sushi Station is #1 in our hearts! Pros: -The sushi is good with lots of variety!! -My kids always feel adventurous when they come here because, since the plates are all 2-4 pieces, they can try new things without worrying. -The sushi is on the slightly warm side. -There’s no wait for your food once you’re seated since you can start grabbing sushi whenever you’re ready! The only potential drawback is that the servers are super busy so it can be hard to flag them down to make menu orders instead of grabbing off the belt but they’re very kind and attentive when they’re with you. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t sacrifice quality sushi for a fun, novel experience this is it!

Which this creates a mesmerizing spectacle, that carries a constant parade of delectable sushi, salads, and desserts. Sushi gliding by like colorful, edible gems, waiting to be picked up. Color coded by their plates so you know how much each entree is worth. Every plate was a delightful surprise! The freshness and flavors are beyond compare, a testament to their dedication to quality. From mouthwatering maki rolls to crisp salads and divine cheesecake’s, it's a feast for the senses. It's impossible to resist the urge to try them all and share this culinary exploration with fellow food enthusiasts. There is a sushi chef that is constantly creating these little master pieces. The staff and waiters are so friendly, attentive and kind. You can easily order something off the menu if you don’t see your entree or if you prefer not to wait on the conveyor’s next rotation. If you're in Rolling Meadows this spot will satisfy that craving for some great sushi. 🍱🍣🎉

My sister and I have been loyal patrons of Sushi Station for years, and it never disappoints. While we've enjoyed the lively atmosphere of their revolving sushi station in the past a testament to its popularity, given how bustling it always is we've recently opted for takeout. Personal favorites include the Hanako, Godzilla, and Bostation rolls. The classics, like California and Philadelphia rolls, are also excellent and come at unbeatable prices. The takeout team is consistently friendly and efficient, promptly addressing any order discrepancies. For dessert enthusiasts, I recommend trying the Sasa Dango, a delightful sweet red bean paste, all wrapped in bamboo leaves. It's a unique and delicious way to conclude your meal.

I've continued to go here over the 9 years since I wrote my initial review. Every thing I wrote still holds - yet there's been an improvement. There are a lot of choices on the menu that don't make it to the conveyor belt either because they are warm or there's not high demand. I got a fire-roasted 2-piece Unagi sashimi most times I go, and the guy that makes them is great at it. If I could update to a 4.5, I would.

OMG best sushi place around! This is the best sushi I ever had. It was my first time going and I was bit scared but I definitely had a fun time. The service was outstanding, they helped us with ordering and recommended many dishes. The ambiance was very different that an other places. I loved the set and how you can just grab your food.

I've been here several times for work lunches and it's a great little sushi restaurant. It's small and fills up fast so occasionally there's a wait - usually only takes 5 or 10 min to get seated. I typically order from the rotating sushi belt which is the draw here. At lunch they often have maybe 4 or 5 "lunch special" rolls from $1.75. Otherwise the color coded plates go from I think 1 to 7 dollars. Another reviewer said they didn't have pickled ginger but they absolutely had it at my table a couple weeks ago. I like that the rolls here don't fall apart. They also have several dessert items - some non Japanese (cheesecake bites, macaroons, etc), mochi upon request (you have to order it from your server), and some authentic dishes like these rice balls on a skewer covered in a "not too sweet" syrup - they are my favorite. Service has always been really good here.

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT. My family, including my 7 and 3-year-old kids, usually eat at Sushi Station Rolling Meadows at least once every three weeks. But our latest visit was disappointing, and we won't be returning. My kids really enjoy Unagi Nigiri (Eel), so we usually start our meal with 4-5 orders of it. During our last visit, my older daughter found a bone while eating, which we thought might happen with raw fish. But then I found some larger bones (see pictures below - about the size of a penny) in the eel too. I decided to inform our waiter, not expecting much, just to let them know it could be a problem for others. However, when the waiter brought over their supervisor, things took a turn for the worse, and it became clear we wouldn't be dining at Sushi Station anymore. The supervisor waitress got very defensive and claimed their eel supplier had never had problems before. When I tried to explain what happened, she rolled her eyes and ruined our family dinner. Everyone makes mistakes, including suppliers, but being rude to customers isn't the solution. I'm upset that we paid for food and service but didn't receive either, so we won't be coming back.

Good sushi. Efficient system of delivering sushi plates. Fair pricing. Recommended.

This is such a fun place. Every seat is close to the conveyor belt of sushi. I like it because you don't have to commit to a certain roll of 8 pieces. Here you get 3 or 4 for a low price. If you want more take more. I usually do that with the special of the day. Always crowded. Get there when it opens. It is a busy place, never too loud and there is always the sushi to watch.

For my first time ever trying sushi, it was all amazing. I did carry out. The line was quick even tho the rest of the place was really busy. Clean. Nice staff.

Sushi was poor quality sushi, I grabbed a tuna roll and when I ate it I instantly said, "that tastes old and fishy". Prices are extremely high for what they serve, 2 to 3 pieces cost 4/5 dollars. Due to the space being small their goal is to get you in and out. They were so rude and asking every 2 minutes if we were ready. My friend and I stood our ground and tried to proceed with our conversation but they just stood in front of us staring. My friend and I weren't even there for 30 minutes. If you're trying to enjoy a meal without being rushed this is definitely not the place. There are so many better quality and service conveyor belt restaurants.

Finally had to write a review about this place... Used to love it... The food is still good, but the owner or at least the lady who runs a place makes me not want to come back Just spent $40 and had a few items in a takeout container I asked for some soy sauce to go and she gave me one packet and almost did not give me a second small packet I actually asked her for a clear plastic container that they fill up with soy sauce to go food and she would not give it to me Literally 10 cents for someone who just spent $40 Sadly, no tip was left so the owner cost her employees money by not running the business in a smart manner. Had another bad experience when I was having my daughter, meet me for lunch. She was the fourth one to arrive and they would not seat me until she arrived. I wanted everyone to sit down and I was going to order for her so she could be fast And the sad part is I used to come here once a week so they know. you think a relationship would mean something to these people but it clearly does not. Might come back, but probably not Also, they close at 2 PM but they start taking last call for food at 1:30 and then basically clean around your feet and make sure you're out of there by 140/145 unprofessional

I've been coming to Sushi Station for oh, I don't know, about 10 years now? I have their menu memorized by now! Sushi Station is a revolving sushi belt restaurant where you can grab whatever sushi you like from the conveyer belt or you can order with a server. I'm not gonna lie - Sushi Station doesn't have some super high-quality, top notch sushi. It's tasty and definitely can hit the spot, but don't expect to have some super crazy or elaborate rolls here. My personal favorites are the San Diego roll, their gyoza, and the Caterpillar roll. If you're in the mood for sushi but don't want to pay big bucks, Sushi Station is definitely your place to go. I usually get full off of 4-5 plates! Perfect for friends, families, or even coming in and eating by yourself!

Pretty rare to see conveyor belt sushi place in Chicago area. This one was original, as far as I remember. Kaiten style sushi bar. Good efficient and cheerful service, despite the fact that it was busy Friday night. Quite reasonable prices. The fish was fresh, the quality a bit hit or miss. I like sea bass and Caribbean roll, some nigiri, including yellowtail and salmon, were mediocre. Good squid salad though. Not much of ambiance but still fun thing to do!

My aunt and I had lunch plans and were craving sushi. We actually attempted to go to another restaurant, but it was closed. Sushi Station was not! It's a fun little place with a rotating food bar. You are setting at a table or counter next to the rotating sushi, grabbing whatever you'd like as it comes by. This is such a terrific set up for sushi so you can try a little bit of everything without committing to an entire roll. The plates are individually priced based on their color. You stack them up as you go so they can be counted at the end of your meal. This is the kind of place where you get what you pay for. The sushi is not elaborate by any means, but it is tasty and fresh. There are plenty of other choices as well; seaweed salad, desserts, calamari sticks, and much more. You can order other items such as ramen bowls and various desserts.. This is a great place to have a little fun - perfect for a unique date experience.

Right off the sushi conveyor or made to order. Excellent food service and atmosphere. Affordable and tasty, great choice for a quick sushi hit, just get there early, seating fills up fast. Did I mention friendly fast service.

The sushi is fresh and reasonably priced. Have to order off menu, no custom orders. It has the conveyor belt model but if you want something you can order it. Small restaurant and no frills. 2 people can sit at the bar otherwise you'll have to wait for a table. To go orders are pick up at the window which is nice to reduce the traffic inside.

We went for my husband's birthday dinner. As usual it was a good meal. We decided to try all new rolls this time. Our new favorite was definitely the Hanako. I was on the fence but we both really like it! The San Diego was really good too. It's definitely a spicy one though so be aware. Next time I think I'll scrape off a little bit of the spicy mayo. Husband didn't have an issue with the spice level. Didn't enjoy the rangoons as much as some places so I think next time I'll have the tempura. We tried the oreo dream bar and it was so good. We split it which was perfect since it was quite rich. As usual a good meal and good service.

Used to love the food here so I have been coming here for over 10 years. The quality of food and service slowly went down to the point that I decided not to come here anymore. Today, I visited with a friend who wanted to experience the rotating sushi place. I made a wrong decision. Service was ok but I really didn't like the servers randomly grabbing the cover without saying "Excuse me" or letting me know. The quality of the food even got worse. So many imitation crab rolls, many sushi rolls have "chopped" fish, portions got small and white squid sushi was yelling that it was about to go bad. Overall non-authentic, too Americanized sushi place with below average food quality.

My husband suggested sushi for dinner tonight and I wasn't thrilled about the idea until he mentioned Sushi Station and its conveyor belt. I have a friend who lives in LA who has sung the praises of conveyor belt sushi for years. Intrigued and (almost) always down for an adventure, I agreed and we were off! We had a wait of about 30 minutes, which we expected. The day after Valentine's Day, especially on a Saturday, is likely to be busy. After telling the host/manager how many were in our party, he handed us a ticket. He calls out the number on the tickets instead of names. There were a couple of small glitches with this process, all of which were the fault of patrons. The restaurant was generous (a group of people left the restaurant and lobby, thus missing their number being called. When they came back, they moved to the top of the list - a kindness I'm not sure I would have extended). The host/manager was apologetic to us about the delay caused by the issues and kept us up to date on our table. We used our wait to strategize our visit. There's a bit of game theory in conveyor belt sushi because you may not want to wait for something to come back around and you don't know what will be on the conveyor next to you when you're seated. We also had to decide if there were things we were sharing. We were seated at a table rather than directly at the bar, which was maybe better for us. We had a little space to spread out and stack our plates. Our server was excellent, consistently present with refills and to check in. We tried quite a few things - I think we ended up with 19 plates total. The gyoza were tasty. My favorite roll was one that had tempura shrimp, green onion, and cream cheese. My husband tried everything that had a reference to fire. There was nothing I would call a miss, though certainly some were better than others. The real benefit of conveyor belt sushi is that you get to try smaller portions of things. I would never order a full roll of something with tempura shrimp and coconut, but the two bites on this plate were a perfect amount. There's a man who stands at the end of the sushi bar deciding how to deploy the dishes being prepared onto moving belt. I believe this makes him the surveyor and purveyor of the conveyor, a job I envy.

I've been going to this place for years. Of course I don't expect fancy high end sushi when I go here, but no waiting for food, reasonable price and still decent food. You'll get full really fast if you only eat their maki because there's a lot of rice in there. You can also order something off the menu that you can't get from the rotating bar. Perfect spot for a quick lunch if you're in the mood for sushi but have no time for restaurants with waiting staff and don't want old grocery store sushi!

They closed the kitchen one hour early when this is not how it works. I do not think that this is okay and then when u ask them why they're closing the kitchen, they say don't ask why it's just closed. This is not good service and good behavior towards customers.

Been coming here since 2005 and the place has not lost its touch. Sure it's not your high end sushi restaurant but for the price and wide selection of fish and seafood you can't beat this anywhere else, not even this Kura chain on the east coast. Make sure to try the magma roll when available, and the toro is always, always fresh and melts in your mouth like toro should.

Our favorites are: - Philadelphia roll $3.5 - Phoenix Roll $5.25 - Spicy Scallop roll $5.5 - Caterpillar Roll Today we also tried: Godzilla roll Fried Calamari Blackened Seared Tuna Highly recommend this place. Always fresh and fast. Just love it. We eat there at least once a week.

The staff is great. Nice people, quick with food and ordering as well as seating. The food itself is very fresh and seems quite healthy. They lack in variety so at times it does get quite boring to eat there. I hope that they expand on their menu. Speaking of expand. I feel like the ambience is pretty nice if it's not that busy, but if it's busy on, a weekend or a Friday then you have to wait either outside or squeeze inside. When you're in the actual sitting area, then you are pretty close to random people next to you. One good thing they did was add a little sheets to divide people so you don't have to be next to someone directly, but some of the spaces still make you elbow to elbow with a Stranger. So that's really the only lacking factor size, not having a bigger menu.

Reasonable price but delicious sushi! I had a great time spending Mother's Day with my daughter. I enjoyed the "train / conveyor belt - style delivery" of the sushi, desserts, etc. I can see the food before I buy it and that's really great. We will definitely come back

I've been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed! The food is always fresh, the staff is so kind and attentive, and they keep the restaurant sanitized! I'd definitely recommend this sushi restaurant! We wanted to try the conveyor belt sushi experience and it was awesome! Difficult for vegetarians as there are only a few rolls that are vegetarian but the waiter tried customizing as we ordered for my husband. Myself and my sister had an awesome time picking random ones to try from the belt and also ordering ones not on the belt but on the screen like the taco roll. I liked how they had appetizers like edamame and desserts like cheesecake on the belt. We chose to order mochi mango and strawberry. We tried the garlic fried rice which was great and ordered the fried chicken nuggets for my daughter but they were awful! If your kid doesn't like sushi there aren't many options... so that was the downside for us. Decent drink prices. Very clean! Sashimi /raw fish leave allot to be desired here kind of mushy. However for a fun quick bite I would recommend. I have gone w groups and by my self several times and feel like I get ignored some by wait staff when I'm there alone. Over all decent food and decent prices. It's rarely too busy and the food comes by on a conveyor belt - so fun! I didn't give it 5 stars because they didn't replenish or even have some of the usual items on the belt but had to be ordered separately, which is fine. But I really didn't want a whole roll! Otherwise, good job!

Is it high grade sushi: No. Is it fun: heck yeah. Its great fun with the family. Great for Vegetarians. (Trust me, you can knock down multiple plates of Spring breeze and the Spicy Garden crunch, feel full, yet not sick. Good staff. Gets insanely crowded. But you see a nice mix of family crowds and lively atmosphere for a strip mall. Its a guilty pleasure..I love it.

I am usually a huge fan of Sushi Station and drive out here from the city just to enjoy their rotating buffet of selections. This weekend was totally awful. We came in around 4:00 and were seated relatively quickly, but then things spiraled downhill. The belt was missing so many regular items and nothing was really being refreshed very quickly. We waited FOREVER to place orders with the wait staff as we were seated in the forgotten area towards the back where the screens that they put up to deal with COVID are only exacerbating the situation. Forget about refills on drinks and apparently napkins are an endangered species because even when you order a Ramune (which ALWAYS OVERFLOW) and have kids in your party you only have the bare minimum. The biggest issue for me - and I am CERTAIN this has to be a building code violation - is that the bathrooms (BOTH) were marked "out of order" and there were carts blocking the way to them. How can you have a restaurant open without at least one functioning restaurant? Not to mention what about staff???? Gross. It is going to take me a long time to feel like coming here again after having to shuttle two kids to the neighboring smoothie shop to use the restroom and wait forever just to get a check to be able to leave.

Conveyor belt sushi? It's different, fun and convenient! The Interior = Fun and colorful. The Service = Servers are nice but this is more of a self serve place hence the conveyor belt. You are able to order directly from the menu and the servers are fairly attentive. The Food = Fresh and good quality. Conveyor belt sushi ranges from $1.25 to $6.25. The prices are identifiable by the plate color. There are other dishes you could order from the menu with various prices. Sushi station is a great place to grab a quick bite or to take a sushi novice for schooling :)

The best sushi restaurant! They have a great lunch special -- some of their best rolls for $1.25. You must try the Godzilla! A great place to go to if you want to try a bunch of different sushi's without committing to an entire roll. You can pick off rolls of the rotating sushi bar or order to your table. They have plenty of hand sanitizer available -- once you touch a plate you take it. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. They have daily specials as well. You may have to wait long to get a table but once you're sitting you can start picking plates off the conveyor belt. The rolls are so consciously well thought out and several delicious combinations. My favorite place to get sushi, I will return time and time again!

I've been a customer of this restaurant for 14 years and am sad to share that I will not be returning ever again. For those familiar with the restaurant, small plates of sushi, appetizers and desserts rotate past your. One of the items we picked was fried calamari. One bite and it was cold. Not even Luke warm. Cold. So we told the waitress that we were concerned to eat it. She then got us the manager who was HORRIBLE and lacks any understanding of customer service. When we politely shared our concern she offered to microwave the calamari. I said I don't think it's safe to do that to which she responded "maybe this isn't the restaurant for you". I was shocked and asked for the owner who we've interacted with along these 14 years. He quickly apologized but it's apparent that they are struggling for the good staff they used to have. I'll miss this place but fortunate for other options in the area.

Sushi Station has gone down in quality over the past few years. They have shrunken the menu, and they are unable to make things that are still on the menu. Dined here last week, disappointed. It is proper sushi service (according to Japanese culture) to serve sushi with pickled ginger. They have stopped providing this at the table. Instead, it is only available upon request. And it is a sparing amount they give you. I asked for Spicy Scallop Gunkan (as listed on the menu), but they cannot make it. They claim they only reserve certain ingredients for other items. One time, they told me it was the scallops...to which I said they can just make a quick order with the scallops they have in house. This time, he tells me it's because of the masago...being reserved only for spicy tuna. Completely stupid. If you have the ingredients AND the item is on the menu, make it for the customer. My daughter also took an item off the belt that said contained "crab salad". She said it tasted super fishy. I tried it, and I knew what the problem was. It was made with Surimi, or IMITATION crab meat (processed white meat fish combined with crab flavoring, salt and preservatives). This is NOT crab salad, and falsely advertised as such. When I complained, a manager came over to tell me that is how they make their "crab salad". Now, there is NO description I could find that says it is made with surimi. We did not eat it, yet it remained on my bill. I also complained about the spicy tuna maki I got. Now, most places these days use AAA Saku Block frozen Tuna because it is cheap (which is a lower grade yellowfin tuna that has been treated with CO2 to give color and keep it shelf stable through the freezing process). Unfortunately, this wasn't even that product. It was white/gray in color, very strong tasting...which leads me to believe it was white tuna they use. It was horrible. The spider roll was bulked up with so much panko inside that I couldn't taste any of the tiny softshell crab they use. The selections on the conveyor belt are minimal now. It is quite repetitive. Here's the very worst part...When we walked in the door, I asked my 9 year old son to hold the door open for his older sister (trying to enforce chivalrous customs on him). So as he opened the right door (the proper door for entry or exit), a Japanese guy forces his way out, stepping right in my daughter's path! I believe this to be one of the owners or management there. Complete rude! I'm not sure if I will ever go back, considering I have taken issue with multiple things over my past few visits. Skip the fun of the conveyor belt fast food sushi...You're better off making the drive to Kumi Sushi in Crystal Lake where they use REAL and FRESH ingredients with a larger, more diverse selection.

Not the best sushi you'll ever eat, but pretty darn good nevertheless. The big deal is the show, i.e., the conveyor belt service. I've brought friends and young relatives here, and everyone gets a kick out of the carousel of sushi that is constantly going by. You can order a fuller Japanese menu from the friendly waitresses as well. Worth the trip to the burbs.

Great verity of rolls! The restaurant fits a good amount and if there is a wait it isn't to bad. They have some really great rolls but at times it'll feel like the same few options are coming and are being repeated. But overall a great and fast experience!

Wow in a bad way. I can't even review the food since I've wasn't able to eat. My friends were seated and I was invited last minute. When I showed up, they wouldn't let me sit with them and kicked me out. It's their policy that all parties must be present before seating. What kind of policy is this?? What kind of customer service is this?? I'm am beyond appalled that they even posted a sign, that I did not read because who would deny the business?? Because of covid?? No way. This is Sushi Station and not all seats were social distancing! Please plead your case if I'm wrong.

I will have to say this, by far, was the worst experience. We came with a party of 4 at 7:30. We got seated. There was absolutely no sushi on the conveyer. We waited for about 10 minutes and got 2 rolls. We finally flagged down the waitress and asked her what was wrong. Her response was "we close at 8:30 so they probably stopped putting it, you can order from the menu" The point was to come and experience the conveyer and grab our own sushi. I could go to any restaurant and order off the menu. Next, we ordered a bunch of sushi. Waited another 20 minutes for her to come and tell us that they cannot fulfill a rainbow roll because they are out of fish. Couldn't elaborate on what fish was out. I will not be returning. It was a subpar experience.

Excellent sushi! Fresh & delicious. 4 people at our table. All 1st timers here. Definitely worth the hour drive for us. Each table has screens between them for privacy& Im sure it helps with covid restrictions. Was a bit intimidating at the beginning but we Quickly got over it. Was kind of exciting to see the different plates cruise by. Everything was labeled so it was Easy to know what was what. Prices were very Affordable for the quality of sushi received. Pricing is done by plate color & they have a price guide on the conveyer to avoid confusion. Our bill was about $140 with Drinks before tip. We all Overate & my hubby is a Big Guy. So happy to have found this place. Will not hesitate to drive back here for a simple Lunch or another splurge dinner.

If you've never experienced conveyor belt sushi, this is a good place to try out! You grab the sushi from a conveyor belt and pay at the end, each color dish represents a different price. Be sure to scan the QR code on table for a menu to get items like fried calamari, fried chicken and tempura shrimp upon that aren't on the menu! (P.S they serve smoked salmon sushi for those who aren't into raw fish !)

The concept is cool . The sushi rotates and you serve yourself . The wait was a bit long but it was worth it . Went here for a triple date , there was so much going on , it was fun though to break the ice and see all the food rotating . Each plate is a different value , like dimsum. And I think 10 plates you get a golden coin for a toy lol I would def try the udon noodles and golden shrimp.

DO NOT order pickup. Second time I have picked up and my food is sitting on the counter not refrigerated! I set my order for pickup at 6:15 and arrived at 6:20. My food wasn't kept in any cooler, and when I felt the sushi in my car right after it was about room temp. RAW. FISH. I work in the food industry, that is so unsafe. Even if I did refrigerate it at home again before eating, it can make you sick. Didn't feel good after eating a pricey meal I paid for and was excited to eat after a long day at work. PLEASE REFRIGERATE YOUR ONLINE ORDERS OR IT WILL MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SICK. That is appalling and I am so upset they allowed this. I'd get my money back if I could. Never ever ordering online pickup again for warm sushi that was sitting there for who knows how long before I came and got it just 5 minutes after my pickup time!

Came here for a spontaneous Sunday night dinner and was surprised to find the place packed at 7:45 pm. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated, so that wasn't too bad. You can order off the menu and/or grab plates off the revolving conveyer belt. Given the ambiance was a bit casual with red and yellow decor, and the fact that we were eating off plastic plates, I wasn't expecting much from this sushi... but I was pleasantly surprised how delicious and fresh everything was. Wow! So yummy! The gyoza and shrimp shumai appetizers were okay and nothing amazing, but the the tuna and salmon nigiri were so fresh and quite large pieces of fish, too. I liked the spider roll, which was the most expensive thing I ate. The tempura was still crunchy and not soggy from sitting on the conveyer belt. A lot of their rolls contained their crab salad, which I liked because it was kind of sweet. They also have a wide array of desserts, but I was too stuffed to try them this time. Definitely worth coming if you like different kinds of sushi rolls in a fun atmosphere. Can't wait to eat here again in the future.
