Visited Sushi Taka and finally got to try their renowned sushi—and wow, it did not disappoint! While the prices lean toward the higher end, every bite was worth it. The freshness of the fish was unparalleled, as if it had just leapt out of the ocean.

Grilled Cherry Salmon (Sakuramasu Yuanyaki): So soft and silky, it practically melts in your mouth.
Sea Urchin (Uni): Incredibly creamy with no hint of fishiness—a true delight.
Sea Eel (Anago): So tender, it fell apart strand by strand with each bite.
I was seated near the chef’s station, watching every sushi masterpiece come to life—superb! To top it all off, the staff surprised me with a cake for my birthday! The team was warm, and the chef kept us entertained throughout the meal. An unforgettable and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience!
