Sushi Time

Far and away the best sushi place. Simple and hidden gem. We love to go there with my husband. The chef is a character! Very friendly staff and of course delicious sushi! Always busy but don't be afraid to sit at the bar, you'll get the honor to see the chef working his magic.

My favorite sushi place around! And trust me I am a sushi entrepreneur and have tried dozens of sushi places!There happy hour is INCREDIBLE! I believe its 3-6pm everyday! Yummy saki, and they have a bunch of different rolls to choose from! Friendly and great service!

This place is now called Nagahasu and it’s AWESOME. Friendly staff and top shelf sushi without attitude and high price. Try it out and thank me later.

A great local spot that I recommend if you're around the Beverly Grove area. Prices are good compared to most LA sushi joints, particularly for the quality of the fish. We had a variety of rolls, gyoza, and miso soup, all of which were tasty. I especially recommend the crunchy rice appetizer (four pieces for $9 as of this writing), miso soup, and whichever rolls call to you from the specials board. For 5 rolls, gyoza, crunchy rice, miso soup, and two drinks, the total was about $80. Just a warning that they don't offer take out!

Every now and then I fly in from Switzerland to eat here. My favorite Japanese restaurant in LA. 5 Stars. Small, authentic and fresh. I recommend it to all my friends flying to LA.

Sushi Time is happy time! Mom and Pop, no frills, old school sushi and Japanese standards. It's the real Japanese place you went to before everything got crazy stupid :) Reasonable pricing and friendly service!

One of my favorite and my regular go to sushi place! Small shop so get there early. Great staff and sushi chef Toshi-san and his wife are amazing! Best house sake too!!

This place is good. Sushi is good and service is good. Theres usually a line and a wait here, but it's a super cute, casual sushi restaurant I enjoy going to a few times a month.
