About 10,000yen per pax for a 15-16 course Omakase meal in the heart of Shibuya - absolutely amazing and memorable experience. Sushi chef and waiter were all super welcoming and speak great English too, introducing each dish to us in detail and being attentive to our table needs.
Really love the traditional interior with warm ambient lighting throughout. There were also a mixture of seats between counter and table seating for larger groups so this was quite unique.
The uni was probably my favorite, followed by the fatty tuna and lobster. All incredibly fresh. Scallops and flounder were also one of the best i have tried in Tokyo! It was soft, juicy, and flavourful all at once. There was also free flow Japanese green tea during the meal. Best experience and a must-visit! Hands down one of the most value for money Omakase I have ever eaten. Will be back! Reservation in advance is highly recommended!

A 'value' Omakase where you get a large amount of courses for ~10k yen, including lobster, uni (sea urchin), otoro, and other fish.
Which sounds great on paper, except that you really are just paying for the gimmick of omakase style service - the taste and quality are significantly subpar to legitimate omakase restaurants in Japan.
The seafood was in general, not very high quality or fresh tasting. The taste of almost every single dish was bland and boring. For example - whilst the lobster is aesthetic and good for Instagram, the taste is just boiled lobster - there's absolutely nothing going for it. There also isn't enough wasabi in any of the nigiri. The quality of the sushi rice is mediocre.
The ordering of the course is completely nonsensical and it ends very abruptly, very much unlike proper omakase in which there's generally a coherent sequence of dishes based on taste profile. I just felt like I was eating slightly better than sushi train quality sushi, at a fancy setting with good service and plating.
If you just want to say you tried omakase, then this place is fine, but don't mistake it for actual quality Japanese omakase - to be fair, this is to be expected from the price point. The restaurant does a good job with everything else, like service and ambience.

Really can’t complain for price and course. You can easily spend more for other dinner omakase. For 20+ courses… I was full and happy! Thank you for the yummy meal!

Sushi Tokyo Ten in Shibuya is an absolute gem! From start to finish, the dining experience was impeccable. The omakase menu featured incredibly fresh and high quality ingredients, and each piece of sushi was crafted with precision and care.
The chefs were friendly and skilled, explaining the details of each dish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was modern yet intimate, perfect for a special meal.
Despite the premium quality, the price was reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and freshness.
Highly recommend making a reservation in advance it’s a popular spot, and for good reason.

High quality omakase with great value-for-money. The chef was attentive to the customers' needs. All the food was fresh and prepared diligently and meticulously. It did feel a bit rushed towards the end but overall a wonderful experience.

20 people capacity, all speak Cantonese which means they are from HK.
Toro and Spanish mackerel were the fish that has a little tendon. Taste fresh and sweet.
My cod was fine but my wife's got lots of bones. I only had 1 piece of bone.
The clam soup was very tasty but also very small.
The monk fish liver taste very nice. They grounded it and added something else like pickle in it. But it tasted pretty sweet.
The baby shrimp sushi was quite sweet.
The uni was excellent. Very sweet and death.
I supposed the highlight was the lobster. It's got a lot of eggs and very fresh. Good size too.
Abalone was quite tender.
There were few more dishes that I didn't mention. All in all, it's very good value for less than $10k yen pp.

Very entry level omakase, there is a good texture on the rice but the seafood quality is mediocre. There doesn't feel like enough staff to do 12 bar seats plus 12 table seats, only 1 server, 1 flex and 3 chefs. The flow and pacing of the meal was off because sometimes we got 2 dishes at once and sometimes we got nothing for 10 minutes while the other tables around us were eating. The order of the food was also weird, we went clam broth to toro nigiri to seaweed salad right at the start. Putting charred bonito and flounder on the same plate was also very weird, the char smelled strong enough that I could barely taste anything. Again, the rice texture and doneness was good but the seafood didn't taste fresh or well prepared (eg. abalone was bitter, eel had a huge piece of spine in it I had to spit out, cod didn't have any fin bones removed, ikura on rice had seaweed in it which made it slimy).

Randomly decided to find a omakase sushi in shibuya on our last night in Tokyo and went to shibuya stream for sushi.
Well priced omakase at JPY9800 per pax. This place is always packed when I passed by a few times during lunch and dinner.
They serve a total of 20 courses of sushi and seafood, generous portion of food, service was not your usual uptight omakase restaurants, judging by the service staff, they even ask us to put out bags at the shop seating ledge which surprises us since will block the view of outside patrons nevertheless the sushi was fresh and we were so stuffed towards the end of the meal, took around 1.5 hours to finish the course and can go off for more shopping after chatting Shibuya.
Sashimi - love it, fresh & what you will expect.
Sushi - enoki sushi was interesting, the rest was very fresh and the first piece of sushi you will get is fatty tuna Otoro, they want to make sure you ate the best piece when you are famish & it taste like heaven with the fish melt in your mouth.
Soup - serve at the beginning clam soup, not for everyone as the clam and fishy taste is very strong, they later serve it with miso, was very surprised by how much shijimi clams they use. We were joking that it was a avalanche of shells in there a small tiny cup. But I think Japanese believe that this kind of clam soup actually energize the body.
Lobster - slightly overcooked, if it has been a sashimi dish, I can tell it will be wonderful this dish will turn out.
The other side dishes were normal but well complement with the omakase set.
Pineapple was a good round up and cleanse the palate, but we secretly was hoping that it was some yuzu ice cream which might palate cleanse even better & round up the meal perfectly.
The only thing that I didn’t like was the seaweed they used, it was a bit bland or it could be because it is not roasted like other places we have gone to, if only the temaki and sushi they served is of a more flavourful seaweed, this meal will have been awesome, but nevertheless, understand why this place is always packed with people.
