If I could I would give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. I ordered takeout and had to wait 10 minutes at the front before anyone would even walk up to me, I had to call out for someone to come to host stand because they were too busy talking to each other. I live walking distance from this store so there was no way it was "sitting out too long." We got the Nigiri Combo no.1 the fish was warm and so fishy I couldn't even swallow it, we also got the spider roll that was mainly filled with imitation crab and old soft shell crab( you could smell how fishy it was as soon as we opened the container) I have never tasted a roll that actually tasted like old fish that sat outside for what seemed like weeks, we also got the dragon roll with brown avocado, takoyaki that tasted like old frying oil, and miso soup that tasted like water. I called back because the food was just inedible, I love sushi but this was not it, I could barely swallow the fish, and ended up spitting out more bites than eating. My partner had a few bites and threw up from this.... We called to get a refund because we spent over $100 and had a few bites and literally got sick, we called and they claimed they couldn't find my order and asked if I ordered from Sushi Uma and if I am calling the right place. They handed the phone over to 3 different people because they didn't want to "deal" with this and the girl on the phone said we didn't order from here, they were too busy, and she could find the order even though she was the one who helped me pick my order up, that's pretty weird if you ask me, after I told her she was the one who helped me she hung up the phone. I called back and the man who seems like the owner, asked if I was calling th right place and said he also couldn't find that we paid, he told me to call my bank and figure it out and hung up the phone. Not only is the food bad, the service is awful. I hope they switch things up.
