All the fish used were great; some were repeated in starters and sushi, though they tasted good. However, considering it’s a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant, I have to say the overall presentation didn't really surprise me. I mean it's a good place for sushi for sure, but is it actually worth the hype? I'm not sure. Once again, good place to get high-quality but not surprising sushi, great location as well!

I’ve walked past this restaurant many times but never had the chance to try it. Today I finally came with my team from work. The place is lovely—beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. The service was great, and the chef clearly puts so much care into every dish. Everything was delicious, made with high‑quality ingredients. It truly deserves its Michelin recognition. The prices are high, but absolutely worth it.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal at Sushi Wadatsumi. The selection of nigiri offered great variety, and the seasoned rice had a beautifully balanced flavour. Service was attentive and warm throughout the evening. Our only concern was that they warmed up the sake we ordered despite it being labelled 'junmai daiginjo.' Very unusual as this type of sake is typically served cold to preserve the delicate profile.

This is my best Omakase experience so far in Hong Kong after Gassan. I loved the fact that they show you a fish book to tell you about the sashimi you are enjoying . I thought it was a nice tough, really well priced lunch menu.

Great sushi and great rice, and definitely deserves their star and applause. Atmosphere was tame, and quiet. Dark and formal, and not my preferred kind of atmosphere for eating an omakase, but this was more than made up by the food. Quality was very good, and seafood was shown to us before being served, which was a very nice touch. Service was attentive, and not pushy at all. Dessert was also excellent. Worth revisiting again.
