We came to Sushi World on 6/4/25, just after 2PM in the afternoon. Saw so many videos on Facebook, TikTok and posts on Instagram about the great food they offer. We thought it would be great to try and enjoy all the delicious looking items on their menu. The restaurant had about 10 customers at the time of our visit. We started with the fried Calamari but it was chewy and not well prepared.
Then we tried the Dynamic Scallop, very soft and tasty. Now for the Sushi. All the different fish we tried were very good. Tuna, Yellowtail, Salmon, Toro, Albacore, Uni, all were delicious and tasty.
Our biggest problem was the service and cleanliness. Our table was very sticky and I observed, after a couple of people left, that the tables just had a quick wipe down, no proper cleaning. The service was also very slow, mind you it wasn't busy at all. Seems to me that either the staff isn't trained well, they don't care or the management doesn't feel the need to enforce proper training.
I would love to come again, try some more dishes and hopefully recommend this establishment to many other future patrons. Please address these issues and you will be more profitable for sure.
P.S. Could you please post on your website or Facebook the dates and time, approx., for the carving of Bluefin Tuna. Would love to bring the family for this exciting event.
