"Sushi X is one of the only restaurants in Jacksonville that has an all-you-can-eat menu without being a Chinese or Japanese buffet. The restaurant has a wide selection of rolls on the all-you-can-eat menu and most are just a few pieces each, so guests can try quite a few without being full. But be warned, those who don’t finish their orders will be charged above the flat-rate cost for over-ordering. One way to avoid the extra cost is to order just a few things at a time and determine after each ordering session when to stop." - Megan duBois

Google
The restaurant is kind of small but over all we LOVED this experience. We did all you can eat lunch and it was all so amazing! Tasted great and cooked perfectly. The sushi was amazing and a great way to try different and new rolls. The only thing I would have them improve is to explain how it works as you are supposed to write your order on a paper and give it to the server we sat there waiting for them to take our order before hearing them explain it to people asking questions at another table before I finally flagged the server down with the papers . Really easy and quick after that!! We will definitely return. Also GREAT pricing for the experience.

Google
Very Good deals on all you can eat sushi, can get very busy especially on Saturday

Google
We arrived around noon and had to wait 5-10 minutes for a table. It's all-you-can eat, made to order food for $15.99. No leftovers! .75 per wasted item. Limit 1 hour at the table. The inside is loud and a bit chaotic. The wait staff was very friendly and explained everything, since it was our first time visiting. The sushi was good but not great, the miso was lacking flavor too. I tried ordering veggie tempura but it never arrived. I even asked the server about it??? With the amount of people constantly coming in and out, we were shocked how fast the food was coming to the table. It was impressive.

Google
Cozy little spot. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was adequate. I like this place better than any of All-You-Can-Eat Sushi/Japanese restaurants I’ve been to in Jacksonville. The fish/seafood looks fresher and the presentation, especially, on the sashimi is much better here. I’ll be back for sure.

Google
Great place for lunch or dinner. Great service, very intuitive ordering system. The place is usually not too busy, but when it is, it's still a relaxed atmosphere. Overall, if you're looking for a good lunch or dinner spot, it's great. I definitely recommend

Google
This is a relaxing and delicious place to have all you can eat sushi among other delicious dishes. They actually follow proper distancing measurements unlike Fuji restaurant who only cares about your money. We love it here, we come every other week. And they don't include a mandatory gratitude tip unlike the restaurant named above. But most important of all, they have better sushi, service and customer satisfaction guaranteed than Fuji. They have a certain server who we love seeing, she is kind and attentive. The other servers we've had were not as attentive. We leave a decent tip only when the server we like is there, because the other 2 we've had will either not fill your drink but once, or check on you as often.

I visited again with my adult daughters after trying it once with some friends. It's not just sushi. We got the AYCE which is pretty fun. You make your menu selections on a little paper. Each is a smallish portion. Finish them and order more!

Been several times sushi 🍣 is good ❤️

Yelp
Sushi X's lunch special is easily the best AYCE sushi deal in the Jacksonville metro. After tax and before tip, it's about $17.25 per person, and everything is made to order (they have a semi-open kitchen so you can even see them making some dishes if you sit at the counter). The quality is pretty impressive for the price and they have a large variety of options. Staff is always kind and accommodating.

Daisy B.

Yelp
I've always wanted to try an AYCE sushi place so my hubby and I went as an early bday dinner for me. We arrived at 6pm as expected it was PACKED but the staff was handling it like champs! We waited for about 35-40 minutes then was seated, being as it was our first time I figured we'd get the run down of how the ordering worked but we didn't eventually we figured out tho, the wait on getting our food was pretty steady. The sushi was absolutely delicious for the kind of restaurant it is, the clear soup was great! Keep in mind they do have a waste fee and one handroll counts as four pieces. All in all it was a good experience, we will definitely be returning!

Yelp
This is the only place I come when I'm craving sushi. A few months ago a friend of mine invited me out for lunch and this is when I was introduced to one my new favorite spots. It took me awhile to take a liking to the idea of sushi, I'd only want to eat tempura. If you were to offer me raw fish, I'd usually ask if there's anyway to batter it and fry it. After trying a couple sushi rolls, I soon found out what the fuss was all about. Now, I can only speak on lunch, this is where I come for the all you can eat sushi. When you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and usually sat immediately. The lightning is dim but it matches the aesthetics. There are paper slips and pens on the table for you right down your order, be sure to write your seat number as well. Ok, some of my favorite rolls are the spicy tuna and spicy salmon .. recently I've tried the sweet potato roll which was surprisingly very good! Another favorite is their salmon and steak off of the hibachi. I find myself ordering several plates of each by itself. For the price you'll pay, it's well worth it. Just remember, eat as much as you can handle, if you can't, you'll pay extra for what you leave on your plate.

Yelp
Seems like a great local place for some cheap but good sushi! I ordered Sushi X on a Wednesday through UberEats. Though I never saw the restaurant, my food arrived promptly. I ordered the Spicy Kani Roll ($6), Alaska Roll ($6), and 2 Salmon Sushi ($5.50). The Spicy Kani Roll was not like any others I've had at other restaurants...the "spicy" was not mixed in with the krab, and some of the end pieces had very little krab in them at all. However, the Alaska Roll made up for it! Very fresh and yummy. The Salmon Sushi fish with rice) that I ordered never came and they sent Salmon Sashimi instead (fish without rice). It wasn't a big deal but not what I ordered. Still good and had a nice buttery texture. Overall, had a good experience for the unusually inexpensive price of sushi and will likely order again!

Meg S.

Yelp
My absolute favored AYCE sushi. Really love the diversity of Sushi Xs menu. From their starters to rolls they have something for everyone at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is standard and nothing to write home about but the service has never let me down. You use paper slips by table and seat number to order. Just don't forget what you ordered because there is a waste fee on uneaten food. My coworkers and I flood this place about once every other week and the quality for economical, and bulk sushi is beyond in my opinion (even the $5 Publix rolls can't compete). Share the love and support this local sushi bar!

Maya C.

Yelp
We my coworkers wanted to get sushi and wanted to get their moneys worth, this place was the first one to be mentioned. The lunch specials that they currently have where it is all you can eat for $14.99 seems like a really good deal. We were able to grab a table after about 10 minutes in the front corner easily. My coworkers explained to me about writing down the items you want by noting the item number on their order sheet which is then turned in to the server. I believe I did this twice with a semi-full sheet and after that I through in the towel. They're pretty efficient and getting the food out to everyone in a timely manner. I ordered the Alaska Roll, JB Roll, Spicy Salmon Hand Roll, Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, Plain Noodles....gosh, I'm sure what else hahaha. Everything tasted great. Probably the highlight of my meal was the big pot of hot tea as it was very cold this day. That warmed me right up. I liked this concept and I'll definitely come back for more.

Anna N.

Yelp
Dined here during their lunchtime. $15.99/person seemed fairly reasonable for all you can eat sushi. The waitress was kind but I felt rushed to leave after 3pm because they come around and tell you to order for "last call" even though they don't close til 3:30 and I got there around 2... I shouldn't be forced to order right then when I'm paying for all you can eat. All of the food that I ordered was very good and worth the money. Definitely will be back!

Lauren R.

Yelp
We spoiled ourselves without breaking the bank Saturday afternoon for lunch. The wait was about twenty minutes. The sushi X team are hustlers! Wonderful customer service. You just can't beat this deal. Before when we had come it seemed that the AC wasn't working and it was not an issue this time. They did bring out the appetizers towards the end so I had forgetter about them a bit but besides that everything was awesome. I loved the salmon katsu roll, spicy shrimp salad, and the California hand roll.

Shayna P.

Yelp
First time back here in years; I went with the old crew I used to roll here with and we all had just as a good experience as we did back in 2019! Quick service (we went at 11:30, Tuesday), clean, tasty fresh grinds and still affordable for what you get and all you can eat. The steamed gyoza I ordered was forgotten but that's ok, I was satisfied overall! As always, parking is still every man for themselves ;)

Matthew P.

Yelp
S/O and I Stopped in for lunch last friday and it was a great experience. We were running some errands and were short on time, but we were able to walk in around 1 PM with no wait. Great value for $16 per perosn and we were able to order all of our favorite sushi and hibachi items. The service is very quick and they work as a team to make sure you have everything you need. I highly reccommend this Sushi Buffet, but parking can be difficult.

Mike B.

Yelp
Food was good but they forgot two of our items - shrimp tempura and fried rice. I think they need an extra employee working the orders alone instead of having hostess' also waiting tables.

Chelsea F.

Yelp
Decent food. But you're basically penalized if you don't like the taste of something with a "waste" charge. The fried rice was super bland and the steak hibachi was too tough to eat.

Lynnrae G.

Yelp
The best all you can eat sushi in Jax! Location is great too because you can get dessert (boba) across the street. Nice selection of sushi and fast service. I also like that they don't make the sushi pieces gigantic like other places!

Vinny M.

Yelp
Ayce sushinforn15 bucks at lunch. Service was ok. Not as fast as i would like foe lunch. The restaurant was small but full. I enjoyed my meal very much. Absolutely worth it for the price. I will return. The ambiance was basic. Overall it was great

Paige S.

Yelp
Fresh food and tasty food! I tried this place on a Friday night. A party for 2 (sitting at the bar) had to wait about 30 minutes. Many people were standing outside when we pulled up. It was our first time. The give people pagers when there is a wait. The restaurant is a little small but obviously people know the food is good and worth it! Only 2 single restrooms in the building. I overheard a frustrated man complaining someone was hogging the john too long. All in all, we loved this place. Wish there was one closer to the west side but we will drive when in the mood

Anto P.

Yelp
Went in on a Saturday and was delightfully surprised not only at the service, and the food but the price is great as well. 5 stars & will be going back!

Dorothy H.

Yelp
We had a pretty bad experience today. Ordered a large 7 person order for our company lunch today via online ordering. I put each person's name in the memo section for each item, so they know it's for different people. In the last note for the order, I mentioned it's a company lunch so please include lots of sauces, and cutlery. When we picked up the order they only gave us 6 sauces! So we had to ask for more. We got to our lunch only to realize they only gave us 3 spoons and 2 chopsticks, they also mixed ALL of the sushi orders together so we had to spend a decent time trying to figure out what belonged to who. Then while one of my employees was eating her Krab Ragoon she bit down on a half broken plastic spoon in her Ragoon!!! Photos below. I went to contact Sushi X via email but no email address is listed anywhere, so I tried calling and there was no answer, so I'm leaving this review in hopes that maybe they will contact me back. Hopefully they will also up their quality standards a bit! The rest of the food was ok, but we were hesitant to eat it so most of it went untouched. $113.79 not including tip!

Tatiana G.

Yelp
We were looking for reasonable prices, decent quality and all you can eat . This place actually surpassed our expectations. The quality of the fish , (the tuna was awesome), good hand roll , portions are significant. We were impressed and we've had sushi all over the world . Not what you'd expect from an all you can eat place in a strip mall in Jacksonville

Ariana K.

Yelp
So amazing delicious very good service and fresh food I love the idea so filling 10/10

Janeen J.

Yelp
Still one of my favorite spots . Posted new updated menu for dinner . Prices keep increasing. If I remember correctly the lunch is now $15.

Erika M.

Yelp
This is a good all you can eat spot. It can get pretty crowded because of how busy it gets. The staff is nice. * Este es un buen all you can eat. Puede llenarse bastante debido a lo ocupado que se pone. El personal es agradable.

Destenee G.

Yelp
I love the variety of different dishes you can have but the customer service is disappointing. The servers told me multiple times my food would be out any moment but walked past me more than four times after that I waited whole 45 minutes for a shrimp and rice plate. It was like they forgot about me.

Bob F.

Yelp
I enjoy their AYCE lunch special. Good quality sushi, hibachi served quickly. I always thank the kitchen staff when I leave.

Fern T.

Yelp
Drove a long way to get here with the family, get here at 3:50 pm walk in amd they tell us they are closed?? Website says open till 22:30 pm What kind of restaurant closes at 3:30pm on a Saturday??

Jesika K.

Yelp
This small ayce spot is always poppin and with good reason. The food is so good and the price is phenomenal, I'm here every other week. Definitely a big fan!

Michael N.

Yelp
All you can eat sushi...it's one of those things you hope for when you've eaten the last piece of your spicy tuna roll at most places. While traveling for work in Jacksonville someone told me 'oh yeah there are AYCE (that's what we foodies call it :) ) all over the place. So I came to Yelp and found Sushi X. Manned with my kindle and enthusiasm I was politely seated at the Sushi bar in front of three skilled chefs. As a side note, I hope they are paid well as they work hard for their money! There are two options on the menu, a standard option for $17.99 and then the ultimate choice for $22.99 - both numbers so reasonable you have to think they are losing money! There are these little slips of paper where you write the number of your choices which the waitress takes to input your order. There are dozens of these slips at your seat as trust me, you'll be writing like Charles Dickens to get more! I am embarrassed to say how much sushi, salads and apps I ate. The voice in my head said no more but I was like what the heck, it's just four more pieces. Which leads me to the portions - hand rolls are pretty much a standard size. Rolls come with 4 pieces. Apps were for example one egg roll or two shui mai. Believe me! It is all for your own good. They don't skimp on qualify. The food was delicious. Service was quick and the chefs banged out your orders in minutes. The place was packed at 6pm on a Thursday but I had no issue getting a seat. They charge you $.50 if you leave food hot alas, I had no extra charges! I would go back again today but I'm afraid they have a picture of me at the waitress station with orders not to seat me! But you, go experience this amazingly inexpensive, high quality restaurant for yourself.

Jenna D.

Yelp
Me and my friends went there on a Thursday night and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE! We got there and had never been so we didn't know how it worked. The servers were absolute horrendous and rushing me and my friends when they closed an hour after we got there. Every server that came to us was pushy and rude. We couldn't understand a word they were saying and they were basically ordering for us because they didn't give us any time to order ourselves. Almost all our food came out wrong as well. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. My friends were even afraid to ask for a fork or another drink because of how rushed we were. Over priced for the food as well. Just don't go. I promise it's not worth it.

Lynn P.

Yelp
Amazing food for the price it offers. You get unlimited sushi, appetizers, soups, and habachi. Even though they have certain things you can oder from, it is still a lot of variety to choose from. The food were served promptly except for the fried rolls. It took them a while for those to come out. The portion is not a lot like your regular entree meals. It's more of a little portion but you can order more. There's only 8 slots, so you can only order 8 at a time. The sushi rolls were good. They didn't have too much rice on it and it wasn't big. Remember not to order with your eyes because it's 50 cents charge for each piece you do not finish. Update: I come here almost every Wednesday. One time I was not able to finish my noodle because it was cold and not good. When I received my bill they charged me an extra 4$ for unfinished noodles. Asked them what I didn't finish to be charged 4$ instead of 50 cents. It was the noodles. Finish your noodles!!!

Mailyn C.

Yelp
I've been coming here for almost 10 years now. I don't go to any places to eat sushi. I've always loved and enjoyed dining in. But yesterday was a bit chaotic. Waited for a while to get our food. Many times it was wrong. Until the last few mins I couldn't wait anymore and I left unsatisfied. For the first time in years I was really disappointed.

Billy J.

Yelp
They up-charge you to accommodate allergies. Unprofessional and rude, would make it a point to stay away from this location.

Brittani H.

Yelp
Best All You Can Eat Sushi in Jax. Well worth a try. You will definitely enjoy. Great service as well!

Mike S.

Yelp
When coming to Sushi X or any of their other restaurants (Fuji) you know what to expect and what your are getting. OK grade sushi that is made to order and not sitting on a buffet line for who knows how long and for a reasonable price of $11.99 during lunch. Having been coming for multiple years now I know that there is going to be a wait when coming for lunch unless you come right as they are opening. Though the wait is normally not too long. But once seated the fun begins. You write the numbers down of what you want up to 4 sushi dishes and up to 4 kitchen dishes at a time and wait to see what comes out first. Normally it is the cooked food that comes first then sushi but I always make sure to write down the numbers of what I have ordered on my paper place mat so I can check food off as they comes because if you order more thinking they forgot something and put in an order of it you will be in for a surprise when double the food comes out now. For the amount of people in the restaurant and the amount of food ordered everything does come out surprisingly quick most times. I would say my favorite items to order are the Shrimp Tempera, Spicy Salmon Roll, Tuna Avocado Roll, and the Pacific Roll. That isn't even a 10th of the menu though so there is something for everyone even if you don't like sushi. I will say though my fiancé does not like seaweed and asked for soy paper and they charged $1 for each roll with soy paper without saying there would be an up charge, though that is to be expected. Got to make some money back after the mountain of food I ate. You if you want a good price for decent all you can eat sushi this is the place for you.

Hieu D.

Yelp
I've been going here for lunch since 2016 pretty often and I'm a fan of the value included in the meal. During the early days, $10.99 was the price for AYCE sushi and hibachi. It's been creeping up the past few years, but I can probably understand. However, with the price going up, I haven't noticed an improvement in quality of the sushi. Don't get me wrong, the sushi is still good for the price, but it's not on the same level as sushi you'd order by roll at a Japanese style restaurant. For instance, the shape of the sushi isn't uniform or particularly consistent. It's a nitpick for sure, but I like to point that out as I feel like it does impact flavor and taste. Because of the several sushi orders being placed to be rushed out, expect lesser than average sushi craftsmanship . Recently, I've haven't been very happy with service. On my last few visits, I've been waiting much longer than usual between tickets, around 20 to 30 minutes instead of the typical 10 to 15 minutes. Not only that, but I've been getting sushi items I never ordered and some items that I never received at all. I attempted to talk to the waiter about the issues, but nothing much could be done due to the language barriers. Quite disappointing.

Skylar A.

Yelp
Food is delicious but the service was pretty meh. The first time my partner and I ate here we ordered out and everything was great. The front of house staff is lovely. We sat at the bar when we ate in and service was not up par. My order got lost and we didn't have anyone come check on us for legit 30 minutes. Again, food was delicious for an all you can eat place, but they lost points with the service.

Brittany K.

Yelp
My local Jax friend took me here when I came to visit and let me just say, i am/was so impressed! the wait times are LONG for dinner, we did go on a friday night but we waited around 1hr just standing outside as there was not much seating and there are handheld buzzers so you can't really leave to fill the wait time. We ended up sitting at the bar which was fine! For AYCE sushi dinner its 19.99 with some supreme options that can make it cost 25.99? (i think) but we stuck with the cheaper option. It was cheaper in price but not in quality and quantity! I don't say i'm much of a sushi fan, but i am a fan if i'm eating sushi here. the quality is so good for it being AYCE, and sitting at the bar, i think there were 2/3 sushi chefs serving the entire restaurant!!! So impressed. they also have such a large selection of options. idk how they do it but i'd definitely come again!

Michelle S.

Yelp
Subsi X was the best sushi spot I have been to. The price was amazing for the amount of food you get. It is sooo worth it. Everything was delicious!!!

Jeana L.

Yelp
Where can you find AYCE sushi for $11.99 during lunch rush hours? Very rare and thank goodness this place isn't too far from my office. I've probably came here about five times in the past month or two so I'm finally writing my review! During lunch hours on weekdays, make sure to always sign in. The restaurant is always packed so best to come at the start of lunch time or around the last hour and half of the AYCE (which ends around 3pm). You get seated, order your drinks, grab the little paper slip and start writing your numbers. You can order 8 items at a time so choose wisely on what you want to eat first. I always choose clear soup, 3 nigiri (salmon, tuna, & Shrimp), rainbow roll (4pcs), spicy krabmeat salad, and 2 hand rolls (normally the salmon and shrimp tempura). With those 8 items right there, you already came very close or exceeded your cost, therefore it's worth it! After that, you can keep ordering more, however, be careful as they will charge for leftovers by the piece. Luckily, I always finish everything I eat so I've never been charged before. All other times I've been here, I randomly got hibachi items (mostly salmon), other sushi rolls such as shrimp tempura, the green dragon, etc., and appetizers such as spring rolls, edamame, eggrolls, dumplings, shumai, etc. Overall, highly recommend the lunch AYCE and price!

Susan Q.

Yelp
How I have never been here is beyond me. Its super close to where I live, and it was amazing! This is the all you can eat sushi experience you hear about. For one low price you can order nearly anything on the menu and they will just keep on bringing things as you order more! Part of the menu is white, and there is an orange box that contains other items that do jump you up in price by a few dollars. I like that the portions are smaller than if you are ordering in a standard sushi restaurant, you get four pieces per roll, and it allows you to try many different things! My friend and I ate thru a good amount of things, trying new ones as well. I had never had a roll with mango in it, and now can say that I like it! We also shared a tasty hot sake. I dudbt snap photos of all the items that we had, but I know that there be more visits in the future. There is a waste charge if you order something and don't eat it, so I would recommend starting slow, and ordering more as you go if needed. The servers are friendly considering how busy it was. We got there RIGHT at five when they opened for dinner, and there was already three groups ahead of us. When we were heading out, there was a line out the door. I can see why its so popular, the concept of how you order along with the delicious food and nice atmosphere, I will definitely be a regular!

Rose H.

Yelp
You can't beat made to order all you can eat sushi, fried rice, appetizers and soup. Great quality, fast service There can be a 15-20 minute wait for a table even during lunch on a weekday! A must go for a team lunch Something for everyone Super delicious clear soup, great sushi, great tempura

Amanda K.

Yelp
This is the spot if you want to get your quick craving of sushi out for the week. I mean it's AYCE guys. I try to come at least once a week. At this point I know my numbers to write down once I sit . Just be careful because when they get busy SOMETIMES they don't get everything you ordered just kindly remind them and they will have it quick. Fave apps: Crab ragoons Shrimp shumai Clear soup Salmon hibachi Fried Krab sticks Sushi rolls: Pacific roll Green dragon roll BMW roll Rainbow roll

Graham K.

Yelp
Went here with 3 other coworkers for dinner after a long day at work. For $20 + tip, you get a menu with just over 100 items. At each table, there are small cut-out menus for each person with blank lines. You can order up to 8 items at a time for your seat and servers frequently come around picking up menus, clearing plates, and delivering new ones. I've been to places like this before, and I was surprised at how efficiently and quickly they were able to deliver food. Every dish we ordered was good. The tempura, steak, chicken, all was made fresh and came out hot. The fish was fresh and had some interesting combinations with avocado, cucumber, and chili aioli. We certainly ate our fill, and did so in under 1.5 hours. Well worth it. Especially if you are a sushi newbie as this is a non-threatening, sampling experience.

The Tide C.

Yelp
Sushi was subpar to say the best. Overpriced. Service was ok. Won't be back.

Heather S.

Yelp
This place is lightning fast for the lunch crowd. A little small so depending on what time you get there you may not get a seat quickly. Super flavorful and fresh. I'd give them a five star, but I had never been before so I asked them to have my food in a to go box just in case I had to eat part of it and then go due to my lunch schedule. They told me that I'd have to order off of a different menu which was priced higher. When they brought me my food it wasn't in a to go container, my shrimp tempura was veggie tempura, yet they still charged me the up charge. ‍ Service was friendly enough, just a crummy practice as i wasn't asking for anything extra. I actually finished it all while seated... since it came so fast, still up charged.

Vivek J.

Yelp
Food is good but service is pathetic and few of their employees are racist. They service based on your color.

Genesis A.

Yelp
My favorite all you can eat sushi spot, very reasonably priced. Staff is always friendly and quick, never a wait to be seated. Be ready to make your selections you can pick up to 8 items at a time. 4 from the front of the menu and 4 from the back. The sushi is fresh and made to order, I don't really eat anything else from the menu. I tried the edamame and fried noodles, they were also good. My son usually gets steak, chicken, fried rice, the multiple different soups. He enjoys all of it.

Melissa G.

Yelp
The inside of the restaurant looks very nice and clean. I love the decor. It was very busy and more people were coming I. When I went to pick up my order. Food was ready fast! I got the teriyaki beef, salad with ginger dressing and fried rice. My co worker got the same thing but with noodles instead. Hers looked better than mine. The steak was very tough for me to chew. I tried different pieces because I thought maybe it was just that one piece but the whole thing was hard to chew. The vegetables tasted nice and fresh. The rice was good. It was even better with the shrimp sauce. I ended up just eating the rice and veggies and the salad. Next time I want to try the teriyaki shrimp and some of their sushi.

Kuch N.

Yelp
Love Fuji style sushi eating. I have never had a problem getting in an out at this place. Compared to Fuji3, and Fuji San Marco this AYE sushi could use some work on the indoor seating. Cramped and the place always smells a bit funny. Otherwise great good

Yelp
This restaurant is amazing if your craving sushi. My son and I eat here at least once a week and we have never been disappointed. Always made fresh and so delicious! Customer service is excellent! PS. They have the best seaweed salad too!

Yelp
Awesome spot for sushi & great prices. It is worth trying & the wait sometimes can be long depending what days you go but won't be too long (Ex. An hour wait). I've been here 3x's, the staff is nice & they keep their restaurant clean as well as following Covid-19 guidelines. For those that are new, you select what you want from the menu as they are numbered & you write the number down on the paper (has two columns) that they have there on the table that's with the condiments. Also if you don't finish what you eat, they'll charge you 0.50¢ which isn't bad but do know what you are selecting & if you're going to finish it. I would start with one column first then the 2nd column later maybe for dessert. Overall great spot

Yelp
We were greeted by temperature check, there was a sign on the door that stated to come in and sign your name and go back outside to wait to be seated so when we went inside the hostess said sit wherever you want. When we went in there were only two tables occupied but the place was not that big, I was already warned by a friend who recommended us to this place that they get very busy, we visited on a Thursday at 4:30 PM. They are not very attentive at all! we were offered drinks and they never came back for at least 40 minutes! I counted! I did not understand the menu or how it worked but I got frustrated when I saw a couple sit down at the table next to us and ordered, ate and left all while we were still sitting there waiting! So I had enough nerve to get up and question the hostess "when will someone come take our order", she just said " someone will come" (that was a lie) well there were people two tables down and I noticed all 4 of them were all writing on some paper so then I noticed we had a cup on the table with a bunch of cut up pieces of paper and pens and I pulled one out and they had squared boxes and numbers 1-50 on one side and 51-100 on the other side of the same paper, I am not going to continue to explain because I came to eat and not guess at how you order food, but this could have all been prevented if the hostess would have asked us if we have been here before and she could have explained how we had to order our food. Besides all the inconvenience...their food was delicious! The sushi was fried so hard(which I was fine with) because the flavor was bomb! The clear soup was so flavorful I also had beef and fried rice with a dynamite roll, my second plate I asked for hibachi steak with vegetables and it was so delicious! it's an all you can eat sushi place and they serve other food, they will charge you if you have left over food but the way they bring it out in small portions at a time is a great way to eat because then you know how much more you need to order. We knew when we were full. I gave 3 stars for the outstanding great tasting food, I had taken 2 stars for the bullshit 40 minute wait and the inconvenience of guessing how to get my food for 15 minutes and another 20 minutes of waiting to eat! I will definitely come back for the food! The place was very clean and I saw all the cooks were even wearing masks.
