"Sushi Bar is a Japanese spot serving up Edomae-style sushi in the heart of quaint Old Greenwich. While the takeout is some of the best around, we recommend going in person, keeping in mind that it’s BYOB—there’s a wine shop a few doors down with an ample sake selection if you forgot yours at home. The chef makes every component of his sushi from scratch, including ground-to-order fresh wasabi and a sweet house-marinated ikura with taut and glossy (but never slimy) eggs. First timers will enjoy the omakase for its breadth of techniques and bar-raising nigiri toppings, like crispy onions, foie gras, and caviar. Supplement the omakase with at least one cut roll, like the salmon tsukemono with fatty chopped fish juxtaposing a rainbow assortment of pickles. Been coming here for at least 10 years. All you can eat for $31 includes sushi and appetizers. Korean style ribs, edamame, tempura chicken & shrimp, hamachi and tuna tartar. Pretty much any roll you can imagine and the service is excellent. Occasionally they get slammed and you might have to wait a little longer but they get the food out very quickly.

All you can eat sushi is a great option here. Very delicious sushi rolls. Fresh sashimi and nice big cuts of raw fish. Great fast service as well. Would highly recommend this for a casual indulgence.

If you’re looking for an all you can eat Sushi place this is your spot! I drive from Norwalk just to eat here… the sushi is always fresh, they have great appetizers and the price is right! Perfect for hanging out with or family.

Probably the best value for money sushi in Fairfield county. Definitely the best value in Stamford. The ambience is alright not fancy at all but comfortable and clean. Sushi is very good quality they also have a good selection of hot dishes as well. All you can eat sushi for about $30 dollars, can’t really beat that. Pace yourself and if order accordingly they will make you pay full price if you don’t eat the majority of what you order or if you waste food. Staff are friendly and respectful. My only complaint is that they don’t have eel or shrimp on the sashimi menu and they get annoyed if I don’t eat the rice on the nigiri side, but no big deal.

been going here since my college days. food has tasted consistent, very delicious. best bang for your buck here in stamford. great selection of appetizers, sashimis and rolls, even though its AYCE. service is fast and the food never disappoints ❤️❤️

This might genuinely be my favorite restaurant in Stamford. I hold it close to my heart, not only because of how great the food is but because it’s always been there. The service and atmosphere is always in tip top shape, never lacking or dirty. The food is on another level for the all you can eat, insanely delicious and fresh. Whenever we’re celebrating something or just on a night out, we know that we can always rely on Sushi X2.

Stopped by here on Sunday for brunch & I was not disappointed. Unlimited sushi for $30.99, say less! And it was pretty good. The service was great also, everyone was attentive & very responsive to us.
