Sushi Yoshinaga

"This exceptional restaurant has left nothing to chance: ceramics designed by a Japanese artist, rosewood chopsticks set out on a small cedar tray, fish from the Breton coast presented as whole fillets in wooden boxes at the start of the meal, and just 10 seats in a softly lit interior of maple wood panelling and furnishings. Chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga (previously at Okuda) serves remarkably fresh fish, including perfectly matured fatty tuna, expertly cut and seasoned to perfection. The tender squid seasoned with lime and fleur de sel, the delicate umami flavours of wild eel lightly infused with sake, the tuna nigiri sushi that melts in your mouth: a memorable experience." - Michelin Inspector

Thank you chef for the outstanding sushi but above all for your relaxed mood, cooking philosophy (Japanese fish vs. French fish). The eel for starters was awesome. The tuna and onion sushi amazing. I learnt a lot and enjoyed the food as much. PS: impressive wine list….

One of top sushi chefs in Paris. The seasoning is VERY creative and yet perfectly balanced. You know is made by chef Yoshinaga when you taste it (after a few years 🥲). The chef is so nice and humour, it was an amazing experience. Definitely worth trying 😌

Chef Yoshinaga and his crew provided an unexpected world class experience in the middle of an Omakase desert in Europe. I was insanely surprised about the refined matching of tastes, textures, aging of the various products and all of this working with basically exclusively local ingredients. Chapeaux & to more visits soon! Can’t wait!!

A magical evening! Chef Yoshinaga is a master of his craft; each dish artistically prepared with precision and devotion. His passion transpires through the interaction with his guests; he conveys his love of his native Japanese cuisine with humor and humility. The night was made even better by impeccable service and a convivial atmosphere. The wine list was extensive, and the one we were recommended paired divinely with the dishes. Dare I say this is the best sushi I’ve had in Paris? Actually, the best sushi I’ve had, period. Highly recommended!

I always wanted to try an omakase experience in Paris. The whole experience was very refined and comparable to other omakase I've been to. The welcome and service were outstanding and will probably repeat it again.

We stayed with Tommo 3 hours and it was an amazon experience of perfection - ⭐️🌟 Michelin . We loved the place Diana (wanted slightly less sauce & salt) & Dietmar

This place is phenomenal! Probably the best sushi I’ve had. Having been to Japan and tried Michelin starred sushi restaurant there, this one is better. The quality of each fish was impeccable. The service was exceptional too. And I love how they keep the place simple and minimalist yet classy and elegant. Definitely worth the experience!
