They have such a large variety of flavors, designs and even offers 1 dairy free peanut butter cookie, that looks absolutely scrumptious! This is where you should get your bachelor or bachelorette vintage cake, birthday cake, just any event cake from! They have bar seating and a cute table with 4 chairs as option to eat your sugary goodness, if you can't wait till you get home. There is even an adorable Susie Cakes vintage horse in the corner for photos! Stop on in, you will be happy that you did!

Found this great gem while traveling through. These cupcakes did not disappoint! They were fun flavors and so fresh and delicious! We got a coconut, a strawberry, a pineapple upside down cake, and carrot cake. There are so many flavors to choose from! We will definitely be back when we are in town next.

Such a cute shop! I love the aesthetic. I love the family pictures and the little complimentary Susie cakes magnet, such a cute touch! And all the cupcakes are so beautiful 🤩. I got the blueberry pancakes- it’s so fresh and the buttercream is delicious- not heavy or sickly sweet- it’s perfect. I got the uncle nearest cupcake too- so moist and surprisingly boozy!! Tyler was also so sweet and fun to chat with! We’ll be back!

When I tell you that the carrot cake is the bomb, I mean it. I could hardly put my fork down. It is SO moist and flavorful! I highly recommend it and whenever I am back in Nashville, I will make it a priority to return for another slice. Great service too! 😀

The food… ALL THE FOOD… is amazing!! Meghan helped me and really shared her love for this business. We had many things in common and one was our distinct issue with textures. To the food…. I ordered 3 lemon squares and only one made it home. They were, by far, the best lemon squares I’ve EVER had. Perfectly done with a crust to die for. Huge fan!! The rest are home with me and I have had only had small samplings of each. All are amazing but I can only do so much sweet a day. (Tomorrow I’ll be working outside grinding my teeth I’m sure🤠) A slice of chocolate cake, carrot cake, fresh berry cake (my favorite so far), and marble cake. The four cupcakes…. Yes my eyes were in heaven… mocha, lemon, strawberry lemonade and red velvet. Good gawd they are absolutely perfect. Everything was ideal from the prep to the serving and tastings. Thank you Meghan for chatting with me and sharing your passion. It definitely shows!! Even in the pouring rain, at the infamous Green Hill Mall with its ridiculous parking, Susie Cakes is worth it in every aspect!! The entire crew were on it and super friendly! Packaging everything up was quick, neat and organized!! If you’re in a rush call ahead and they’ll package and walk it out to you.

Yummy. Yummy. Yummy. The freshest cupcakes & cakes with wonderful flavor combinations. Friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you narrow your choices from "Everything please" to a more realistic order. They can even help with texture questions for those who prefer their smooth without crunchy. We have had several of their cakes so this time we got cupcakes: Mint, lemon, mocha & pumpkin. All devoured before we made it out of the parking lot. Clean and beautiful displays.

What's not to love about Susie? This little bakery is a must-stop every time I'm at the Green Hills Mall - and I wouldn't have it any other way! The team here is always incredibly kind and helpful - whether you're celebrating something big or just popping in for a little afternoon treat. I greatly appreciate that you can place an order online for a cake with a custom message, and that they'll have it ready for you later that day. I'm not sure if any other bakery in Nashville does this? Someone correct me if I'm wrong! My favorite of their cakes is the Fresh Berry Cake. It's only available in the summertime - and it's so light and airy and may truly be one of the best cakes I've ever had. I also love their cupcakes - especially the red velvet. Susie ... whatever you're doing, keep it up!

There are not enough super adjectives for me to adequately express how delicious these cakes are. My husband and I took advantage of their rewards program, and tried all of the cake flavors before November. They gave us a free 9-inch cake of our choice, which I served at a women's luncheon yesterday. It was the best carrot cake, and was the hit of the party. I ate three pieces! We shared some with our condo neighbors, and I sent slices home to the husbands, or I would've eaten all of it! Many, many thanks!

Well I've had Susie cakes in dallas and Nashville and they are consistent. Consistently average. It's a cute bakery designed to get your attention. The cake slice I got wasn't as moist as I'd like, almost hard. The cakes are more pretty than they are good to eat. The icing is straight sugar, nothing your tastebuds will remember. Service was decent, slice was a little under ten dollars

A cute bakery with delicious treats and friendly service in the Green Hills mall parking lot. The hours here are great. Monday through Saturday they are open from 10am-8pm. The last two hours are BOGO cupcakes. They are even open on Sundays from 11am-6pm. It's easy to catch them and the cases have always been full, even late in the day. The shop is so clean, bright, and welcoming. Three large display cases hold full size cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and a seasonal pie. They offer cakes by the slice or full size cakes. The cupcakes are delicious, always moist. Some of the flavors have overly sweet frosting so it's just about finding the right flavors. The seasonal pink lemonade has been our favorite so far. The vanilla was good in limited quantities. The chocolate cake is tasty. The pie flavors are seasonal. Right now it's key lime pie which was very good. The perfect balance of flavors. We've tried two cake slices so far. The coconut dream with pineapple was SO good. We loved this. It was moist and not overly sweet. The slice was enough for two generous portions. The celebration cake was on the dry side and the frosting was way too sweet. My husband and I each had a few bites before deciding to toss it in the trash. Don't miss the mechanical pony in the corner. My five year old loves this as much as the sweets. It's a quarter to ride. On our first visit we were offered a quarter at checkout to use for a ride. Sign up for rewards to accrue points on sweets. Until November they are doing a cake walk promotion. Purchase one slice of each of the by the slice cakes and get a free nine inch cake. If you are in the area of The Green Hills Mall and have a sweet tooth you won't want to miss SusieCakes!

Yummy Cakes and Cute Vibes! Just dropped by Susie Cakes in Nashville and wow, what a treat! The cake slices are huge--definitely enough to share, but you might not want to because they're so good. Everything is made fresh daily with real ingredients, and you can totally taste the difference. The place has such a cute, fun vibe that makes you feel bright and happy. Julie was so friendly and was excited to tell us all about the different cake flavors. Whether you're grabbing a slice or picking up a cake for a special occasion, Susie Cakes is high quality and the perfect indulgent treat.

Great service and amazing pastries! It's really cool that you can purchase individual slices of their many beautifully decorated delicious cakes. All of the cakes are great, but, my favorites, in order, are: 1. Chocolate Cake 2. Celebration Cake 3. Carrot Cake 4. Coconut Cake 5. Berry Cake Those are all I've tried so far, but I'm hoping to try more soon. The quality of the ingredients is obviously high, but so are the prices, so be prepared. It's almost $10 for a large slice of cake, but we pay $5-$6 for other pastries at other places, so their prices seem reasonable. I recommend you give SusieCakes a try!

It was my wife's birthday and I had got her something special while shopping at green hills mall. I had stopped by Susie Cakes to grab her a few slices of her favorite cake along with some cupcakes. I also asked for an empty box too to put her birthday gift inside the box. Not only was it her birthday in a couple days but it was also my birthday too. They were very generous to give me an empty box and also a free cupcake for my birthday, this was a very nice gesture that I did not ask for at all. I really appreciate that. The uncle Ernest whisky cupcake was very good, you can taste the whisky. My family enjoy all of their cakes, my personal favorite is the chocolate, marble, red velvet, and summer berry cake. All of their cakes are very flavorful and not overly sweet. I like it and am not a person that is fond of sweets. The people here are very nice. I will be back again soon.

Tried the uncle nearest 1884 whiskey cupcakes for my birthday. It was vanilla cake with uncle nearest buttercream frosting. The cupcakes were good just a little dry. The cupcakes had the perfect amount of frosting and very cute. Id go back to try other items. Update: I tried the red velvet cake and OMG it's so moist perfect amount of cream cheese icing it's delicious! You must try it!

This is a nice bakery located in the mall area. They have plenty of Sherry parking in the parking lot. The staff were friendly and it was very welcoming have a variety of cupcakes, cookies, and cake. The place is well lit. It smells delicious. I decided to go with a tropical cake which was fruity and delicious. I quite loved the piña colada. Taste with the pineapples and coconut. Also had opportunity try, exclusive flavor, cupcake with the nearest green alcohol, which was yummy. They have a happy hour special where you can get cupcakes one get one free. I highly recommend and I cannot wait to return. I hope that you enjoy.

CUTEST SWEETEST SHOP IN ALL THE LAND!!!!! Wow, just walking transforms your whole day- the staff is so kind and wants to make you smile with their service and offerings. I got the chocolate chip cookie and a cupcake- it seems like they have these grab and go options available regularly if you ever need a last minute sweet treat for you or a gift for someone else. They have lots of yummy looking flavors, but i opted for the vanilla to try first! The desserts were delicious, obviously. I will be back ASAP:)

I absolutely LOVE SUSIECAKES !! Today, I came to their store after church and ordered their Seasonal Fresh Berry slice of cake and a Chocolate cake. My favorite cake of ALL TIME is their CELEBRATION CAKE but, this Fresh Berry cake currently HAS MY HEART. It is different from the other cakes because, it has whipped cream frosting instead of buttercream !! If you LOVE whipped frosting ", I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try this cake. It will only be here for a limited time !!! The service was FABULOUS !! I received warm greetings from everyone !! The ambiance is very casual ! It's a Sunday afternoon so, most people are with their loved ones ! I DEFINITELY plan to return !!

What a gorgeous new spot in town for delightful cakes and cupcakes! The staff was friendly, offered samples and engaged in providing helpful information. Enjoyed how they honored their history on the wall. Seems to be the perfect spot to grab dessert for celebrating any special occasion or a quick stop to indulge a sweet craving. I tried the Red Velvet and Love & Whiskey and highly recommend both! FYI - they have the only quarter kiddie ride in Nashville!

Adorable shop located in the exterior only facing part of Green Hills mall. The team there was welcoming and talked about options and pricing. They offer whole cakes, slices, cupcakes and cookies. I got 5 different flavors and a cookie. Delicious! Really some of the best I've ever eaten. Flavors were all spot on and the cake was not overly sweet but compliments the frosting. They also offer a loyalty program to join and receive a free slice of cake on your birthday - best gift ever!

I don't think I have been to a bakery more then 4 times in a month! I really need to take a breather lol. But this is absolutely one of the best CAKE bakery I have been to in the Nashville area but I also haven't lived here too long ;) side note: I think it's going to take someone to really out-beat SusieCakes carrot cake because it's frickin phenomenal!!!! It's absolutely the best carrot cake I have ever had in my entire life! I mean maybe I've been living in a box my entire life but I have never had a carrot cake with praline or pecans, but I'm also newer to the south ;) when I first had these cakes, I had them cold, I did not receive instructions on how to enjoy them, the second time around, I did and I have to say I enjoyed the cakes a lot better! Not saying the first time wasn't good, but the second time was sooo much better! I have to say my favorites are carrot (duh), marble, chocolate, summer berry and vanilla celebration! Those are absolutely delicious! The type of sugar on these cakes are definitely different. Most of the time whenever I eat cake or any type of dessert, I would get upset stomach, quality or something but with Susiecakes, I did not! I can't wait to go back and try their fall goodies!

I highly recommend SC! I am from out of town and was nervous about ordering a cake from some place I'd never been....but they delivered! The cake was exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing! I highly recommend using them for any dessert needs!

I've now tried 4 different types of cake from SusieCakes and a couple of the cupcakes. The marble, old fashioned chocolate, and lemon are my favorites. Slices are huge--easily enough to share with someone. Prices are fair, 8-$10 (seasonal slices on the higher end). Service here has always been friendly and welcoming. I love the location, it's an easy walk over from the Regal after seeing a movie. I highly recommend them!

I got a strawberry cupcake . The icing amazing but the cake was not fresh. The top part of the cupcake was hard like a thin cookie was placed between the cake and icing.

This place has such incredible cakes! I had the Red Velvet and the Birthday Celebration! Both were super moist with incredibly smooth icing. For me, the birthday cake celebration had a slight edge over the red velvet but it is definitely a tight competition. My only qualm is that they were out of the fresh berry cake when I went which was not unexpected given how popular it is, but I really wish I could have tried it. The staff was so kind in helping me choose the cakes and were quick to serve them up. I also loved that there were samples to try to help make my decision. I would definitely consider them for future special events!

Beautiful bakery with lots of homemade tasty sweet treats. The bakery is well lit, lots of windows and areas to sit inside and enjoy your sweet treat. The baked items are beautifully displayed to help you decide on a treat. They offer all the traditional flavored cakes chocolate, vanilla, lemon, red velvet, carrot cake a plus some special limited seasonal treats like lemon bars or key lime pie. The cake taste like they were baked at home. This is good place to pick up after dinner dessert or a celebration / birthday cake. They have a display with birthday candles and other last minute supplies for your celebration. You can order ahead or select from what's available. The birthday cupcake was delicious. They were bitable size, flavorful, moist and just enough icing for sweetness. Cakes can be purchased as a whole or buy the slice. I highly recommend the carrot cake. It was amazing. They have excellent service and a helpful friendly staff. Love the 15 minute parking out front to grab and go. Highly recommend!

strawberry cupcake: 10/10 mocha cupcake: 10/10! LOVE! i absolutely loved both of the cupcake i got. the strawberry was my favorite though and the best strawberry cake/cupcake i've ever had! i highly recommend both flavors and i will be going back for the strawberry (i do not prefer chocolate cake but if u do try the mocha) i wasn't going to try it here because the pictures online are kinda bad to me, i feel like they look stale, plasticy, or super sweet but they are not at all. but they are such good cupcakes and a great sweetness level! workers were super helpful! there were free samples of cupcakes on counter as well bathroom: 10/10 such a cute bathroom and very nice! parking: lots of parking, this location is next to the mall (but not connected, not inside the mall). so you have entire mall parking lot. there is also a bunch of 15 min spaces closer to the building.

Susie cakes is an adorable gem of a bakery with the sweetest people working the shop. My husband and I stopped in because it looked delicious and that was a good decision. The staff told us that everything is made from scratch right there in the house. I loved baked goods that are fresh and locally made versus frozen and shipped across county. The old fashion, chocolate cake, blueberry, pancake, cupcake, and lemon cupcake were all delicious. The staff told us that they always have someone on site to quickly decorate a cake for any celebration needs. They also have some birthday party, decor like cards, candles, confetti, etc.

Yall..... these cupcakes were DRY!! Cracker crumb choking dry!! The icing was the only part with flavor. Vanilla, red, and chocolate cake part was flavorless and dry. Do not believe these were baked same day.

We ordered this amazing red velvet cake with buttercream frosting from Susie's cakes in Nashville. It was custom decorated for my daughter's graduation from Belmont University! She chose a special theme for nursing. It was the absolute best cake we have had. Some of our guests have had cakes from famous bakeries across the U.S., so when we hear it's the best it is literally the best!! Thank you Susie's cakes of Nashville!!!

Greatest cupcakes ever!!! I love cake,I have traveled the USA trying different bakeries. This is one of the top cupcakes places. They have a awesome chocolate cake and there frosting is delicious. I highly recommend them for any cake lover.

The cutest bake shop in Green Hills. I've only tried the chocolate cupcake but every time I have, it has been moist and flavorful. Perfect icing to cake ratio. The staff are always warm and welcoming, too. A little pricey but as a treat, I don't view the prices as a deal breaker.

I got chocolate cupcakes from here and they were divine. All of the staff were SO kind and friendly, and it's definitely going to be my new go-to bakery! I highly recommend this place!

Our family came upon Susie Cakes of Green Hills while eating lunch at Chopt. The shoppe is super cute and fun. The staff was friendly, welcoming as soon as we opened the door. We tried the carrot cake, and the strawberry, lemon, and peanut butter cupcakes. We are not bakers nor are we cake connoisseurs, but we found the cupcake to be more the density of cornbread than of a cupcake. That may account for the dryness of the cake. The frostings had DELICIOUS natural flavor but extremely sweet. I realize buttercream is sweet, but we all agreed it was overly sweet. The frosting is a bit grainy, but that did not affect the taste for us. Overall, the shoppe we loved, but for $5 a piece ( at the minimum) we had hoped to have our socks knocked off.

I just moved back to Nashville after living in SoCal for 13 years where SusieCakes was a staple. There are no words to express our excitement with the opening of the Nashville location. I've not only visited 5 times already for every party and every, I've also recommended you all to every single friend and family member - all of whom have now become SusieCakes Forever patrons like us #ButterCreamForever

Vacationing in the area and stopped in to see what they had for dessert. Found out it was Cupcake Happy Hour-who knew there was such a thing?! A double treat for us, so we tried out a few flavors from the impressive selection. My favorite was the Chocolate Peanut Butter-yum! and the Strawberry was a close second. The cake was moist and the flavors in the icing were spot on. The place was clean, charming, and welcoming. We were helped by Maddy and Nicole, who were friendly, personable, and professional. They represent the company very well!

We came in yesterday, and got 2 slices of the most delicious cake I've ever had! Tyler helped us pick from their beautiful assortment, and we had the strawberry and carrot cake. They serve very hefty portions! I had the rest for breakfast with my coffee. The staff is so friendly and he gave us the sweet back story of how Susie Cales came to be. We can't wait to come back!

As a Californian, we've been waiting for this day to come since I drove by and saw the Coming Soon sign. I won't admit the amount of times I've visited since it's opened ;) , but I will say this is hands down the best Susie Cakes I've been to. We've even had them shipped for past birthday's (they offer nationwide shipping for cakes) - it's that good! The staff at the Nashville location greets you with a warm smile, are extremely helpful and ALWAYS brighten my day. Heather remembers me every time I come in and that is so appreciated :) If you're looking for a sweet treat or a place to order your cupcakes or cakes for holidays, baby showers, birthday parties, gender reveal, wedding etc. - this is your spot! The cupcakes / cakes are super fluffy and the icing is incredible. One of my favorite things about this brand is their seasonal items that I look forward to every year. The most stale cupcake I have ever had. I was very attracted to this store because of its prime location and cute exterior. Their whole motto is that the cakes are made fresh daily, however, the cupcake tasted like it was days old. The flavors were great and i'm sure it would have been a great treat if it was fresh. Nothing about the food was made fresh that day.

Husband and daughter stopped by on St. Patrick's Day and picked up three slices of cake, Red Velvet, Celebration, and Marble. They also picked up one Chocolate Mint Cupcake. Seriously the best cake I've eaten! Generous slices of cake! Soooooo happy to have them here in Nashville!
