"SusieCakes will debut its frosting-filled treats at Plano’s Legacy Hall next week, filling a spot left open by one of the food hall’s recent departures. The new Plano outpost brings the local count of the California-based bakery to four. SusieCakes has long been known for its decadent cakes and frosting-filled cupcakes, as well as a variety of other baked goods. SusieCakes joins a project that has been challenging for local entrepreneurs, marked by difficult parking, poor management, and high overhead costs. An adorable bakery tucked in to the Legacy Hall restaurant madness. Something for everyone including cookies, cake, pudding, and other sweet treats. The staff was extremely polite and helped me make one of the hardest decisions most have to make during their day: what should I have for dessert? I had the Vanilla Celebration cake which was unrealistically delicious. The only thing I would have changed is I would have eaten less before my cake so I had more space in my stomach to have more.

Adrianna and Dee was great I had issues in the past but these two ladies went above and beyond. Order me a red velvet cake light on the cream and it was fantastic. I will always go back to this location because they always put there best foot forward. Thank you all and see you soon.

Even though they didn't have the size I wanted after being sent from the other Plano location, the manager upgraded my order for free. She was very friendly, apologized for the other location's mistake. The cake was also awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ms.Manager - Thank you very much for saving the day!

Cakes taste ok but customer service is lacking. One person in front of me online, and three people working behind the counter but only one working, the other two were just chatting away as if they could not be bothered. Customer service is very important to me and they don’t seem to care much about it.
