Sutton Club Barcelona

I was not in the list of the corporate party and the staff refused yo assist! We were waiting 1 hour outside trying to get help! There were 3 people from the bat staff outside and I asked each person to assist , call their manager or our manager and they said this is not their job! Very rude! I got sick after that night. On top they asked me to pay 10 rut for a glass of wine during the Corporate event! And also kicked us from the sitting area and we were told yo leave the seats , although the party has not finished yet! Awful service!

Rude bouncer, not worthy of your time This used to be a good nightclub, but due to bouncers unpolite behaviour ( a bald, tall , black man ) refusing people's from every different category with no reason. And they have their own passes and registration on the guest list. To be honest not only my group, he denied entry to a whole line of people. Wooow very professional and many money you made the club loose. Sutton unfortunately you messed up this time.

I got in to the club but my friends didn’t cause of the clothing. She wore perfectly good outfit and they were like totally sexualizing here saying that she didn’t fit in… it is the WORST I’ve ever heard!! Don’t promote this club please!💔 I also wanted to talk with the guard and asked “can I ask you a question” and he straightly said NO.

We visited this venue after a company event, and since we were all well-dressed, we had no issues getting in. However, we noticed that others at the door were turned away for wearing sneakers and jeans, so it's crucial to dress up if you want to ensure entry. One downside is that they don't display their prices, which seems intentional to obscure their high costs. For example, a 0.3L bottle of water costs €6, and a small beer is €10. On the day we visited, the entrance fee was €20 per person. Whether this is worth it depends on individual preferences, but it's something to consider before deciding to go.

The place has good music and a nice-looking atmosphere, but the experience with the people was quite unpleasant. The staff and many of the guests were unfriendly and rude, which completely ruins the vibe. A nightclub should be a place where you feel welcome and comfortable, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Hopefully they improve their attitude and service, because the place has potential — but the attitude really lets it down.

Super rude staff, they are racists. My brother was not let in due to his tattoos, he is a tattoo artist. He was completely in line with the dress code . Other people just told me that they don’t let you in depending on your skin color also. If they don’t like your appearance you are not in. I wish I had read the reviews before trying to go . Horrible experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this club. We came on a Friday night to celebrate my best friend's birthday and were met with unbelievably rude behavior at the entrance. A blonde woman at the door refused to let our group in and started yelling at us simply because we didn’t speak Spanish. Despite having purchased tickets online in advance, she didn’t even bother to check them and dismissed us without explanation. Her attitude was aggressive and completely unprofessional, and it ruined what was supposed to be a special night. If this is how they treat paying guests, especially international visitors, I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone

The new Sutton look amazing, it’s so classy yet very modern. The lights and the sound system are amazing. The staff are professional and tentative. The perfect night out!
