"A food truck collaborated with pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph to offer two limited-run anniversary ice creams: 'Monster Cookie Dunk' (sweet cream with white miso caramel, Monster Cookie dough bits and a whole cookie) and 'Black Cake Heritage' (lemon-and-cream with passionfruit-orange caramel, black cake chunks, and crushed-dried sumo flakes).
