Swan Club

We are beyond grateful to have had our wedding reception at The Swan Club. The work the staff did to set up our hall so beautifully was intentional. Austin and the entire staff were great to work with as they all showed us so much kindness, respect, and generosity. The food and drinks were amazing. The newly remodeled reception space is unbelievably gorgeous as it offers three tiers of seating (if needed), a big dance floor for all family and friends to gather, a bar that is right next to the entrance and dance floor so it is easy to access, and a gathering space for all those that need a space to sit down and look at the wedding couple's decorations. The addition of the outdoor patio/ceremony space was so wonderful to have, as well, as it was a place for guests to hang out, take pictures, and play cornhole. Thank you to all at The Swan Club for making our wedding day so special.

We just celebrated the wedding for my daughter and her husband! The Swan Club did an amazing job! The venue is absolutely beautiful! The food was excellent! Austin, the manager, was very professional and super to work with! He answered all of our questions and made sure our requests were carried out!! The entire night went smoothly and everyone complimented on how wonderful it was!!

Easter Brunch today 4/20/25. The hostess was super friendly. She greeted us with Happy Easter! Our reservation was right on time, and our waitress greeted us with a smiling face. She told us what was where and we didn't see her again until time for the check. We were well aware of 19% gratuity added to the check, but the waitress did nothing to earn it. We needed napkins, could not find a waitress, asked a busser, he replied it's not my job. The broasted chicken was cold and almost always empty. The ham was cold, the beef was tough and no beef gravy. No bacon, the sasauges were just wierd. I was very sad to spend 100.00 for 3 people. I wouldn't have minded one bit if the food had been atleast hot. On a good note, the fruit salad was good and so was was the stuffing. Friendly staff.

We had our wedding at the Swans Club in October 2023. Austin was really helpful and the staff were great! All are questions had a fast response when emailing Austin. Everyone loved the old-fashioned fountain. The food was delicious! Love the new remodel.

The Swan Club has the Best Broasted Chicken in all of Brown County! Plus the Gravy is great over the potatoes and dressing! The Gravy Bowls aren't big enough for me! As I'm not good at sharing!🤠

Austin was great offering guidance throughout the planning of our wedding. The bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Setting offers many opportunities for different photo ops...inside and out. We highly recommend the Swan Club for your special event!

The Swan Club is amazing! My husband and I got married here and if we could do it over again we would still use the Swan Club! First, Beth is AMAZING!! She is super helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and is there to make your Wedding day the best for you! Next, the food was the BEST! We chose the Swan Club for the food and we are so happy we did. Our guests loved the food and it was never-ending, they continued to bring out more - without having to ask. Choosing Family Style is definitely the way to go - especially with the boasted chicken + beef tips. Our minimum amount to spend for the room we chose was $5000 and it was the perfect price. We went with the package and added on some champagne for our extra reserve table + some late night pizzas in addition to the appetizers you already get with the package. Overall I highly recommend the Swan Club it is elegant, affordable, and absolutely can be made into the perfect place for your special day!

I was at Swan Club for a wedding. Food and service was fantastic. Best ever I had.plus, dance floor was great. Really enjoyed wedding and hall overhall!

First time here for a charity event and had no idea what to expect. I was surprised how big the building was. When I walked in there was two events in the two separate spaces. The room for the charity event was very spacious. There was enough room for all the charity what not and then two lower levels of circular dining tables and chairs. There was a buffet with breaded chicken. I just had the chicken and coleslaw and it was decent, but not the best. If you're ever planning a big event or party, this would be a good place to consider.

I attended a banquet at the Swan Club on 2/24, the food is amazing. The beef tips are tender and seasoned well, breasted chicken is juicy, the carrots are sweet and cooked perfect. Overall great food and service. The bathrooms could be kept cleaner and put some air fresheners in them

I think that this was the best buffet in the country. The food was amazing. The space that you have was surprising that you had so much.Your Waiters are very nice and respectful.Keep it up!Can't wait to come back!!

The Swan Club is a very popular banquet facility so we did end up going there a handful of times in our time in WI and attended a 50th Anniversary party there last night but I have never liked the food (typical supper club chicken dinner). The menu has stayed exactly the same, as I imagine it has since it opened, even though every time I go, I am hopeful for some innovative updates. To be fair, people in Wisconsin love this kind of food so this review is my personal opinion as a vegetarian who likes to eat healthy. I just don't like gluey mashed potatoes and baby carrots swimming in butter and obviously don't eat fried chicken. My husband is among those who love the chicken so he would likely give this place maybe three stars although he did groan with a stomach ache the next morning (likely from overindulging). People also rave about their signature dessert - kneecaps. Once you scrape the cool whip type whipped topping off (as I did), there is not much to it. If it were a flaky pastry, it would stand on its own but it was kind of chewy and stale. I know many will disagree with my opinion of the food at The Swan Club but it has never appealed to me. Sorry...

The inside of this venue has been remodeled since I was here last and is spacious and set up nice and neatly. The mother's day brunch was an average affair. I have never seen a salad bar with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese on it only. I also wish a lighter salad dressing option was offered having ranch and French is not my favorite thing. The warm options we run of the mill brunch items as well. Nothing stuck out as special just okay. I did enjoy my bloody mary though that was flavorful. I would not go back here for this type of event though if I had to pick.

I love, love, love the Swan Club! They are the easiest and most accommodating facility to work with! I am getting married this Saturday (in 4 days) and I feel the need to get on here and write this review despite all of the other things on my agenda. The venue coordinator, Beth, is wonderful. Having a wedding at the swan club is the best deal in town and they made it easy every step of the way!
