Great desserts. Reminds me of Asia!! I had the black sesame shaved ice and the flavors were so fragrant and delicious. The texture is soft, fluffy, and so dreamy. Toppings are the perfect pairing and are in perfect harmony with the shaved ice. My friend’s Mango shaved ice was super flavorful and delicious as well!! Really cute hole in the way shop, and I super recommend.

Fantastic boba and the ice cream tasted super fresh. I had the taro milk tea, flavor on point, and the Nutella strawberry ice cream - delicious. Definitely coming back to more flavors as well as their ramen which looked really good. Love the intimate vibe of the place, as well. Wishing them continued success.

This boba spot is hands down the best. There tea drinks are so original and strong. Milk tea is my go to. And the secret is on Doordash it's bogo!! Can't beat that. The sweetness is made just right. My kids like the Thai tea and mango tea. All of her drinks are great! Small mom and pop spot. When you get to the plaza have to pay attention. It's a hole in the wall. Drinks are to die for that you'd be back in no time and her boba is fresh and prices are right! They serve Ramen and Udon noodles there too! Haven't ever tried but will someday. All the staff are super nice here ! Thank you! It's a cute boba shop must try!

WOWWW. We stopped by several time during our stay in the area. We could not resist getting more of these yummy treats. The tea is so flavorful and you can actually taste it instead of just drinking sugar. Icecream is unique with such fun flavors and toppings! The crepes were also sooo yummy. The employees and excellent. Thank you for the experience sweet and salt!

This cute spot is amazing. I had the strawberry nutella crepe and it was perfectly cooked. It had just the right strawberry to nutella ratio. Husband had strawberry snow cream, equally delicious, and the little had the best time watching her ice cream get rolled. Definitely recommend

My friend went with the jasmine lime honey fruit tea and added lychee popping boba. It was so refreshing and light, and the lychee added such a fun, flavorful burst to every sip! From when we walked in they were really nice to use. Also the ice cream came out fast and it was really cute decorating in my opinion. The food was amazing. It tasted really fresh and I was craving more. Can't wait until they add the ramen and other items. Everything was clean and fresh. Cool decor and we had a mini shovel for a spoon. So many things we can't wait to try when we go back. Also they have a points program and we almost have a free boba tea already.

What a sweet little gem! My friends and I needed a spot to relax before a wedding after taking photos, and Sweet and Salt was the perfect choice. We walked over not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. I ordered a passion fruit with lychee jelly -- it was absolutely delicious and super refreshing. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the seating area was cozy and comfortable, perfect for just hanging out. Everything about the vibe was right, and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. Highly recommend checking it out if you're nearby!

First time here and pretty impressed. Small spot with really good boba, chewy and fresh. They were out of a few ingredients, which was a little disappointing, and service was pretty slow, but it seemed like only one person was working. Love the calm music vibe...Worth a try if you're not in a rush.

Cozy little spot to get some delicious sweets! Went after a day at the beach and it hit the spot! The crepe was filled with strawberries, bananas and Nutella and it was good! They have an extensive menu of flavors for bobas. They were a little lighter than the usual boba but still light and refreshing! Their main attraction though is the ice cream rolls! I've never had ice cream this way and it was a different experience! They're soft, and smooth and have a lot of flavors to choose from. I tried the pistachio paradise and it was yummy!

Sweet and salt is a tiny spot located in north Miami Beach. As their name says they have lots of sweet and salty dishes to enjoy from. It's a chain from Taiwan ice so their menu is very similar as far as their rolled ice cream flavors and shaved ice. If you are a Boba lover then they have so many options to choose from as well as their tea. The service is quick and they have indoor seating

Cute place in a strip mall with parking on west dixie. It was very clean inside. Rolled ice cream had about 15 flavors and it came with 3 toppings. Old prices are listed on the xall and the new ones on a menu. That was strange, but I get it prices went up. Daughter got the oreo she seemed to like. They make it right in front of you.

I really enjoyed this spot. The place is cozy and clean, the staff is very kind and there are so many delicious options to choose from. I ordered the mixed berry crepe which had very tasty fruits.

1st here and we are in love!!! This place is delicious!!! We had dinner at a restaurant next to this place and just wanted to see the menu and we ended ordering a matcha tea and a strawberries and bananas crepe!!! Service was excellent and ambience cute , good music and nice modern decor. Try it!!!! You'll love it!

This place is new but I feel like it should be a neighborhood staple! The owner is so wonderful. She really explains when you ask a question and she's so personable. We love the taro shaved ice with mochi and the milk pudding. The gyozas are also great! This establishment is always clean and inviting!!! Definitely would recommend this spot!

I got hit with the most insane craving for Taiwanese snow the other day and wow it's hard to find in South Florida. I started navigating to Taiwan Ice and was devastated to find it had closed. But then I was delighted to learn they've just moved and rebranded! And the new location is even better! Great assortment of snows, rolled ice creams, bobas, and other Taiwanese snackies. I had a sesame snow and it really served my craving. Any ice cream comes with a few toppings, and I loved the mochi on mine. You can order at a kiosk or at the counter. We found some options were missing from the kiosk and just went to counter. The space is nice and so are the people. Great place for a treat!

A great option for Taiwanese treats in South Florida. This place is the only place I've ever heard of down here serving Taiwanese snow! The owners and very kind and friendly and quick to make the orders. Make sure to take a look at the full menu on the wall because not everything is listed on the iPads. A very cute little shop where the ice cream is delicious and the boba is popping. Perfect for a post dinner dessert of just to escape the sun for a little bit.

I went here for boba but realized there was snow ice on the menu and I had never tried it before so I went for that instead. Do not regret it one bit!! It was so amazing and way more satisfying. For $6.55 I got the lychee snow ice topped with condensed milk, lychee fruit and brown tapioca so I could tell get my boba fix. It was amazing, creamy, sweet and the texture was out of this world!! They give a great portion and I enjoyed every bite of it. The staff was so nice and helpful and even added more condensed milk when it was halfway done and I asked. Snow ice might be my new addiction and I just wish it was closer so I could come more often! Thank you!!

The black milk tea & Thai tea with boba were good but tasted diluted. I appreciated the quick service.

***This is the NEW location of Taiwan Ice!! After going to Taiwan Ice for years, I was glad to see it is reopened at a new location with a new name, "Sweet & Salt." Still the same great flavors, but with new additions to the menu! I got my favorite Cookie Tornado roll and it comes with 3 toppings. I always love adding mochi as a topping. The owner, Amanda, is very sweet and accommodating! I need to come back to try their crepes. The ambiance is calm and cute. 100% would recommend this place.

We love this place. We come here very very often. It was Taiwan Ice on Biscayne but now it is called Sweet and Salt. I have yet to try the crepes or the savory part of the menu but I will absolutely try it soon. It's comfortable lounge feeling. The people working here are pleasant and knowledgeable. Amazing black sesame ice cream and toppings. We got the roasted marshmallow, mochi and chocolate chips. The place also has cery sweet owners! We will be back soon.

SO happy to meet our new neighbor Chef Amanda & Henry with their new creation. Woow that hand crafted taro roll ice cream was an absolute delight , I also had tiger stripe crystal boba tea. Amanda custom made Chris a simple sugar , butter crepes with strawberries & our staff were super happy with their strawberries & coffee roll up ice cream also, what a nice addition to our lil multi-culture NMB 170st food street, this family own dessert bar really completed the circle.

Great little hidden spot. I had taro and matcha ice cream which were perfect because it wasn't too overly sweet. The place feels very homie and welcoming. Will come back again to try the boba tea.

The popcorn chicken is AMAZING, I also got Taiwan shaved ice. I loved the texture so much--I got the flavor black sesame. The lady who served us was very kind. Definitely a nice calm place to eat a nice snack and drink some boba.

We stumbled upon this place and it made our night ! We were with our kids and they wanted to experience the rolled ice cream. It did not disappoint! We had tea and fresh Oreo ice cream with roasted marshmallows ! The staff was also extremely pleasant ! The place was clean, service was awesome and food was great! Cutie and trendy place .Chef /Owner Amanda's prepared my Ice Cream Rolls First Kiss ( Strawberry) .It's so fresh, creamy and delicious and has reasonable prices. I like my crepes simple, just melted butter & sugar , she made one just for me, so nice of her ! I recommend this place to anyone craves for a lil sweet ! We love to support our new neighbor.

Taiwan Ice relocated their business from 163rd St to this new location. We tried the black sesame shaved ice and mango ice with mochi, both delicious. They also added food to the menu.

The owner is unbelievably kind and the boba is absolutely amazing. So happy we found this place on Yelp. My husband and I will be coming here very often and we can't wait to try to the whole menu! 100% worth your time and money to try if you need to satisfy that sweet tooth.
