A co-worker recommended this place to me. She said that the cakes were delicious and they had great service so I gave it a try. My daughter’s 20th was around the corner and I wanted everything to be perfect since she couldn’t have her Quinceañera due to Covid. I started to place 1 of the 2 orders, and it went well. However, when the front desk employee and I started with the 2nd, absolutely everything went wrong: she had poor communication skills, no knowledge of what they do in this place, no recommendations, no effort, no nothing. I also felt discriminated because I wanted to pay everything in advance and she asked me “are you going to pay now?” in a nasty tone while simultaneously answering a phone call, leaving me unable to answer her with a “yes” and ultimately leaving me with words in my mouth. I revisit everything that happened and went back since I didn’t like the cake selection and I had to talk to someone in regards of the service. I talked to two very nice ladies which were empathetic and understanding of everything that went wrong prior but they couldn’t fixed my order, so I had to talk with the owner. When I went to drop off some decor for my cake the person that the owner left in charge (her niece) to finish my order was so rude to the point that she walked away from me while I was taking to her saying “I don’t understand what you are saying” with an attitude. I finished paying extra to get what I wanted, but the experience was horrible, I would never go back to this place and would not recommend it to someone. I would rather buy a “Publix cake” like the owner mentioned at the moment of distinguishing their cake from others. They are not professionals, they lack service skills and knowledge of what their doing, they have no customer service, they don't look for ways to make it right for customers when they make a mistake. And let me not even mentioning pricing.
