Sweet Cakes 4 U

Sweet Cakes 4 u does not disappoint! The cake is moist, the icing is spot on, and everything always tastes fresh! Today, we went with the blueberry cheesecake bar, the red velvet cupcake and the chocolate chip scones. Go see them before it is too late, as this gem will be closing in the next couple of months.

It is a diabetes dream/nightmare depending on how you look at it! I met a friend for lunch (not knowing it was just a cake/dessert shop). It was the cutest place! They have every cake I could possibly want. Double chocolate, tres leches, lemon, pumpkin, carrot, red velvet, coconut, cheesecake and on and on and on! They had beautiful pastries , cookies, scones, and truffles too! The seating was comfortable, they have outdoor benches as well. They have free wifi and plenty of places to plug in your devices. Great location, cozy feel and helpful staff. I look forward to taking my kids soon!

We bought a whole cake for my husband's birthday. Lemon buttercream with raspberry filling. 😋 Amazing. The cake is light and fluffy, icing is rich but wonderful flavors. Definitely recommend. (We added the decorations)

This place has great cakes but I don’t understand why they don’t make more of their popular flavors. Twice already we’ve went well before closing and they’re out of certain flavors. Eventually people will stop trying if you don’t meet the demand.

Delicious cake by the slice! Friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. They have a cake of the week on top of their usual lineup of the yummy cakes you'd expect.

So yummy, fresh and fluffy cakes 😋😋 you can't easily find a bakery like that in the area! Also, the price is much cheaper compared to what you get from HEB! They provide coffee as well. There are couple of tables outside so you can sit there and enjoy your coffee and cake. I recommend the tres leches 😊 The service was also very good, staff were really friendly and kind. We had a really good conversation with them.

Enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie and cupcakes- all very delicious! Long line and only letting two people in at a time. Good seating outside.

Be warned: they often sell out of flavors before the day is even done! See their Facebook for daily menu and if they close early due to sell out!!! I cannot say enough good things about this shop! ❤️ I try to share this place with everyone I know because they have some of the best cake EVER. I have tried probably 10 or more flavors here and every single one is amazing. The cake is always moist, icing is perfect amount of sweet, the layers are immaculate. I also love that this is a local business run by a mom/daughter team! Service is always good. Small but cute outdoor seating. They also sell coffee, muffins, scones, and other small treats.
