Sweet Charli Girl

I have used Sweet Charlie girl on many occasions. My birthday party with all my girlfriends. They don’t need gluten free and absolutely loved the cookie stuffed cookies. YUMMY!! I have purchased items for Thanksgiving and provided them as my contribution for Thanksgiving. My family loved the rolls and pies. Run to get items from this fabulous small shop!

I shed a tear when I had Sweet Charli Girl's cinnamon roll. It was that good. My Dr recommended 10 years ago that I got wheat free due to various auto immune markers and gluten free baked goods are hit or mis. Often times you get something similar but not quite that joyful experience of a great baked good. Sweet Charli Girl knocks it out of the ball park and makes gluten free baked good delicious again. Also as someone who has to watch fodmaps most of her foods are low oats and other troublesome ingredients. I really cannot express how happy her baking has made me. It's not just great gluten free -- it's just great!

I had Sweet Charli Girl make a gluten-free carrot cake for my wedding, and everyone who ate it raved about how delicious it was. It was, by all accounts, the best cake, which is saying something, considering it was gluten free. It was also beautiful! I’d highly recommend this bakery.

Sweet Charli Girl has THE best gluten free desserts that don't even taste GF! I have been a huge fan of the peanut butter bars that are sold at my local neighborhood coffee shop- Violet Crown. I recently decided to order the vintage heart shaped cake as an additional wedding cake for the after party celebration and it was not only so pretty but sooo delicious!! We even saved a slice to freeze for the anniversary. Can't wait to order more goodies for Thanksgiving!

Incredible option for vegan and GF baked goods! Looking for birthday treats for my wife, and found their site online. Communicating with the owner was easy - she responded immediately - pick up was simple, and the selections she helped us make were delicious! Cannot recommend enough for V/GF in Austin. We'll definitely be back!

Sweet Charli Girl did my wedding cake, along with cinnamon rolls for our late night snack and vegan cupcakes. All of it was amazing! I had so many gluten-eating guests tell me how good the desserts were and how they couldn’t tell it was all gluten free (which is always so good to hear as a celiac). Rachel was so easy to work with, too. She took my cake inspo photos and created my dream wedding cake. My husband, a cinnamon roll mega fan, said they were the best GF cinnamon rolls he’s ever tried, and I completely agree. I would highly recommend Sweet Charli!

I discovered this vendor at the Mueller Farmer's Market and as get with Celiac it was an amazing find! I especially love her cinnamon rolls. Truly the best gluten free bakery I've found in Austin. I'm planning on ordering a pie from her for Thanksgiving. Go check her booth out. You won't regret it!!

Rachel made our wedding cake and it was absolutely PERFECT! The whole process—from tasting, to communicating, to delivery, to decoration—was easy. Also, Rachel perfectly captured the type of cake we wanted—she listened, asked questions, and let us know what was possible. My mother is a celiac and I am gluten intolerant, and let me tell you... nobody could tell that our cake was gluten free! We also have purchased biscuits and pies from Rachel/Sweet Charli Girl, and they have always been a hit. I highly recommend Sweet Charli Girl!
