Yelp
Being new to the area, I look for reviews to search out and explore new places. Finding this bakery on Yelp and reading the fabulous reviews, I decided to see for myself. It is located in a business park, of sorts. I would have never found it if I didn't have the directions. It looks rather new, with several other businesses in the area; distillery, pizza, coffee, etc.
The bakery is quite small with no inside seating. There were 1-2 cafe tables outside, but you are sitting right in front of cars parking in the lot. There were a few people in line when I arrived, which I considered a good sign. I was a little disappointed in the lack of products. I arrived early afternoon, so perhaps the early bird catches the worm here. I noticed most people ordered coffee or coffee and pastry. I was taking mine to-go and opted for the Texas Pecan Pie bar. It was tasty, albeit a bit dry. They had various items in a cooling frig, potato/pasta salads, and such. However, the prices were a bit high considering. There was a posted sign apologizing for the increase in prices due to the national uptick in prices overall.
The woman who assisted me was kind and efficient.
I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, although if I were local, I might stop in and try my luck.
