The Austin Restaurants and Bars Hosting the Best Adults-Only Easter Egg Hunts | Eater Austin

"Primarily known for kid-focused activities, the farm also stages an adult nighttime Easter egg hunt at 7:30 p.m.; tickets are $35 online or $45 at the gate. An added perk is the chance to arrive early and mingle with farm animals before the property closes, giving the event a rustic, social feel beyond the hunt itself." - Brittany Britto Garley

From the moment we arrived at Sweet Eats Adventure Farm we knew this would be one of our favorite family outings — and it did not disappoint! My family and I (including our niece) have visited multiple times, and each time the experience gets better. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with seasonal decorations that make every visit feel fresh and festive. There’s so much to do: live animals to pet and meet, pony rides that our niece absolutely loved, and plenty of open-nature space where kids and adults alike can roam, explore, and just enjoy being outside. What really stood out is how thoughtfully everything is curated: the animal encounters are safe and fun, the pony rides are handled with care, and the seasonal themes keep the experience engaging no matter when you visit. It’s a true “adventure farm” in every sense of the word. Whether you just want a relaxed day outdoors or an activity-filled outing for all ages (1 to 100 – yes, they say that!), Sweet Eats delivers. My family is already planning our next visit — and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to make memories. Thank you for creating such a wonderful space! We’ll be back many more times.

We had such a wonderful time at Sweet Eats Adventure Farm & Petting Zoo! There are so many activities for all age ranges, which made it fun for the whole family. The variety of animals was incredible, and every one of them looked healthy and well cared for. The children especially loved being able to interact with them in such a safe and welcoming environment. My granddaughters were thrilled to ride the ponies and horses, which quickly became their favorite part of the day. The staff was fantastic — extremely careful, attentive, and clearly well trained in handling the animals with safety as the top priority. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back!

We spent the whole morning and early afternoon at Sweet Eats Farm today for their fall fest! There are so many activities to enjoy and photo opps around the farm, you really could spend a full day here! I highly suggest coming in the morning when they first open. Not only do you get to park close to the entrance and there are almost no lines for any activities, but the weather is also much cooler. The only disadvantage of this is that some of the shows are only in the late evening of the day and you may miss those. So be sure to check that day's schedule to see what times best suit your needs. There was lots of friendly staff throughout the farm to help out and different food, beverage and treat options to choose from, with mobile ordering offered as well. My kids favorite part was getting to hold a little chick! We definitely want to come back as we saw signs for future animals and shows coming later to the farm! I also suggest wearing boots or shoes you don't mind getting dirty. It's pretty dusty from the loose dirt on the ground and there will be lots of walking throughout your time there!

This was our first time at Sweet Eats and we took our daughter for her 1st birthday while family also came out to join and we were all so extremely impressed and had THE best time! Staff was so helpful and kind throughout the whole experience and it was SO big and spread out that it didn’t feel crowded! There was so much to do and everything was set up so nicely. The porta pottys were well kept and I loved how there were places to wash your hands vs hand sanitizing! We were having so much fun we didn’t realize how long we’d been there so we will definitely be back for next Fall Fest!

Hands down the BEST and most kid-friendly farm I’ve ever been to — and that says a lot because I’ve visited farms all across the U.S. and even overseas. Sweet Eats Farm in Georgetown truly sets the bar. What impressed me most is not just the amazing experience for families, but the resilience of the staff and crew. The farm was heavily impacted by the flood, yet they rebuilt everything so beautifully that it honestly feels picture-perfect for the fall season. You’d never know they went through such a challenge — it looks absolutely ideal. The activities are incredible for kids, the atmosphere is so welcoming, and it feels like the perfect escape from everyday life. Part of me wants to keep this little treasure a secret because I know once everyone discovers it, it’ll get super busy! But Sweet Eats deserves all the love. Huge thanks to the crew and staff — you’re amazing. 👏 This place is pure joy, and I’m so grateful it exists!

Google
Fun place to spend the day! Lots of things to do. Definitely check out the pig racing. Super funny and cute. The flower and pumpkin picking were fun too. The corn maze was bit of a let down but it’s hard to hit 1000 batting average. Pro Tip: Go first thing in the morning before the crowds. I would bring your own lunch or eat some where else after. 7/10 Pumpkins 🎃

Google
Great time at Sweet Eats Fruit Farm! Parking was managed by a cowboy on horseback! Michelle (check in) was helpful and provided great info to make our visit more enjoyable. Margaret, at the petting zoo was friendly and shared some stories about the challenges of the recent rainfall. It was a little muddy, but it’s a farm right? Our grandson had a blast! The cheeseburger, from the concession was awesome! We will be back soon! Thank you!

Google
Everyone at Sweet Eats Farm is always such a delight to talk to, we went on Halloween and got to see the staff costume contest! The pig racing, horse riding, flower picking, and petting zoo are all our favorite things to do there! We're so happy to have found this farm and all the lovely things it entails.

Yelp
We visited Sweet Eats Adventure Farm for their adult Easter egg night hunt. I want to start by saying this is such a cool event to put on, but I do feel like it could have been a little better organized and more information could have been shared leading up to the event so ticket buyers knew what to expect. We were happy to find out that included in our ticket price, which was quite pricey in my opinion, we received a free drink each. We chose a can of Eastcider. We also got to visit the miniature animals, mainly goats, which was my favorite part of the evening. They hid a lot of eggs over many acres to be hunted at night. There were so many people and very few prizes. Eggs were found within a few minutes. There were about 2 really good prizes, the rest were ok. We had been to other egg hunts where you find prizes in the eggs and claim them after. At this event, they had you find eggs with candy or raffle tickets. Then they raffled off prizes. SO many ppl left with nothing, not even a small prize, so even though it was a fun experience, I wish we would have known about the raffle in advance.

This is a pretty nice place to spend time with your family and friends Especially your kids

Yelp
Came here for the Halloween and Fall season! It was such a sweet time for sure! We arrived on a very HOT day! Like 95 degrees but the pumpkin decor and activities were worth it. My family and I were most excited for the petting zoo which unfortunately got cancelled that day. It was a bummer but we still enjoyed visiting the goats and walking around so many chickens! They have horses you can ride and a funny pig race. Def plan to spend at least 2 hours here to do many of the activities and take cute fall pics!

Yelp
Lots of things to do for all aged kiddos. I was a bit startled with the price initially because you pay a flat entrance fee ($25 I believe for age 2 and up) but everything is included: pony rides, face painting, pig race, petting zoo, etc etc. so it's worth it in the end. The grounds were beautiful, very dusty so don't wear your Sunday best shoes. One big complaint is they don't have a water refill station, only water bottles for a hefty purchase. Was disappointed in the Texas heat they don't have something to refill for folks who don't want to spend an extra $3.50 on a water bottle so my advice: bring lots of water!

Yelp
I found out about this farm on Tiktok. Otherwise, I had no idea that it even existed. We went to check out the tulips mostly. The farm is large and there are several things to do here. There are pony rides, animal adoptions, a petting zoo, apple cannons, truck rides, and face painting. There's even a restaurant in the middle of it. We stayed here for a good two hours taking photos and interacting with the animals. There is also a bakery on the other side of the entrance where you can validate your tickets or buy them. There is a lot of parking and we had no issue parking in the field. Bathrooms were located right at the entrance though there were also port-o-potties throughout the farm. I had a good time. Like others have said, it is dusty so dress accordingly.

Yelp
I brought my son here for the sunflower festival- we came with a couple friends and their child as well. We all had a great time! The sunflowers were bright and beautiful! They had several prop areas set up for photos but we took most of them with the flowers rather than the props. You have the option to pick sunflowers and pay for them after but They also had a beautiful field of other flowers that you can pick for free. We watched pig races filled with the silly puns and dad jokes. Slid down super huge slides that the kids absolutely loved. And pet so many animals! The petting zoo was full of so many animals that were all very friendly and cooperative. There was a pig that was very injured- we brought it to the staff's attention and they tended to her immediately. When we finished our visit we walked through the gift shop. We bought a hat, a pop gun, stuffed animals, candy, Carmel apples, cheesecake, and edible cookie dough. There were so many things to choose from! Before we left we ordered a few items from the cafe: rainbow sprinkle donuts, vanilla cream cold brew, pink drink, and apple cider. The bakery/cafe items were delicious but it the cashier/barista was very unwelcoming. Other than her, every other staff member we encountered was VERY friendly and the whole experience was great! We can't wait to visit again for their pumpkin festival!

Yelp
Easy check in bought a season pass. So excited to explore on future trips. Animals were kept clean and so were their pens, staff was friendly and attentive. Grounds are clean and we'll kept, food was better than some big restaurants. Fresh & hot. Adequate parking g. So glad I found d this place. Keep up the great work!!

Yelp
I recently came to this farm for the October fall event. I had come once before in 2021 and this place has exploded and improved sooo many things live revamping the horse/pony riding, providing coverage for one of the inflatable bouncy field for the kids, and a food platform to centralize all the eats in one spot. My recommendation for those with little ones is to come early when the farm opens to avoid lines for the horse/pony riding and face painting. There were also some planned events like pig racing and an exotic animal show and tell which were quite entertaining for the kids. The petting zoo is a must see for sure. They have little baby chicks to hold and pet which are absolutely adorable. I don't know if this is new but you get one free apple to shoot with the Apple cannons with your admission. Do it at least once and you might have some unexpected fun!

Yelp
A lots of ranch games for kiddos! Very tired to enjoy a lot and have a great time! They had pork races, feed new born cow, and goat with fresh milk. Can enjoy goats

Yelp
I love it here!!! Ive been taking my babies here for over a year now for their events! We went for the dinosaurs, pumpkin patch, berry picking! The price is worth it because everything is included but food and drinks. And your kids stay entertained the whole entire time! Thats a win in my book

Yelp
Disappointing fruit and produce picking. The flower variety and the quality was good. Tickets are too pricey and rude behavior by some staff members. Read the other reviews about animal treatment. Overall not worth the drive to Georgetown unless close to the area.

Yelp
Underrated hidden gem. You can bring your whole family, your significant other or a blind date. This farm is so cool! BBQ, adult beverages and much more. Many activities for families and kids- farm animals and pig races. They have a sunflower festival with themes. You can also purchase pies and different sweet snacks from their bakery. Get away do something different, check it out.

Yelp
My family and I spent a day at the farm this weekend. We started with breakfast with Santa which was delicious and offered a nice selection. And there were Mimosas for the adults. Afterwards, the kids enjoyed activities placed throughout the farm including face painting, the jump pad, go carts and the apple cannon to name a few. The apple cannon was a favorite of mine as well. Lots of places for photo ops including seeing Santa again. It was well worth the drive and money.

Yelp
Total waste of time and money! Place is a dump. Might be good at Halloween but in early January, it was not a good time.

Yelp
Wow! What a great farm. It was about an hour drive for me. I packed some travel snacks and water. When I finally arrived. I parked my car. It's a farm, so the parking lot is dirt. Expect your car to get dusty. And of course, you'll get a little dusty too, don't wear your white brand new shoes. As I walked up to the general store building. I was greeted by Katie. She told me how the whole places worked. Unfolded a map and pointed to all the different places on the farm. Depending if you're paying for the petting zoo, or just picking your own produce, you'll get a color coded wrist band. I got green. I was just going to walk around take some pictures and hopefully get some watermelon. I know it's out of season, but I was hoping something was going to be left. Sadly I didn't see a whole lot left as far as tomatoes go, or peppers. Maybe I was in the wrong spot. Or maybe they were further down the lanes. I did see watermelon, and I decided to try this yellow watermelon. Know idea what it would be like, and I got a dark green watermelon. I've only cut into the yellow one. And I have to say. I was surprised when I looked at the insides. It looked like a squash. The seeds were very different than a typical watermelon. Surprisingly, it was really good. Not a strong flavor, but still sweet. I did try a balsamic vinegar on it too, just to play with some flavors, and it was delicious! Overall, this farm was really wonderful, and next year, I will come during peak season, not end season. They do have a wonderful pumpkin area too. I took pictures of the house frame that they use to sit pumpkins all over it. Great place for photo ops. You can see their IG page and see the shots from past pumpkin season. They do have picnic tables all over. They do have an outside bar. As I finished my outside tour, I wondered through the general store and picked up some goodies. They have a lot of sweets. Caramel apples, fudge, pies, homemade jams, donuts, and cakes and lattes. A little bit of everything for your sweet tooth. Hope to come back during peak season next year. Or maybe even come back when the temps are cooler and get into the Fall spirit.

Yelp
Went to the pumpkin with our two year old. There was a lot of potential, but we ended up leaving early so I wanted to pass on some tips for other toddler parents. 1) Arrive as early as possible to avoid crowds. The lines get really really long. 2) Bring a wagon or stroller in case kiddo doesn't want to walk. It's a long walk from the parking lot to the patch! 3) Bring your own snacks and drinks because, again, the lines get long! And there's not a great variety of food available.

Yelp
Sweet Eats was a fun day for my daughter and myself. As an older teen it was mainly about getting the Selfie. But we also just soaked up the Autumn atmosphere on this 55 acre working farm. Everyone was very friendly. Especially the wagon drivers. Seems like a great place to just let your kids run off some energy plus experience the petting zoo. The $25 cost per person is a little steep but comparable to a day at the zoo. You will enjoy it. They also feature pick your own Christmas trees during the holiday season.

Yelp
This place has more things to do than Disney World entertainment all year long for the whole family, fun, fun, fun and fireworks in October
google avatar

Wendy Q.

Yelp
Really liked it and I hope I can be back next year with my now toddler. We enjoyed this spot along with my mom and husband, what we liked was the spots for pics, the murals , the pumpkin house , all of them are a MUST for fall pics. Since I arrived late I could not explore the whole place but I was only on the 'no price ticket' part where we were able to buy pumpkins and walk while the sunset was about to catch us

Yelp
Sweet Eats Fruit Farm (also known as Sweet Eats Adventure Farm) is similar to P-6 Farms in Montgomery, TX and offered many of the same activities. It is located approximately 30 minutes north of Austin. General admission to Sweet Eats ALSO included: - Unlimited pony rides - Giant petting zoo - Feeding the animals - Face painting - Obstacle course - "Traverse wall" - "Swing line" - Pedal carts - And more! This adventure farm also has a general store and bakery on site. On our recent visit, we visited the pumpkin patch only. We also enjoyed coffee and a treat from the bakery before we headed over to the pumpkin patch. The pumpkin patch offered many photo ops and had very affordable pumpkin prices. Admission for pumpkin patch: Free entry on weekdays, $5 per person on weekends Parking: Free We plan to visit again in the future to take advantage of everything they have to offer!

Yelp
Our annual pumpkin patch trip to Sweet Eats is always a hit. We popped over again on a Saturday morning and spent the majority of our time playing! The grounds have seen upgrades as the gravel path to get in is no longer a thing! There is a grand entry building with well thought out family bathrooms! You enter and see a wonderful cafe for breakfast drinks and noms, and then get your tickets/checked in. FYI. It is cheaper to buy your tickets before arriving. At about $25 per person, adults and kids, it's kinda a pricy affair, but everything is included in your activities, swings, mazes, petting zoos, pony rides and hay rides. Our favorite is always apple cannon shooting, lots of tractor rides and bikes, animal shows and more! The giant slides and digging for treasure are sure to keep your little ones obsessed for hours. We finally left, which I'd suggest you come in clothes that don't mind getting dirty, it was especially windy and dusty and we had definitely seen some fun out there. Pumpkin patch is a bit pricy for what it's worth, but has plenty of Instagram worthy spots. Our newest upgrade fav thing is having kiddo and adults dance on the stairs to make the chickens sing, we could do it all day long! Kettle corn and treats on your way out, and the gift shop is a trap with kids! No way to avoid it but we can't wait to visit again next year!

Yelp
Let me start off by saying this Farm is probably more suitable for younger kids (under 12) at the moment. Sweet Eats Farm is continuing to improve and working on adding other activities but as of right now, I think my 5 year old child is loving it and I do see other slightly older kids enjoying themselves too. We've been to Sweet Berry Farm, Barton Hill Farm too but among these 3, we love Sweet Eats the best for my two girls (age 5 and 1Y5M as of October 2022). Plan ahead and sign those waivers beforehand. Online tickets are cheaper and it adds up if you have a family of 4. Children 23 months and younger are free, but do need to have a waiver too. Also, if you plan to visit more than 2 times annually, I highly suggest you purchase the annual pass. Playing at the farm get the energy out the children (probably adults too) and it's always nice to get out and breath fresh air, get those vitamin Ds in to help you maintain strong bones, also helps with boosting mood. Our first visit was back on December 12th, 2020. General admission was $16 plus a $1 fee and sales tax, $18.06 total. There was no face painting but the slide, the bouncy area, and wonderful Christmas decor, picture with Santa and Santa's helpers, safe and chill toddler area kept my then 3 year old happy. We went again on December 19th, 2021. This time General admission was $17.95 with no fee but sales tax was added on top, comes to roughly 19 per person. We took pictures with Santa again and there was face paint, more areas to take insta-worthy selfies. The ziplining was added and was a lot of fun. Still a great trip and visit for my 4 year old and 7 moths old this time. Yesterday was our most recent visit. I know inflation makes everything more expensive now, so we will take those free tickets while we still can (baby is not yet 23 months). Right now, general admission is $24.95, fee is $1, add sales tax on top and it's almost $27.57 per person. Both my children love it there and we will be back when Christmas decor is up in November. If we weren't overseas this often I'd get an annual pass because it's worth it.

Yelp
I came here for the fall festival. I do not have kids but wanted to see the zoofari people. They did bring a variety of wild animals but you couldn't hold them and you could touch just a couple of them. The pumpkin patch is definitely instagram worthy to get all your shots for the holiday. They had some cool varieties of pumpkins, they also had a petting zoo with baby chicks to hold. The pig races were cute to watch, we had fun doing the (rubber) duck races, corn maze was ok. It was really hot and we were baking in the sun. They have a ton play ground areas for the kids to play in and on. There is also a bar for the parents and 3 places to eat like pizza and burgers. You can order with the QR codes on the table and they alert you when the food is ready. Did not see any GF options. the apple cannons were also fun. The gift shop had tons of sweets to choose from. I got some edible cookies dough and it's worth my $9 They also had pony rides and face painting for the kids.

Yelp
First time going to Sweet Eats. There are a bunch of activities like apple cannon, petting zoo, jump pads, pony rides, corn maze, and more. General admission includes all these activities and one free apple for the cannon. I got my ticket online and if you can't make a certain date, the tickets is valid until the end of the year. This is a great place to take younger kids but adults can have a lot of fun enjoying the scenery and there is also a big horse to ride. My favorite is watching the goats. They are just chewing sticks and wandering around. There were some people but not overcrowded and the weather was just right.if you want to see pig races, there are certain times and you can check the website for more information.

Yelp
The domestic rabbits here are treated completely inhumanely and aren't provided with their basic needs.Their thermal comfort zone is between 59-77°; temperatures above 85° are dangerous for them and the point at which they are at high risk of fatal heat stroke. Georgetown gets HOT in the Spring and Summer, and these rabbits are kept outside. Rabbits also need a steady supply of fresh water, unlimited amounts of hay to eat, and small spaces where they can hide. They provide none of that here: their water/water bowl is absolutely disgusting, there is no edible hay in sight, and they are completely exposed with no spaces to hide. If you find animal cruelty to be a problem, stay away from this place at all cost.

Karen K.

Yelp
Sweet Eats Farm has a multitude of activities all included in the entry price. The farm staff is helpful and attentive. Our group of kids ages ranged from 3 to 16. All found things they liked to do. This is a cashless venue. We were encouraged to buy our tickets on line rather than in the shop. A $5.00 discount was offered when paid on line, but there was also an $8.00 processing fee. We were told it was more expensive to pay in person. Picking flowers was offered as free, but you had to purchase an $8.00 vase to go along with them. When we asked if there was somewhere we could refill our water bottles, we were told that the water they get from Jonah was non potable, but we could buy a 12 oz bottle for $3.50. The venue was fun, but we didn't care for their ticket buying options or the lack of water availabe.,

Yelp
I visited Sweet Eats a week before Christmas (Sunday) with my daughter and 2 grandchildren for about 3 hours. It was a chilly day, and the parking lot was pretty empty. This was my first visit, but my daughter has taken the children there several times previously and it's been packed at times. There are many activities available for families, with holidays like Halloween, Valentines Day, Easter, and Christmas having special opportunities for photos. This time there were Christmas decorations, themed signage, and there was a pair of gorgeous reindeer. The regular activities available range from a petting zoo to pony rides, face painting, pig races, inflated jumping areas, etc. Getting to some of the activities requires a fair amount of walking on uneven surfaces. Some of the play equipment and hay bales aren't particularly well-maintained, and there are many unimproved areas within the acreage, so do keep a close eye on your younger children. My 5-year-old grandson tripped and fell over a loose baling wire, for example... and many of the bikes and trikes had missing chains or other parts. The area where the bikes are located is too rocky for younger children to navigate. It's likely there are some times during the year that are better for a Sweet Eats visit than others. It's probably better to visit on days that aren't too dry or windy (it's pretty dusty) and not right after it has rained (the dust would turn to mud). It appeared as if staffing was minimal the day we were there. We didn't see Santa anywhere, and the wait for face painting was very lengthy because there was only one artist working. There was nothing for children to do in that area as they waited. To be fair, my daughter said that her previous visits to Sweet Eats were much better than this one. My rating was obviously based on the experience the day we were there. I would be remiss if I didn't comment on admission at Sweet Eats. Pricing is the same for everyone ages 2 and up. Bought online, it costs over $22 for a single visit between the $19.95 admission, a $1 fee, and sales tax. This doesn't seem like a good value for a grandparent, for example. And pricey for a family. Once money is paid, you must sign a waiver that absolves the farm of any liability in order to get the QR code that gives you admission and an arm band.

Yelp
Super fun pumpkin patch and activities for all ages! We came purely for pumpkins and to try out a new farm this fall as our trip to another farm was a little chaotic. We have busy weekends so we came on a Monday evening (they're open til 8!) and it was perfect and cool! No long lines, spread out activities, cutest pumpkin patch with lots of photo ops, a fun pony ride (shout out to Rio). Food was good, bakery smelled amazing. It was an all-in-all great time for a fun, quick trip with young kids! Kind staff too

Yelp
What a wonderful place! A great place for family fun! Would 100% recommend coming during fall time! So many activities!

Yelp
This place is pretty awesome. While the strawberry picking wasn't great, it has a lot of activities for the kids. It's pretty much a single price for everything. About $14 per person per visit or you can spend $50 on an annual pass. What's not included... food, drinks, strawberries, eggs, and extra apples for the apple sling shot. What's included... rock skipping, tire climb, ninja slack line, petting zoo with free food to feed animals, 2 big bounce areas, gaga ball, mini zip line, maze, pig race, horse/pony rides, pedal kart, corn hole and more. Most of the staff was pretty friendly, there was a person working the pony ride/horse area that was the exception. They were cold. I get it that there are rules and safety precautions, but at the end of the day they were working and area where every parent is going to want picture and where kids will Likey randomly freak. I liked the all-inclusiveness if the activities vs the pay as you do because you don't feel like you are getting nickeled and dimed to death. The pedal karts was one attraction that honesty was not fun. The karts are so heavily and bulky that pedaling 100 yards is exhausting. I mean the rolling resistance of 4" wide tire in 8" wheels that are flat with a "kart" probably weighing 100lbs is not fun. Kids will also struggle here and it's not really fun for them. We didn't try the other bikes they had as we were quickly done with it. The Apple sling shot was pretty awesome. They give you one apple per paid entry and you can purchase more. Totally worth a visit

A Sour Experience at Sweet Eats Farm After emailing through the website to confirm that, rather than picking strawberries, they were also sold in the gift shop, we arrived and were told that was not the case. When I showed them the email response I had received, the employee stated, rather annoyed, that the response came from other location. This made no sense to us. A staff member said they would send someone out to pick us a pound of strawberries, which gave us time to pursue the gift shop and bakery. It was old, tired and looked circa 1970. Nothing in the bakery area looked appetizing. One scone looked like it had a finger print in the icing! When the strawberries finally arrived, the woman who picked them started by saying "This is the best I could find, but i guess I would eat them," We declined and left, actually glad we had made the 20 mile trip each way drive. We had been excited to bring a group of friends to their Wine tasting in the Sunflower Fields event, but after this experience, decided against it.

Yelp
Came here on a field trip with a school. There were several pecan trees directly next to and leaning over the picnic tables. We had a child with us with very severe tree nut allergies. Luckily, we realized before anything went awry, but they absolutely should be letting people know about this, especially if they are hosting large groups of children. Otherwise, all of the kids had a lot of fun, but the trip could have gone in a much different direction had we not noticed so soon.

Yelp
Get an annual pass. If you have kids and can take them during the week, it is so worth it. The annual pass includes every activity there except for fruit picking- hay rides, face paint, horse rides, petting zoo, inflatable trampoline, etc. I do not like this place when it's packed or when it's muddy but any other time it's awesome. They just updated their front area and it's air conditioned, has a bakery/souvenir area, and a restroom that's not a portapotty. Pro tip I saw from some grandparents- bring a disposable table cloth for the picnic tables so you're not worried about the kids eating off a table the chickens might be jumping on. Every season they have themed areas so you can get your pics in with the family. Lots to do and I'm not really sure why the reviews are so low. Also, they're going to give you tickets for the apple cannon and you'll probably forget about them. Do not sleep on the apple cannon, you'll enjoy it! Lastly, friends this is a farm. It will not be luxurious, expect to get dirty, but if you come with an open mind also expect to have a good time. BRING HAND SANITIZER.

Yelp
Best place you can ever experience living in the Austin area. I've had the best memories with my children since this place has opened and continues to grow. I'm amazed at this place and will forever come back!

Yelp
Just came here on Sunday for their pumpkin patch and I must say I was rather floored and surprised by how cool of a pumpkin patch we have so close to us in this area! There were a lot of food trucks but I did not get to try any, they also have a beer and frozen wine truck which was completely awesome especially with the warmer weather. Lots of things to do from hay rides, petting zoo, horse show, mutton busting, tons of places for the kids to play and their corn maze was surprisingly hard and actually took me a long time to get out. You can also buy pumpkins and take them home if you like they have some extremely large ones and have a great selection!! Dang what a great time will be back again!!!

Yelp
I love it here so much I got a season pass. I've gotten some really good pumpkins from here. They always have some kind of theme going on. My favorite time to visit is fall and Christmas time. The corn maze is lots of fun. This place is great for kids and adults. I highly recommend you check it out.

Yelp
We were in the Georgetown area for an event and was looking for a festive way to spend one of the first nice Texas weekends this Fall. Enter Sweet Eats Fruit Farm - yes, we knew it was mostly for kids, but adults like pumpkin patches and corn mazes, too. I agree with the other Yelpers that the price is extremely steep - $23/ticket if you buy in advance (supposedly this saves you $5 but I can't imagine they charge nearly $30 for this); even if you have kids I think you are spending 3 hours here, tops. There are several activities including the corn maze, "pumpkin patch" (very picked over and it was only mid-October), petting zoo, some play equipment, and pig races. I feel like the place could have been great but then you see a bunch of abandoned folding tables that used to be there for some purpose that is no longer apparent, so you feel like you are missing out on something and that they have "run out" of things to experience. We didn't bother trying to eat here given the very few options and subsequent huge lines. Parking is free, fortunately!

Yelp
Took my grandson for his 5th birthday. We had a great time. He loved the goats, riding the horses, digging for buried treasure, taking the wagon ride, getting his face painted - all the things we do at the farm!! It was hot, so wasn't too crowded. We had a memorable afternoon.

Yelp
Took my little one here along with two friends and they're five six and seven year olds. Great family atmosphere We went for the pumpkin patch Harvest Festival and it was pretty chill. Staff was nice (except one guy who seemed to have an attitude with me at the vending station). They did not accept cash which was a little frustrating but still okay. Hand sanitizing station set up. Petting zoo with goats and sheep. Good place to take the littles. Would like to go back and try the fruit picking. They had a pretty cool corn maze and I got couple of ears as well as a good pumpkin to go home with. Would happily go next year.

Yelp
This was a great farm to visit with the whole family! I really enjoyed the petting zoo and the amount of activities there. The bakery/cafe was also great. I'd highly recommend a visit.

Yelp
My friend and I came on a whim to experience the "pick your own" sunflower fields, it was awesome! I recommend buying tickets online (there is a small discount vs. in-person, walk-up) and make sure you go early (there isn't much shade and got really hot). The sunflowers aren't included in the ticket purchase but we did an "unlimited vase" for $25 and definitely cut our money's worth. I'd take all your fun photos first otherwise you'll get sweaty cutting flowers. Although we're both young adults, my friend and I really enjoyed the petting zoo, apple slinging and other various stations included in our ticket.

Yelp
We went for strawberry picking only so cannot review the other activities. We had fun and expected to pay for the strawberries (per pound). What we didn't know was that they charge $3 per individual just to walk onto the strawberry picking area (including babies and even to just watch your kids pick the strawberries). We did not appreciate this as there are other farms who don't charge admission. We will likely not be returning.

Yelp
Save yourself the drive and money, go to sweet berry instead, this place is sad and a disappointment.

Yelp
We are a couple that have moved into the years of finer things. We enjoy wine, music, food and socializing. When I saw the advertisement for Wine Your Way Out, I was so excited. Cut my own flowers..wine tasting.. charcuterie.. desserts, ect. This was a waste of $150 ($70 each ticket). Poorly organized. One big tent.. in 100 degrees...not enough chairs or tables. One table of wines with a line and offered a shot of wine. We never did get any food. Maybe we misunderstood the website description of the event. The flowers were so sad.. I know it's been dry and the weather is not their fault. When we were much younger this would have been cute. Maybe.. that's an expensive date.

Yelp
This place is fun for older kids! Younger children may have fun as the farm has a petting zoo area. However keep in mind that when I was getting the food from the bucket to feed to the animals, the cute goats where jumping up at me like how a dog would. You have to be very watchful of your children as it can be dangerous especially if you stand behind Harry the Alpaca. Refer to their websites for the fruit picking, there wasn't any when I went but there was enough activities for the kids. The pig race was super cute and it seems like they host it daily at three separate times per day. Your kids will be dirty from digging in the dirt mound for coins or playing in the hay area so I would pack extra clothes especially socks! The power was out from the storm so there was no food available to purchase from the food truck that was there and the bathrooms are porta-potty only, door dash does deliver there. My son really loved picking the fresh eggs from underneath the hens! A dozen eggs are $5. There are various types of egg sizes and colors so it was fun to see but it is first come first serve as eggs are laid that morning by the hens. I want to go back for the peaches at the end of May, no strawberries as of yet. Bring you credit card as everything is cashless. 4 stars friends~!

Yelp
So fun! Took my grand daughters age 9 and 11 to the pumpkin patch. Lots of fun things for the kids and great photo opportunities.

Yelp
After going here once I can tell you I won't be back. I have never left somewhere crying before and I did. the animals are in such a sad state. there is a mama with triplet goats, one of which has a broken leg and they are just roaming with the rest of the animals. the chickery was full of dead chicks and I had the unfortunate experience of watching a chick take its last breath and die. keeping sick and dead animals in with live animals.. really? not to mention the amount of sick goats and calves that also haven't been weaned, weren't being fed at the designated times that sweet farm advertises. I will not go here again seeing firsthand how these animals are not being properly taken care of. There seemed to be a lack of organization and employees past the big fancy shop in the front.
