Chris at Sweet Flower was awesome! He really took the time to help us figure out exactly what we needed, whether it was a sativa, a hybrid, or something else. He knew what was popular and steered us to the best products. Super friendly and knowledgeable—definitely ask for Chris if you go there. He made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable!

First time at this dispensery - a friend brought me in. When we arrived, only Derek and the security guard were in the shop and about 6 people showed up at the same time. He handled it like a pro - excused himself briefly from his current customer, greeted everyone and maintained his calm and cheer. I was impressed and left happy.

Flavio and Justin were amazing!! Def got more than I was anticipating, but I love the deals and promos! Great shop and convenient. Parking can be a little tough sometimes, but be patient, a spot usually opens up soon enough!

Shop was super neat and clean! Lots to choose from… You get 20% off as a new customer which was super cool! Jordan is the best to definitely go in and ask for him!

I'm still acclimating to LA life having moved here from Ventura earlier this year. Getting to know all the good places to shop has been a fun adventure. My husband told me about Sweet Flower, as he refers to it as the "Apple Store" of pot shops. His description is accurate! Each time I have come with him I so enjoy how bright and clean this place is. It has nice and simple decor, and no loud music like some other dispensaries I have been to. They have so many vegan gummy options, as well as good CBD drinks. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. This is the only dispensary we shop at, and for good reason. Sweet Flower is a sweet place to buy your CBD/THC treats!

I have substantial product and the Inventory is consistent. If they don't have what you want knowledgeable staff can point to reliable alternatives. They have a points plan and their prices seem pretty good.

Pretty good location. I feel that they don't have as much of a variety in terms of edibles and Vapes as some of the other stores in the area. They also don't offer the same discounts like return customer discount or holiday specials besides 420. Last time I was there I was helped by a sagger named Christopher g. That boy can get it. Get. IT.

Chris is great, he has pretty good recommendations. I love coming here because the staff is great and their flower is on point. My best choice is the golden state flower from their own brand.

This is LA. LA is big. LA has lots of dispensaries and they all do it different. Sweet Flower was the best experience I have had in nearly 15 years visiting dispensaries. The place is clean and spacious. The check in as a new member took a few seconds. Andy was wonderful at moving me through to get the best deal on what I wanted and check me out and on my way (promote this dude and give him a raise!). I was in and out in around 4 minutes flat. Best of all, its is right next to Amier's Falafffal, the best fallafffal place on planet earth. I was able to get my product, get the veggie platter with amazing sides and hit the pool all in one swoop with no parking issues.

Best cannabis store in the valley! I bought CBD oil for my dog and Flavio was super helpful even after it took me an hour just to get cash. Will be coming back. Love this place!

20% off a bunch of brands this month! I run by Sweet Flower several days a week as they are on one of my neighborhood running routes. When I spotted Papa and Barkley on the sale list I remembered I needed to restock on my fav THC balm. I don't use it often but it's my go to after certain marathons when I have a little soreness in some areas. With another race this weekend I swung by for a new jar. There is a $3.50 charge when using cards but not a big deal at all. Service is fast and friendly! Highly recommend.

I never go to sweet flower, but I knew they'd have the wellness products I needed for sleep and anxiety. I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me, but he had rainbow tattoo on his neck that actually looked pretty tough. Lol He was friendly, personable, and knew which products he had in stock. Thanks guys!

I used to really like it here. People are nice, it's clean and they have everything I'm looking for... Bug hangup however... It's 2024 in Los Angeles. Who doesn't take a credit card?

Don't do it. Their tax and debit card charges are trash. A $42 purchase ended up being $67. Left it right there on the counter. Westwood and Culver City locations are better staffed and have good deals.

I love this shop, I was helped by Bianca. She is awesome very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend trying them out .

Why would a place close at 10 but they can't sell you anything after 9:50. Since their operating system is slow af the transaction might not go through until after 10 so only come in to window shop. Why make people think they can go into a business if you can only window shop! Thats why people go down the street to WHTC where the employees are amazingly friendly they follow the government guidelines but thier pos system is as efficient as the employees! And WHTC is cheaper too for the same goods! Once a fan but not anymore.

People are nice enough but they don't accept my medical card from NuggMD. Say it's not form the state. Never have a problem at other places like Higher Path. I can just go there instead. Also didn't have my Hi-Fi drinks in stock.

Not thrilled about the customer service I received today. I received two defective almora vape cartridges. It was clogged, and the live resin was almost black and not the usual clearer liquid it usually is. I bought two but only opened the one, so when I noticed the issue I went back to the store for an exchange but was met with lots of hesitation from the manager. They were only (barely) willing to exchange the opened one even though I was sure both were defective. The cartridges are supposed to be kept upright, and they have a new selection of strains but they were in bags rather than the usual boxes. I was hesitant to buy the bagged ones since there is a greater chance they could have fallen over but decided to give it a shot. Of course, I get home and try the other one and it's defective too. I know live resin can be different, but the color and taste of this one is terrible. It seems like it wasn't stored properly, I'm not sure. The guy at the store said I should just rip it at the highest temperature to unclog it. Not really the solution you're hoping to hear from the dispensary you've been going to exclusively for about a year

Came in today and got some amazing assistance from Aiden. I stocked up on Canna and Wunder beverages as they were all 20%. I love this dispensary. Everyone is always super helpful, nice and professional. They have good pricing and deals on a regular bases. Amazing selection for whatever way you want to vibe.

I'm beyond excited that I found this place as I dont drive and finding a good delivery shop that doesn't extort you with high delivery fees and more is really hard, esp when taxes are already crazy as it is! Today was my fourth time getting a delivery from Sweet Flower and like all the other times, not only do your deliveries take NO MORE than an 30-60 min, you have the nicest, most respectful and kind drivers I've met. I wish I could remember all of their names as they were all super cool!! I do remember my first drivers name, I think I do lol. Christopher/Chris- I was having a really crappy day and Chris literally turned that around with his kindness....sometimes it's the little things! As for product and prices-they're fair as in they have the same prices as other shops do. Theres a nice assortment of different products. I love 'Ember Valley' flowers, and their 'West Coast Cure' Live Resin Badder, they're AWESOME!!! PLUS! They have daily deals and more. Stop wasting your money on deliveries. Try Sweet Flower as i know you'll be a happy customer! And FYI-I am in no way writing this review for a promotion nor did anyone ask me. Last time I was in the shop the person behind the counter suggested I use their delivery service because I'm currently going through chemo. Placed my order at 3:20pm, delivery window 4-7pm. 7:30pm hits and no delivery so I call the shop. It will be there before 8:30pm or you can come in for an extra 5% off. 8:40pm I call again, it should be there by 8:49pm. 2 hours after estimated delivery. I live about a mile from the shop too.

Likely one of the best dispensary's in the valley. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the store experience is so low pressure and really quite lovely. It's easy to get a good idea of what they have by just walking around the display cases and the staff is always ready to help with recommendations and alternates. They also seem to have some kind of event almost every week and parking is surprisingly easy for the area. Price wise I would say it's pretty much at the same levels as others in the area but I have grabbed some pretty good deals on occasion, especially during pop up events.

This is the third order I've placed they've cancelled delivery an hour before closing with the same "reason why". One of those three orders had the delivery cancelled/rescheduled 3 separate times, screenshots provided.

The only shop I went to for purchasing cannabis products since I moved out here last fall, as it appears to be a much cleaner (and quite frankly) a less sketchy environment than most. But Sweet Flower is only going to last so long when employees are going through that store like a revolving door. Their information displayed on their website is inaccurate to compare, as each vendor provides different information to display. I can no longer trust anything on their website when trying new things. I am thankful for their delivery guy Kyle. He is the only person still there that has helped me for this long, and I've only lived here for three months. The management is terrible. Honestly the worst part of Sweet Flower. I have sent them direct emails, provided my number numerous times to get a call back. They never respond to you, or make any notes on your account like they say they will... and most of the purchases you make don't get properly connected to the account, because most of the cashiers are so new they don't even know how to link them together. Pitiful I suggest finding the brands you like and go elsewhere. Sweet Flower is all just looks. No quality help. This place is a sh*t show.

Nice selection of CBD products and that's why I went. This CBD product, seen in the photo, is why I go there mostly. Smells great and works great for me. Back pain, headache, general malaise, if you need to relax and get a good night sleep. This is it! My second time there was tonight. You know those dispensaries where there are a young sales people and they talk really fast and try to get you out fast, and you didn't have time to think about the other things you were considering, because the young staff won't stop talking, and then you decide what you kinda want, then next thing you know you're next to your car? Well this isn't that place. Seems like more mature employees. Best part is they are calm and its just a smoother feeling leaving. I got what I wanted and it's one of the best experiences at a dispensary.

Everyone here was super nice and the place is clean. I purchased 2packs of Camino gummies and mixed the flavors in one container to store and 32 days later when I opened it (I had used TWO in 32 days) they had white fuzzy mold all over them. The Best Buy date is over two months away and the store wouldn't do anything about but try to sell me their 30% off sale. So my product is bad and your remedy is for me to spend more money with you? There's no indication on the container to store at any particular temp or anything. I've purchased these before from another dispensary and never once had an issue like this

Wow, absolute terrible customer service. So happy to not give this place my money. I was due to get a delivery between 4:00-5:00 pm and I called at 5:30 and this guy answers like he's half asleep and he has no answers to offer as to where my order is. He gives me to the manager on duty, Sean Paul and it was like he was reading off a script. Disingenuous and attitude. Dispensaries are a dime a dozen! Go to one that has good vibes. Sweet flower is overpriced anyway.

the two star rating is because they have a great selection. I'm in from out of town and have misplaced my ID. I have a photo of it front and back, you can Google my age and I used to be a frequent customer. my dad died a month ago, I have to be in LA for business and the rude guy at the front would not help me. your loss, I was planning to buy an expensive amount of gummies but the lack of help and compassion is mind boggling. not only will I never return, but I'm a celebrity publicist and will be absolutely sure to spread the word about how I was treated.

Don't bother with their online ordering. I used to go to the West Hollywood store, which is currently closed, so I thought I'd give Studio City a try. I arrived a couple minutes before the pickup time I had originally ask for, only to find they had no record of my order, no record of my discount status and one of the two items I had ordered wasn't even available. I could find no way to report this to their headquarters, the contact links just go round and round - they don't seem to want to hear from customers - which is fine because there are so many other dispensaries to deal with I see no reason to return to Sweet Flower at any location.

Glad this dispensary is near by. I just get edibles and they usually have a good collection. Always nice service and people know what they are doing here. I never feel lost whenever I visit.

The weed is great, the atmosphere is chill and the prices are good too. The one thing that makes me hate coming here is this employee named Anna. She's consistently just hounding us when making purchases and looking at the product descriptions. She lacks basic etiquette. She doesn't know the stores discounts when it's clearly in-front of their shop and small sign. She doesn't understand what's she's talking about when discussing the products she's trying to sell. She just makes the entire experience super unwelcoming.

They don't even answer their phone! I tried calling this place several times and no one picks up the phone! Not to mention their lack of knowledge and their customer service when you come in! Made us feel like we were just chores in the group I was with. It was so bad I had to look for another dispensary in the area to see if I could get anything worth having! I stopped in 2 near by dispensaries but the one that really stood out was Stash! They not only welcomed me as a new client but they were patient with me and helpful! Definitely avoid Sweetflower if you can just go up the street to stash! It's a better selection at stash too! I give sweetflower 3/10

Absolutely love coming here, especially after years and years of shady and creepy dispensaries, this is a welcome change. I won't lie, when it first opened I thought it was going to be a bakery but soon realized no, it's much, much better. They have a lovely selection of products and everyone who works there is super knowledge and will answer any questions you may. I love how bright and in the open everything is. It's again, such a welcome change from the days of having to walk into a dark room with people who knew nothing about what you were buying. They have a great selection of flower, edibles, disposables and wellness products. I can even buy CBD for my dog. It can be a little pricey, but always hit them on the special of the days. Great discounts, and don't forget to use your points! So useful. Parking lot can get a bit jammed, but there are plenty of street spots if you want to walk a little bit. Also curbside service was fast and efficient. So was their delivery service which we used last year during the height of the pandemic. Highly recommend.

If you come here just stay away from Anna and maybe your shopping experience will be pleasant. I don't understand how they put someone on the sales floor who is rude and completely clueless when trying to explain what weed is. It was so hard to be patient with her when she was wasting my time and ruining my shopping experience. These products aren't cheap so I definitely would recommend going elsewhere to actually enjoy spending your money.

What an awesome experience! Jahnessa was the specialist that helped me. We have the same birthday, so I knew it was meant to be. Haha from the time I got to the door the hospitality was out of this world. The staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful. Jahnessa answers all of my questions about their extensive collection of goodies. I was looking for a bath bomb and found something natural and incredible. Best soak I've had in a while! Not to mention the awesome reusable pouch they place your purchase in which offers a discount if you bring it back! This is how you do it! Can't wait for my next visit!
