I checked the reviews online and decided to give them a try. The menu, online, looked great, and I can't turn down good southern fried chicken. It was just me, so I asked to sit at the bar where I met Olivia, one of the nicest bartenders I've ever met. She wasn't nice because it was her job, it was because she just was. Very genuine.
The food took a while to come out, and to be honest, I was thinking to myself, "This better be worth it." And let me tell you - IT WAS! It was a half chicken of pure deliciousness. The collards and Mac and cheese were good, too. But I enjoyed the greens so much, I asked for another side order of it. The staff there were friendly and the music was great. I'm definitely coming back here on my next visit.
Side note: If you want a table, make a reservation. Walk-ins had to wait almost an hour.
