I am in love with Sweet Memories! The best place to find unique gifts and it’s always changing so new things all the time. I bring my friends here to get in on the excitement with me. Sweet Memories gifts have been a constant since I discovered the store. It’s a feel good, happy place where you can buy AND create your own memories. So many items sold that are from my childhood. Supporting great causes is the icing on the already delicious cake! I can be a kid again!!!

One of a kind place in the valley! Very friendly staff and has such a fun variety of stuff for all ages. Candy, toys, vintage T-shirts and more Plus they are now a UPS drop off location!

Nice store, unfortunately they habe a much more flexible return/refund policy on their Amazon store for those who are frequently in their store, versus the hardline "exchange only" return policy (even at christmas) for local people who actually shop their store amd spend money for local small business. Id say next time I'll just buy off of Amazon through their store to get better treatment, but there WON'T be a next time. They have lost my business permanently. Some may call this petty, but I am a principle based person who has been involved in customer acquisition costs, and I just feel that if you can offer strangers full refunds on Amazon, then you should do the same for your regular customers. It's a shame more and more business owners are willing to step over a dollar to grab that nickle, but I suppose that's what selling worldwide does to your ego.

I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic shop! It’s got cool t-shirts that they design and make. Retro candy and toys and there seems to be always a special event going on. Really cool place to take out of town guest.

All kinds of candy and treats all on the left side. They have an import section that is loaded with flavors you never would think of located the left in front of the window. Japanese imports were my favorite. Old school sodas and chips as well were in the conveniently in the middle; nice and cold in a fridge to taste now and ones on the shelf for later or to collect. Amazing designed T shirts located in the middle back behind the sodas. Artisticly designed and pressed in house; I bought a really cool Pez shirt. Make your way to the right side of the store and you find vintage toys and gimmicks, holiday inspired candies and toys; more focused group areas. The best part is the back right corner of the shop, the military T shirts. A percentage of these T shirts go back to the U.S. military morale, welfare, and recreation programs.

Lots of old nostalgic candy and old fashioned games. Old fashioned sodas. Vintage style t-shirts all printed in house Lots of toys, plenty of things you haven't seen before. Be prepared to look at everything once then double back. You will easily spend an hour or more

My daughter and I are so happy to discover Sweet Memories Vintage! I truly had to stop myself from buying more! This store is a treasure trove of vintage treats and tee-shirts with product logos. The owner greeted us and explained the concept of her shop - a percentage of the tee sales go to various charities in Valley! You must check this shop out; you won't be disappointed.

Sweet Memories was an amazing find of my wife's. This awesome retro candy, retro toy, Youngstown local history store is too damn cool! We spent an hour -easy- in here. Long forgotten candy, special edition current favorites and tons of specialty sodas. And as if that's not cool enough, all kinds of soft, high quality candy themed tee shirts. The staff took the time to explain that a percentage of every shirt sold goes to charity. Who does that?!?! They do. The other side of the store had great retro toys, specialty action figures and old, local amusement park memorabilia.

Sweet Memories quickly provided the hard-to-find Kopper's Chocolate "Sugar Cookies White Chocolate" for me to surprise my family for the holidays. Price was reasonable, shipping was fast, packing was care-FULL, and these delicate delicacies arrived intact and and ready-to-go! RECOMMEND.

Heard about this place on the local news and then saw their display at the fair a few years back. Finally got the chance to stop in the store and I LOVE IT!!! The retro tees, candy and games just flood the brain with memories! We picked up some candy that you can't easily buy these days and was even excited to see the candy cigarettes. Those were a blast to play with as a kid in the 80s.

Good customer service to all customers should to be practiced in this store. I walked in and never was spoken to or asked if I needed help by either of the two ladies in in the store. They acted like I was invisible as I walked around the store. Other than making sure I didn't steal anything. I was so excited about going there but now I'll never go back, and tell others I know not to go there.

Amazing place to come. Plenty of different tees, candy's and old fashioned sodas to choose from. The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to come for a visit. Very casual vibe wonderful and clean store.

What a wonderful new nostalgic candy and (soon-to-be) toy store that is located in my hometown and opened in 2020. I met the owner, Linda Barton, who was simply wonderful and willing to share the history behind her store and some of the brands that started right here in Ohio. Did you know that Good Humor ice cream started right here in Youngstown, Ohio circa 1920? I thought that was pretty cool. She allowed me to to take video clips for my Tiktok channel as I have jumped into the food review scene via the Tiktok platform in order to showcase what gems we have right in our own backyard. Old school candy and soda's fill the place as does vintage t-shirts that the Linda actually makes herself as she has owned her own silk screen company for years prior to this venture. I purchased some candy cigarettes, Laffy Taffy, Clove, Teaberry and Black Jack gum amongst other things. Excellent place to visit to bring you back to your childhood candy store days. Also worth mentioning is their generosity as they donate a portion of all t-shirt sales to Akron Childrens Hospital which to date tops over $30,000 donated thus far. Just a great place and looking forward to my next visit.

My daughter and I frequently come to this store. For me it is a trip down memory lane; for her it is a new adventure. I love the selection of candies, shirts and toys. Every time I wear one of my shirts, people comment on it and ask me where I got it. The ladies working have always been friendly and helpful. I also love how the shirt sales help other organizations.

I love this shop has an old timey feel. Great selection and I loved their vintage shirts!!
