First off, the mini donuts are fire 🔥 — like, so good. This was actually my second time coming back, so clearly the donuts themselves are worth it.
That said… this visit was really disappointing.
The service was horrible. The staff didn’t engage at all—no greeting, no smile, just staring at us. I asked if we could get the donut glaze on the side so they wouldn’t be soggy by the time we got home, and I was told they didn’t have containers for that. I even offered to pay for a cup or use one of the small ice cream cups, and she still wouldn’t budge. No effort to help, no alternatives offered—honestly, not even basic human interaction.
And as much as I love sweets and sugar, the way the donuts were prepared was overkill. It honestly looked like she dumped an entire bag of powdered sugar on them. Way too much, and it took away from how good the donuts usually are.
To make it worse, we ordered a milkshake, paid, and sat down to wait. Once she started making it, she realized there was no milk. We ended up having to get our money refunded.
Amazing donuts, but the service (and prep) completely killed the experience this time. I really hope they improve the customer service because the food deserves better.
