I wanted to share a couple of thoughts:
1. I truly appreciate the two workers who make the crepes—they’re incredibly fast. That said, I did notice they don’t change their gloves between different types of crepes. While I completely understand it’s not practical to change gloves after every single order, it might be worth considering switching gloves when handling very different ingredients—like meats (chicken, salmon, or bacon) versus sweet items (like Nutella and fruits).
I did request a glove change for my order, and they were very understanding about it. I’m just curious if others have brought this up as well, as I imagine I’m not the only one who prefers not to have sweet and savory flavors unintentionally mixed.
My bigger concern is actually about the pricing. When a free Nutella crepe is offered and I ask to add strawberries and bananas, I would expect to be charged only the difference in cost between the basic crepe and the additional toppings. However, I noticed that on the app and the menu, the price is listed as $11.75, but the receipt has it for $12.50.
I'm not sure why there's a discrepancy, but it does make me feel a bit uneasy, I’d appreciate some clarity on how the pricing works, especially in these kinds of promotional situations.
