This place has character and is fun to walk into. From the post it's to the awesome wall, it makes you smile and laugh. The ice cream flavor are diverse and... delicious. I sampled so many different flavors and they were all so good it was extremely hard to narrow down which flavor I wanted in the end. I've been to numerous ice cream places here in the DFW and this place.... They have numerous superb and unique flavor profiles of ice cream. I think it's THE BEST ICE CREAM IN THE WHOLE DFW. there is a salty caramel flavor that is to die for. I haven't had good salty caramel since I was in college 20 years ago in Madison, Wisconsin. There were nutty flavors, fruity flavors, and chocolate flavors that I didn't even get to try. The waffle cones are homemade and taste delicious. There are toppings as well to choose from. It was just a spectacular cone. The waffle cones have a plastic sleeve they give you so if the ice cream spills it doesn't spill all over your hand, which is also really nice. I will DEFINITELY be back life is too short without good ice cream.

This ice cream shop was so cute for my taste!(I love pink and pastel colors) The logo was so ADORABLE, as a graphic designer I like how the logo goes with all the aesthetic of the shop. The ice cream flavors are unique, it does have some common usual flavors like pecan or chocolate chip cookie dough but other than that it has varies options and the owner is kind to give us free samples to make sure we pick the right flavor for our stomach to be satisfied 😌. I really like the Ube flavor and mango with a fancy word I forgot🤦‍♀️on a waffle taco with vary of toppings. Recommend this place for dates with your partner or friends! Keep in mind there's limited tables but that shouldn't stop you to try out some yummy ice cream😋

A group of us, parents and our daughters, visited this ice cream shop earlier. We had a fantastic experience. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Girls had a blast. Thank you.

Just tried Sweet Pearl’s for the first time. Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. Highly recommend cookies & cream and circus animal flavors. Braxton did a great job serving us! Went to the location by the fireworks stand on Parker Rd. Definitely check them out!

Visited Sweet Pearl’s with my parents for the very first time. Let me just start off by saying how welcomed we felt as soon as we walked in. Will, who was on shift at the time took such great care of us. He was warm and very helpful throughout our visit. The ambience and creativity of the store was extremely appealing, colorful & fun. Sticky notes allowed us to write something nice about our experience and were stuck up as part of the decor. We got the lemon blueberry & coffee ice cream……rich, decadent & sooooo yummy! We’ll be BACK!!!! 🥰😍

This was my family and I’s first time stopping here and we were blown away! We walked in and Will (the owner) immediately greeted us with kindness and great hospitality. He let us sample almost every flavor while conversing with us about the history of his ice cram shop. Every flavor is homemade and you can easily tell he truly cares about the products he uses. I 1000% recommend Sweet Pearls to everyone! My family and I were so blown away we forgot to take a photo before we demolished the ice cream 😅My mom and sister have always hated mint ice cream but we sampled Will’s and he completely changed their perspectives! Y’all gotta try it out!

Amazing place to stop for a sweet treat!! It's very unique inside and very welcoming. Staff were all friendly and upbeat. Even patient as it was our first time there. Kids loved Circus Animals flavor. Love that they use little white holder so ice cream doesn't drip on your hands. Sad someone stole a picture/painting from the restroom previously. We will be sure to return into the future when ours travels take us back this direction.

This is some of the best ice cream you can get your hands on. Delicious all hand made batches and the atmosphere and customer service is top notch. Do yourself a huge favor and try the signature 'Sweet Pearl' flavor, and my personal favorite Red Velvet Cheesecake flavor. Must have for the entire family!

Sweet Pearl's has a lot of character and charm. We stopped in on national ice cream day. The staff patiently let me sample a few flavors. I'm a huge fan of vegan flavors, so was pleased to see one option- the vegan cookies and cream. I'm not a cookies and cream kinda gal, but this one was mild and not overly sweet. I loved the vegan base, and would delight in seeing them expand the vegan options for customers! My boyfriend's favorite he tried was the watermelon sherbet. They have some unique flavors here, like ube and earl gray, along with classics- birthday cake and milk chocolate. I personally enjoyed Sweet pearl's a lot, and honestly I favor gelato heavily over ice cream, so that says a lot! The ambiance is so cute it's hard not to be in a good mood in there!! I love seeing all the customer stickies with random doodles, sayings, and inspirations as well.

Tried Sweet Pearl's ice cream at their food truck location next to POW Fireworks. Ice cream was amazing! Super creamy, not frozen hard. Perfect sweetness! Banana pudding flavor was AWE-mazing! Also came back and tried other flavors- cookie butter, strawberry cheesecake, vanilla, & chocolate- all of them were great!! Couldn't try them all but they had more flavors. Great friendly service! Highly recommend for your ice cream craving!

Accidentally came across this gem and wow--so glad I did! Sweet Pearls has incredible ice cream. The ube flavor is my favorite--super creamy, rich, and not overly sweet. A delightful surprise!

Sweet Pearl's is a cute and vibrant Ice Cream shop right in the heart of the Firewheel mall. The people working there were kind! We got a pint of Mango Lassi to go since they didn't have it in stock to order. The ice cream was great!

We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon after indoor play and this place did not disappoint! First, the impression was appealing because it was clean, welcoming, and organized. The owner was in and he was very friendly. He let our family sample his flavors, held a great conversation and even told us the story behind his dog inspiring the company. The paintings in the bathroom were phenomenal and a very special touch! He also had these cool spoons that reacted to the cold ice cream. All of his components were very sentimental and he was far from ordinary. The interior was lovely. There's a photo op wall as well.

Tried the strawberry cheesecake, the cookie butter, and the caramel apple cheesecake. They were all absolutely delicious. And the customer service was Stellar!!!

My first time tasting this ice cream and it won't be the last! Delicious, creamy goodness with homemade mixins and a full array toppings.

I appreciate the variety of flavors that are available. Felt like every corner of the world was represented with the different options. Thailand with the Thai tea, Philippines with the Ube, India with the Mango Lassi, Cuba with the Cafe Cubano, and so on! If you're not in the mood to try something from abroad, they have the comforting American flavors as well! If you come in undecisive, the workers will let you sample the various options before choosing what you want. Located in the firewheel shopping center, this place may become a must stop after a long day of shopping. You can sit inside and appreciate the decoration as an homage to the namesake dog, Pearl, however seating is very limited. I look forward to coming back and exploring more flavor options.

Excited to see a new ice cream spot in the area and decided to try out some since yelp said VEGAN options. Yay!! A waited 5mins to be attended since "Nate" was the only employee. Our turn asked if the vegan chocolate was the only option today he said unfortunately yes. Ok, can I have a scoop in that one. Proceed with next option for partner and Nate then says vegan ice cream is not so easy to get out like others and I respond yes it can happen but it's still so good! He then says yea but it sure is less appealing than others... Yea!! Lost a first time customer for sure! Just because someone has a preferred option in their ice cream does not mean to criticize. Better service is appealing.

Was craving some ice cream and stumbled across this place !! The owner was so nice and let my family and I try as much samples as we wanted! The inside is so inviting and ascetically pleasing ! The ice cream itself is amazing ! So many great flavors to choose from. I will definitely come back and bring more friends. Bring your friends and family to this beautiful ice cream shop !

Ice cream that tastes like gelato and classic ice cream! Fantastic variety of flavors and each one is incredibly delicious. Not only is everything yummy, it's incredibly well priced! This is a great family or friend hangout and has wonderful vibes from both staff and customers. 10/10 would recommend.

Truck came to our church vacation Bible school picnic event. The two owners were phenomenal and in short, the mint Oreo ice cream was incredible.

Delicious ice cream. The owner Will is really friendly and helpful. He has lots of homemade flavors to choose from. He makes everything in house and he encourages you to try out the flavors before you decide. I got the pecan praline and the caramel apple cheesecake. 5+ stars

The ice cream was delicious! About $5 for a decent amount. I got a cookie flavor. It's located inside the Virtual Dining Hall. There are benches to sit on outside.

Great service and amazing ice cream options. It's a cute little shop and we will definitely come back here. I got the smores waffle cone and my hubby got the cookie butter shake. We ended up getting some cookie butter to go since it was so good.

Sweet Pearl's is a jewel of an ice cream shop. Not only do they have amazing ice cream flavors, but delicious homemade cookies, bars, cakes and pies. They have vegan options as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are over in the Firewheel Center, or anywhere within a 25-mile radius, you won't be disappointed!!

My husband and I met my mother in law and his godmother here tonight for ice cream, and everything about the experience was wonderful! I have many food sensitivities--including gluten and dairy--and have a hard time finding dessert places that are able to accommodate me, so I called ahead last night to ask about the menu. Both during the phone call and in the shop tonight, all of my questions were answered patiently and with so much care and empathy. We had great conversations with the owner while we sampled the flavors and ordered, learned about how his ice cream business got its start, and without me asking he even double checked the ingredient lists of the ice cream flavors I was interested in to ensure that I would not have an unexpected reaction to my dessert. Forgot to take pictures for this review, but the interior is also adorable; pink-forward and colorful, with instagrammable light up signs and the logo of Pearl the australian shepherd throughout the shop. It is so clear that customer service and experience is incredibly important to this locally-owned business! We will undoubtedly be back!
