As a lover of desserts I made it my mission to stop by this bakery when we visited Atlanta for the weekend.
We were staying in a hotel in downtown Atlanta and surprisingly we were within walking distance. It was a little hard to find at first because I'm not familiar with the area, but I eventually found this little gem of a bake shop.
I honestly loved everything about it. When I walked in it smelled intoxicating, like freshly baked cinnamon rolls?? I'm not sure but it was heavenly. The decor is lovely, and if I lived nearby this is a spot that I would meet up with a girlfriend, share a sweet, and chat.
The person working that day was very nice and answered all of my questions about the daily selection. I actually called the day prior to ask about a specific menu item (one of their pound cakes) and whoever answered the phone that day was super kind and helpful as well.
I bought the banana pudding + the red and blue velvet cheesecake. Both were good, but the banana pudding was my favorite. I could tell it was homemade.
I'm only bummed because we were only in Atlanta for two nights and their menu changes daily. Like, I wanted to come back and try more things!
Next time we visit, I NEED to try the sour cream pound cake and the sweet potato cheesecake.
Highly recommend you stop by and/or give them a call to ask about their daily items!
